I was sent to the head office by the operator (after my call to the hotline, and then not immediately), even there they filled out documents with some errors. I strongly advise you not to use the services of this company, you will save your nerves and time only if there is no other provider in your home. The staff are all polite - I give 2 stars for this, not one. The Internet itself leaves much to be desired, during rush hour the speed can drop to zero, frequent interruptions and complete lack of connection are not uncommon. I used the services of this provider for 2 years (there were no other options).
The office is small, there is a small queue there almost all the time. We need to take a ticket for the queue. The employees speak Russian, the Internet and mobile communications are good.
