Clean, cozy. Problems can be solved quickly. There are no queues! They talk politely to everyone with foreigners too! They will listen carefully and give advice! Come on!
They praised the Ucell connection, looked for the nearest office and went. I really liked the service, the cozy, modern office, the friendly staff. We quickly issued a SIM card.
Polite, friendly, competent staff. I heard the manager talking well with other visitors in English.
I came on weekends so there were almost no people. I suppose there are a lot of people there on working days.
The employee refused to connect the SIM card, citing the rule that new non-resident customers must first sit on an expensive tourist fare for a month. I have not found such rules anywhere in official sources. 🤷
The staff is responsive, knows their job. We were served quickly. We answered all the questions. We picked up very convenient rates. It turns out there is a pensioner tariff, where there is no subscription fee and 2 hours a month for free. That's what we needed.
A good place.
Well, sooooo slow service. It's like a blitz from Zveropolis. It took 40 minutes for a minor operation, because the previous client was served for half an hour.
A very pleasant place. The company's staff is friendly. But there is a minus: there is no parking for guests. I have to park the car on another street and walk to the office.
We came to find out about the imey. The operator was very rude. In general, I give this branch one star. Then we went to the branch where it is located near the Tinchlik metro station. The girl is very polite and explained everything properly. It was nice to talk. Now I will address only her.
The service has risen to a new level, everything is fast, polite and prompt. The quality of the network and tariffs have become steep, I hope there will still be a redbranding in Megafon, and this
A good compartment, spacious. We did everything quickly, explained, and adjusted it. It's a little strange that an operator of this level does not have its own application)))) everything is done through a telegram bot).
A modern, clean department. Long waiting in line. There are few branches in the city. There were only two people serving, while several employees sat separately and talked to each other. As a result, they refused to register the IMEI, although they wrote in the SMS that you can register either at the post office or at the operator.
Very pleasant and responsive staff who are able to solve existing issues without long waiting in a digital queue under high ceilings with air conditioning.
The staff of this department helped solve the problem in 5 minutes, which they could not solve in other departments! Thanks to them, ucell saved the subscriber, thank you!
Pleasant staff, issued a SIM card without any problems. I asked to explain in detail how roaming with SMS and the Internet works in Europe, I asked how much 1 MB of traffic and 1 SMS, it was already more difficult here, I did not receive a final answer)
They reported false information about the tariff, misled. I bought a tariff with unlimited Internet. To my repeated question "is it unlimited for sure?" I received answers "yes of course" in pure Russian. In fact, the tariff is limited to 100 GB, which led to serious consequences, where I was left without communication.
At 11:00 a.m. on 07/08/2021, at the Ucell office, I wanted to connect a number to myself and receive a SIM card. The representative of the customer service department was unable to apply for connection due to the fact that the biometric passport was stamped with an extract from the previous place of residence. But according to the new rules, the stamp of registration of a new place of residence is not put in the passport. The representative of the customer service department offered to provide a certificate of residence, or provide an ID card, or a new driver's license. For the sake of connectivity, potential customers will not run to government agencies for help, especially during the pandemic. Bravo Ucell, in the age of digital technology and innovation, you continue to engage in bureaucracy, while losing new potential customers!
