The cost of services is adequate, in my case 51 rubles for installing 4 sensors without binding (they were tied to me when buying elsewhere). The staff is polite. I was satisfied with everything.
I used tire storage services. Disgusting service. When accepting tires in June, everything was fine. But now, to pick up the rubber, I had to shake my nerves. I ordered the rubber a week before the tire fitting (I don't change my shoes from them), I have a tire fitting appointment for Monday. On Saturday, I came for tires, paid for tire storage services, signed papers that everything was fine, and went to look for tires. They came and said there was no rubber, we went to look for it Together, and I didn't find it either. They called the storekeeper and did not get through, he was on a day off. In parallel, they served other customers, I spent an hour and a half and to no avail. They said come tomorrow and we will resolve the issue. But tomorrow they called me at 11 o'clock and said that there was no rubber, maybe they forgot to load it from the warehouse. I explained to them that I have a tire service tomorrow at 10 a.m. The girl told me that at 9 a.m. everything will be solved and they will send me rubber by Yandex delivery. As a result, no one called me on Monday and at 10.30 I arrived at the Logoi tract, there was another girl and a young guy. No one knows anything about the delivery, they said wait for the car from the warehouse, the tires are coming. They also wanted to charge me again, because the girl from the other shift said that she had knocked out the check and they did not take the money from me. I defended this position, but they also wanted to charge me for tire storage in 3 days of searching, I'm just shocked. That's just the question, how do they have my tires listed at the point when they didn't bring it? Who accepts it and how? This is irresponsibility and not a human factor. The rubber has arrived, I'm waiting like a fool, the guy walks around without saying anything, the girl worker asks him what's with the rubber, and he says let him take it at the gate. I went outside on the left side of the building, they just threw out my rubber on the side and are silent, and I stand like a spat fool. Of course I missed the tire service. As compensation, we could offer to make a tire service with a 50% discount at least, and this is at least. But customer orientation is not about them. Don't set foot on them anymore....
Once again, having signed up for tire service in advance and arriving at the service, there are some problems and time shifts.
I went to the website to make an appointment, chose a convenient time, but the record button did not work, okay, called the call center, recorded but at the same time, arrived and they tell me that they will not change their shoes now, come in the evening (thank you)
Last year, the tires were in storage. I ordered, arrived at the specified time, the car was driven, the wheels were removed and after 5 minutes they come out with the phrase saying your tires did not arrive from the warehouse, come in a couple of days.
It is a pity that after so many years of work there is no way to fix everything and in case of any hitch at least contact the client in advance, and not transfer the records upon arrival.

I took her back a little bit. They couldn't find her for 3 days. After they found it, they rolled my tires to me dirty and wet!! It is not known at all where and how they kept it. I wouldn't be surprised if it's outside, in my backyard. I do not recommend this place to anyone! If you leave your rubber here, you won't have any problems.
It's not the first time I've come to replace rubber. The air pressure sensors in the wheel were also changed here.
I think the price for the services is a little too high, but it's worth it. If the car was changed here or the wheel was balanced, then you can be sure that you did well. At least so far I had no complaints about their work.

I came for an oil change. They were drained with a vacuum cleaner, they did not drain the liter that remained in the system, they added only 3.5 instead of 4.5. When asked, they said everything was fine. He threatened to blacklist my car so that no one would ever service it))

But on March 25, 23, during the installation of summer tires, the master called over and showed that there was a destruction of the side ring. As for the rubber, it turned out there - the service did not respond, although I only changed the tires here. It is written on the Internet that such damage is rare, usually occurs during the removal / installation of the tire on the rim.
How was it fixed? And in any way, the sealant was put on at my own risk, no compensation. This is the attitude towards customers. Well, we will look for a new service station, it's a pity.
And this is all-wheel drive, the tires of the 2nd season rolled back everything, the norms so flew into a penny. I forgot in the spring, but I had to change my shoes - I remembered that I really wanted to leave you a review!!
For some reason, they made only one axle (front)… although he pointed at the rear left wheel and pointed to uneven wear.... After the work, they put everything in the factory - the car pulls to the right, the steering wheel looks to the left ... after the alteration, it's better, but the problem has not gone away.... I'll go closer to home....

They put the old ones back to me and said they already have a record and there is no time to deal with them, they offered to sign up for another day.
I also changed the cabin filter, there are no problems with work, but they left dirt on the seat, on the glove compartment, and on the doors.
And I was doing suspension diagnostics. They said in general everything is fine, only a couple of spare parts to replace and that is not critical. Which I doubted very much, because I heard knocks and noises in front and behind when I was driving.
After that, I decided to go to another service station, where I used to be. There they carried out high-quality diagnostics, found more problem areas, and changed the pads well + said that the brake cylinder was leaking, which the previous ones did not even notice.

There were two girls in front of me who needed to change all 4 wheels from stamping to casting in a Volvo. They gave a good recommendation on the choice, everything is very polite and detailed. In general, I recommend it.
