We came to the restaurant, we wanted to order pizza, we asked the composition of the dough, because there are allergies to make sure that there are definitely no allergens in the test. The girl taking the order said that the composition is a trade secret and they have no right to disclose it (I really wonder since when do establishments have the right to hide the composition of dishes from the consumer?)
To my question, "What should I do if I have allergies?" The girl replied very displeased that she could not help in any way. To the objection that they have no right to hide the composition, she simply shrugged her shoulders. We tried to find out more specifically and clarify about the milk and eggs in the composition, the girl complained, "well, there's definitely milk there." Fortunately, our fascinating visit to this institution ended there, and only negative impressions remained.

We ordered delivery, a set of rolls (24 pcs, Philadelphia), and pizza 45 cm. It all cost us 85 rubles.
Fish on rolls, as if they were cutting it with a microtome, that's right 1 mm thick. For this price, you can put more fish). It turns out that we ate rice with cheese. The rice comes across hard. When ordering, they did not inform that they were not supposed to add soy sauce to the order and wasabi. Thank you for at least the chopsticks are included in the price.

We have been looking for a place to have a delicious snack for a long time and came here. We were pleasantly surprised by the varied menu and pleasant interior. The order was not waited for more than 20 minutes. Everything is hot, fresh, fragrant. A chicken pancake is a great alternative to the usual burger. The potatoes are crispy, with a large tomato inside. The pizza is delicious. The balance of dough and filling is perfect. We were very satisfied. We will go there ourselves and advise others.

The atmosphere of the place is unpleasant. There is very little space on the ground floor, the room is small. Because of this, our company of 4 people was sent to the second floor, which is provided for families with children. The administrator, to put it mildly, was not happy, but "fortunately" resigned himself. But this is not a reason for a negative review. The most beautiful thing is the sushi itself with an additional "surprise" in the form of worms. Unfortunately, this bonus was discovered very late, after the sushi was eaten... The result is wasted time, money and, possibly, health.

The food, in particular pizza and burgers, is delicious and fresh. I also ordered French fries and drinks, and everything was top notch.
It takes no more than 20-30 minutes to issue an order, which is fast enough for a fast food place.
Regarding the staff, I can say that they were very polite and ready to help with any questions related to the order.
I haven't used the delivery service, so I can't say anything about it.
The atmosphere in the place is quite simple and does not create any special impressions. However, I don't think this is a problem, since visiting Tutaka is mainly about getting high-quality and delicious food.
Finally, I would also point out that Tutaka is quite spacious and very comfortable, with quite a lot of tables and chairs, which makes it an ideal place to come with children and the whole family.
In general, I recommend Tutaka to anyone who is looking for high-quality fast food with or without children. The prices here are moderate and the price-quality ratio is at a very high level.

It was our first time in this place, we didn't know the menu. We chose soup from the menu, it turned out that the lunch menu does not work that day, and the cashier continues to adjust... As a result, we ordered the first thing that caught my eye. The order was not prepared for a very long time. But the burgers turned out to be much smaller than expected)), which is not to say about the pizza - it was huge))) and very tasty. There is clearly not enough air conditioning in the hall - the room is small, there are a lot of tables, well, the kitchen warms up - the windows can't cope, even the open door can't cope. But, it is worth noting that the establishment has a very cozy terrace. In general, the cafe is pleasant. Unpleasant features of communication with cashiers can be attributed to a hard day - after all, a big holiday, a lot of customers. Well, they cook, for this type of cuisine, not bad. I'll take off the star for the non-working air conditioner)

Type of establishment: Fast food, self-service. There are several tables in the room plus a veranda.
Cuisine: We took Tutaka's signature pizza and French fries. I liked the pizza, the potatoes are also decent.
Staff work: I can't mention any special pros or cons, everything is standard.
Toilet: acceptable. In principle, it is clean, but it smells noticeably of bleach.
Card payment: works.
Summary: for tourists who want to have a quick, tasty and relatively inexpensive snack while sightseeing in the wonderful city of Lida, it is quite a suitable institution.

We are guests of the city, we went to a cafe to refresh ourselves and have a snack after a summer day walk. With children. The kind guy at the bar told me that they have a children's playground on the 2nd floor. Our children aged 1-8 were delighted. The bathroom even has a baby pot.
The interior and the name are a big plus. Delicious. It's not hot.
Of the minuses: the waiter girl seemed to be passing by, she needs to work with her manners, I want to believe, she just didn't have a good day. The dishes are disposable.

Not an institution, but a nightmare! Instead of plates, there are paper saucers, the trampoline is all torn-metal fasteners are bare and fabric protection is just lying around, the child got caught on it and got a bruise! Along with the tray, a COCKROACH was brought, which was jumping briskly on the table with food!!! The administrator frantically began to sweep him off the table towards the 3-year-old child, as a result of which a bunch of sushi sticks flew at him, the child was terribly scared and almost fell on the tile!!!! Neither the administrator nor the manager have communication skills with the guests, because the latter refused to come to our hall! During the three hours of stay, no one even paid a compliment from the institution as an apology and did not even ask if everything was all right with the frightened child!!!! They recommended going to the sanitary station and finding out that they often cause them to poison cockroaches. The holiday (children's birthday) was ruined just starting!!!! As an apology, they offered an additional 10% discount and a certificate for their services, as if we would like to become their customers again - mockery!!!
