It was immaculately tasty, we went around many famous and chain cafes, restaurants, accidentally came here, the food is delicious, a huge selection of dishes, tastier than in a restaurant where the price tag is x3, I highly recommend pork ribs, the portion is huge, you can safely take two, pots with hearts lick your fingers, cherry tincture is sooo pleasant, very upset that we visited this place on the last day of our vacation ((( If we visit your city again, we will only go here to eat

I would like to mention the cozy atmosphere of the establishment right away. The restaurant's menu turned out to be very diverse and included traditional dishes of Belarusian cuisine. The prices in the restaurant are quite adequate, given the high quality of the products and cooking.

A very cool place, cozy, in the basement, a very cool kitchen, the chefs are just beautiful - they cooked very quickly considering the full landing, the waiter is a smart girl, although she mixed up the vegetable salad for us, but we were even happy about it, but I liked the fact that she was ready to change it right away. The dumplings are cool -the child was happy, the frying pan with meat and potatoes is gorgeous, the ribs are just a dump of the head, and a few more dishes and drinks, thank you -now as soon as we are in Minsk we will always come to you for a light. An interesting place in the heart of Minsk. Despite the basement location, it is very cozy and atmospheric here.
Dishes of traditional Belarusian cuisine are accompanied by patches of their own production of good quality.
The waitress girl (unfortunately, I didn't find out her name) was on top. I brought everything accurately and relatively quickly, despite the very high workload.
In general, if you want to move away from visiting other traditional restaurants, of which there are many in the center, I highly recommend visiting the Yankees!

Excellent traditional cuisine. Draniki is just space. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is polite, and there is a good toilet. The time of taking out an order is always different. If there are a lot of people in the establishment, then the order will be prepared in 40 minutes, but if there are not many people, they will be taken out in 15-20 minutes.
In general, I was pleased with the institution, as I will be in Minsk, I will definitely come again.

Impression of the cafe:
A great cafe with insanely delicious dishes and prices acceptable for a place with a similar level of service.
Advantages:
✅️ Accessibility. It is located in the city center, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station.
✅️ Price / quality ratio. The portions are decent, and everything is unrealistically delicious!
✅️ Service. They serve you quickly enough, even if there is almost a full boarding in the hall. The average waiting time for hot dishes is 15/20 minutes.
It is possible to put something in a container with you that you will not finish, the portions are decent.
Overall rating: 95/100 — a slightly inconvenient approach to the restaurant (basement).

Hello everyone
I will not report on the entire diverse menu of the very pleasant Minsk cafe of Belarusian cuisine "Yankee's", it will take a very long time. I will only tell you about the dish I ordered, which was completely unfamiliar to me, under the magical name "Grillata".
When ordering, I somehow did not pay attention to the gramophone. But in vain! I gasped involuntarily when the dish was placed in front of me. These were huge bites of four types of meat! Grilled meat.
Beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, chicken fillet, Homemade sausages, Rustic potatoes, Pomadoro sauce, salad mix.
All this splendor was perfectly marinated and grilled as "the doctor ordered." It is thin, at the same time tender and crunchy, almost melting in the mouth. And the Pomadoro sauce, which was able to recognize tomatoes, garlic, disassembled into atoms, spices, dried ground herbs and OM, earned general compliments!
Under the dry Spanish red, this plate was enough for several hours of a bright celebration.
My friends, if anyone will be in Minsk and is interested in Belarusian cuisine, I recommend it.

I really liked it! A varied menu, reasonable prices, but the main thing is the quality of the prepared dishes! (I don't eat everything, I'm not a gourmet, but I'm demanding.) It's delicious, the portions are large, the serving time is not long, the waiters are great. However, we were not fully seated, the tables were 50 percent occupied. There is a desire to return.

We visited the Yankee Cafe with a company of 6 people, we were satisfied with the visit. A large selection of dishes, especially surprised by the presence of a children's menu. The portions are very large, in my opinion, even too much, while the price is very low. All the dishes are delicious, a good balance of spices and salt, the serving is simple but beautiful.
Atmosphere: dim lights, wooden furniture, animal skins on the walls.
The staff is friendly, the serving of all dishes and drinks turned out to be super fast, well done!
Pencils were brought to the child, for this a separate plus sign. The dumplings ordered for the child turned out to be purchased, but I wanted homemade ones) only here there was a discrepancy with expectations.
When paying by check, they gave a discount to the birthday boy.

The Yankee Cafe is one of the most cozy and wonderful places in Minsk. If you want to really eat delicious Belarusian homemade cuisine, then you are here! We have not tried such Pancakes anywhere else. Very tasty Mochanka with draniki, under the national moonshine- pervogon. The attitude of the waiters is fascinating. Cafes of European and national Belarusian cuisine. The interior resembles a tavern. The menu is simple and straightforward, there were even bull eggs, which I did not dare to try. We took cream mushroom soup and two portions of pork witches. Be careful, it's very tasty, and the portion of the witches is extreme (especially after the soup) over 500g! There were various tinctures on the menu that were interesting to try, every second visitor had them on the table, but they had to return home by car, so the juice and kvass in the receipt came out for about 70 Belarusian rubles, translated into Russian 2,100 rubles. They ate their fill and happily continued their walk around the city .

My birthday was celebrated on September 22, 2024. I was with my husband and 2 children. We ordered 4 different hot dishes, salad, drinks (without alcohol). The next day, my son had a fever of 40, which could not be brought down, vomiting every 5 minutes and diarrhea. A day later, the temperature of 39.5 rose in the youngest child with the same symptoms, then I had abdominal pain. Unfortunately, on 23/09 we left for Brest, and 4 days later we flew to Russia. The eldest child suffered with such symptoms for 10 days! The diagnosis is SALMONELLOSIS! I am attaching a certificate. I am sure that we picked it up in this institution, because it was the last point of catering where we all ate before going to Brest. BE CAREFUL WHEN VISITING THIS PLACE! We need to check it out!
