Vacationed with my son at the UK Kiris hotel in June 2024. We liked everything very much. The hotel is a 3-4-minute walk from the sea. The rooms and grounds are always clean.
The animators and the entire staff are generally very friendly and funny. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant. The food is always delicious.
Denis and Arda are the best animators!!! Thanks for the fun games, dancing and water aerobics. They are very attentive to all the guests. They don't let anyone get bored.
Thanks to the administrator Bogdan for his responsiveness and for immediately checking us into the room, despite the fact that we arrived early in the morning.
I would also like to mention the massage therapists of this hotel and the physiotherapist. AHMET, ARIF, MELISSA are real professionals in their field.
I took a 5-day course with Akhmet, and I want to say that no one does massage like him. I'm thrilled!!! After the massage, the headaches and back pain disappeared. Thank you very much ❤

Hello everyone We stayed at the hotel from 06/24/24 to 1.07.24 together with my son of 10 years.
- I would like to immediately mention the friendly staff of the hotel. All the staff are very good-natured and pleasant.
- The hotel is very conveniently located. The Windows offer magnificent views: mountains, garden, pool.
The rooms are spacious and bright. The plumbing is not the first freshness, but this is not critical, the main thing is that everything worked properly.
We cleaned the room only 2 times in 8 days, I think we could have asked for more, but we are neat and our place was quite clean.
- The pool is not deep, with two slides that turn on 3 times a day. There is enough space for everyone, clean, foam parties are still held in it, we got to 2 for the rest, my son was just delighted.
-On one side of the pool on the island you can always drink tea, coffee and a cold drink (such as jupi), there is also a refrigerator with bottles of clean water. Delicious ice cream is served immediately from 16.00 to 16.30.
On the other side of the pool there is a kitchen, tables and a bar (with two cute boys). The bar is open from 10- 22.
- The food is very decent, thanks a lot to the chefs. Stewed vegetables are very tasty, especially eggplant. And chicken patties, you can lick your fingers. Fruits for lunch and dinner are apples and watermelon.
Lots of fresh vegetables. In the morning, the cheeses are different, delicious, not too salty. And there are 2 types of olives, but they are delicious. There was also pizza and tortillas stuffed with sausage, cheese and herbs. They cook 2 cooks in shifts at a large open oven, very cool. One boy honestly cooks a straight fire-delicious, fried thin dough, filling in moderation. The young man is very nice, then stands there and smiles sweetly. Another cook does not cook very much spices, that the child cannot eat, then the dough is thin, but the fat flows straight from the pizza, then the thick dough and the filling are not very good, for some reason the Balgar pepper in chunks. And I only saw him from behind when he was cooking, then apparently leaving. In general, the food is delicious and fresh. There were also cold snacks, but I don't eat that. The satrudniks themselves also eat there and that says a lot.
- The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The beach is pebbly, it is better to have special shoes. The water is the purest.
- The animators are excellent, there is an evening program every day. In the afternoon, aqua aerobics, playing ball in the pool, darts, table tennis. Everything is unobtrusive, who wants to have fun like that, who does not want to just relax.
There is only one problem, but all hotels have terrible vacationers. The behavior of our compatriots (it's a shame to even call them that)leaves much to be desired, straight cattle come across, these drunken faces are just disgusting to look at, and even rude to employees. There are also those who do not look after children and those are all burned, it's scary to look at. I want our people to understand that they are going to visit a foreign country and they should respect the locals and not shame themselves or all Russians!!!
The hotel and its staff left a very pleasant, warm feeling. Thank them very much. I recommend this hotel for a vacation.

A good hotel, there are pros and cons, cons-a small territory, no air conditioning in the lobby, very small rooms, old furniture from the pros, of course the staff, all your wishes, requests, comments are fulfilled instantly, always friendly and with a smile, we were alone with my husband, without children, we didn't go to animation much but we saw that they were trying to keep the children busy - contests, karaoke, a foam party, we got to a live concert once, my conclusions are that I definitely recommend it for a budget holiday.

Good evening! We had a rest with my girlfriend and daughter from July 02 to July 10. We have vacationed in Turkey many times, indeed the hotel is very good, friendly staff. We had a rest with a child of 6 years old from August 21 to 28, 2024, our vacation turned out to be excellent, including thanks to the hotel - the child liked the pool with slides, children's animation, aqua aerobics / the child also participated /. foam party. I will be extremely objective!!! I stayed at the hotel from July 27 to August 05, 2024. I highly appreciate the hotel staff (administrators, animators, excellent massage masters at the SPA). The beach, as promised, is 300 meters in a straight line from the hotel, the entrance to the sea is very decent, there were always enough sun beds and umbrellas. There is no shower, water or changing rooms on the beach!!! The rooms are a little tired, but my plumbing was all right. Rooms on the 5th floor are very hot in summer, you can't survive without air conditioning for more than 5 minutes!!!! The rooms on the ground floor are completely worse, but with access directly to the orange garden. The territory is small, but beautiful, well-maintained, the pool is also decent. Good animations!!!!!!!! A very professional massage at the SPA and also inexpensive at a price (master Akhmet). NOW about THE BAD: The food is terrible, it stands in the sun for a long time, without air conditioning at all, it is covered with flies. The catering does not stand up to any criticism, the tables are dirty, etc., tea and coffee are on the other side of the pool. But unload and lose a couple of kilograms (have pills with you, although there are many excellent local pharmacies with cool medicines nearby)). The rating of the hotel is not higher than 3 stars!!!! We rested in this hotel, from September 25 to October 6, 2024. We were satisfied with the rest. The hotel is not big, but with its own pool and slide. The rooms are old, but clean, the bed and towels were changed, the staff is very polite, friendly, attentive. The food, although monotonous, is quite edible, from meat, chicken, sometimes fish. We weren't hungry. I really liked the work of animator Arda. The guy is just a smart guy, he didn't let anyone get bored, he paid attention to everyone. This time I was at 3 foam parties (at the water park, on the yacht and in this hotel), so the hotel had the coolest foam party! In general, I liked the staff. Good team! And the people at the hotel were good! mostly from the Russian Federation, there were guys from Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. There was no such bullying and snobbery))) everyone is friendly.I was with my 5-year-old son, he really liked going to the children's disco, which was held by Denis. In general, I had a good rest. In the morning they moved to 407 on the 4th floor, it already looks like something, you can live. The morning began with a search for the sea, they found it quickly...300-350 meters from the main entrance to the hotel, across the street. The sea is excellent, warm, transparent. Ala Anapa beach is from the 90s, there are sun loungers, but objectively there are not enough of them....It's a bit rubbish, but it depends on people first of all...There are urns for someone to clean there to see once.
Then for breakfast. The buffet... in general, it is quite good, but without frills.
Fried eggs, omelette, sausages (quickly running out), greens, cheeses, olives, sausage of 2 varieties, tortillas, buns....the baguette is cut.
Tea, coffee (the coffee machine broke down a couple of times, but was fixed quickly), cold teas ...

Overall, the hotel is not bad.
If you need pathos, then you are not going to this hotel. Everything is simple here...the sea, the sun are there and you will not starve. If you want more, you need to look for a more expensive hotel.

If you are pretentious about food, you will be unhappy. We got to the hotel already at 20:00:20:30, at the reception they said go eat, and then we will settle in, there was nothing much to eat, then we were settled in a room on the ground floor and then the children and I started having hysterics, the room was with mold on the ceiling, the bathroom was with holes in the tile, the furniture is all old, everything is dirty..I said that I couldn't sleep and stay in the room, they told me there were no other rooms today, the next day the head of accommodation Bogdan came, he moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, the room had a corner view of the mountains, but the air conditioner was buzzing insanely in this room, and for the third time we were moved to the 4th floor view at the pool, we stayed in this room until the end of our vacation. The Internet is paid at their hotel, $ 24 for 6 days, the bar is open on schedule, from 10:00-17:00, from 19:00-21:00. The sea is generally a separate conversation, the beach is designed for 2 hotels, there is no shower, no toilet, nothing at all! The beach is dirty, cigarette butts, lids, garbage and all sorts of junk, for some reason the sea is muddy all the time, unless early at 6 a.m., on the way to the sea you pass other hotels that fly out some help on the road and through this you go to the sailor🤢

The main disadvantage is that the rooms are very simple, but the bed linen is clean. The building itself is also old and tired. But, the food is delicious, the hotel staff is excellent, the guys work hard. And they really raise the overall picture of the hotel. The slides work 2p a day for 1.5 hours, ice cream gives a good 1p a day at a certain time.

The hotel is not 4 stars, I would give 3 with a minus. The rooms are small, the toilet stinks, the toilet seat is broken, the air conditioner worked like a fan, no cold. It was written cleaning the rooms every other day, for all 8 days they came 1 time and then when I asked for it myself. The linen was changed 1 time on my bed, and the second bed was not changed all the time. There is no heat conder in the hall, only in the rooms. Animators entertain well, which is a plus. When we arrived, at about 6.30, we didn't check in until 11, we were sitting in the heat with a one-year-old child, they said that there was no room, they hadn't moved out yet. My sister was given a room with a view of the mountains, I asked if I could also have such a room, at the reception a guy named Arda (who said that he was in charge, as it turned out later that he was an animator at all), yelled at me that there were no vacant rooms and that these rooms cost a lot of money, although I just asked if it was possible or not and they gave me a room with a small child, overlooking the pool, where music was playing outside all day and into the evening, and of course it was very audible in the room. In short, there is no order and it was terrible. I just wanted to get out of there faster, I don't recommend this hotel.

We just recently arrived from this hotel with a friend. The hotel is very cozy, you can say homely. The territory is small, but all in greenery, from the window you can see the orange garden. There is a swimming pool - a joy not only for children, but also for adults - they put up a net and in the evening you can play volleyball. There are no complaints about food at all - vegetables, fruits, meat, you definitely won't stay hungry - there are French fries and ice cream for the kids. The beach is next to the street, small, but new sunbeds have been installed, the swimming area is fenced - it is completely safe to swim. The hotel staff is very friendly, there is a children's and adult disco in the evening, the animators try their best. My friend and I really liked everything. We rested from 14 to 26 August. We were very satisfied, we liked everything. The staff is friendly. Administrator Bogdan is generally a man in his place. Any issue is resolved quickly. The hotel is not.. big, everything is nearby, cozy. As for the food, if you don't pick up full plates out of greed, and then leave them without eating, then there's enough for everyone. You don't have to make a cult out of food, because we come for the sea, the air and the sun. And there is a lot of it here. The animation is great, there was a foam party 2 times. Live music 2 times and much more. Animators Arda and Amin are trying to make our vacation more fun. The sea is almost nearby, clean, warm. We'll come back here next time, I didn't want to leave!!!!! The hotel is dead, everything is old, worn, dirty and not pleasant (photo in the attachment) there are no better rooms even for an additional fee, all are the same. The mini repairs were done very hastily. The food was meager, but the cook at the stove saved with pizzas. We went as a family of 4 people. and when you come to take 4 at once, they begin to clamp the food. Most of the workers in the kitchen are evil comrades who look at tourists with some kind of hostility, which cannot be said about the guys at the reception, bar and spa. These guys only lifted the mood with their hospitality. They are attentive and fervent towards children. Especially the guys who cleaned the tables did not let a single child pass by so as not to play and have fun with him. Well done!!! After three days, we got used to this horror.
