I have been studying English since I was 8 years old and since I came to Belarus and studied Russian, I did not speak English at times and forgot a lot of things in English. I decided to attend an English class. I searched for a long time , usually the groups did not gather well , I waited for months ... and then I was just lucky to find this wonderful language school ! Just what you need👌 The group gathered quickly , we have an excellent teacher , he is an American himself ! I only managed to go there and study! I also think that the prices compared to other schools are very good, they always have promotions. I bought a subscription and also received textbooks as a gift. The place is also convenient in the city center and parking is provided for those who drive their car! So I highly recommend this school and wish all the staff of this school good luck! The main thing is to keep it that way !

I have been studying English at this school for 4.5 months now. I purposefully signed up for classes online, because for me personally it is an incentive to study. I am very happy with the classes, for which I thank our wonderful teacher Daria very much, who cheerfully and very clearly explains the information, answers all questions that arise (even stupid ones), and also stimulates me to improve my conversational skills every lesson)
Over the entire period of study, I have significantly improved my conversational skills (although I still strain a little when I have to to speak), and I also managed to significantly replenish my vocabulary and improve my grammar.
Recently, the band has moved to the next level. I will also try very hard to further improve my English)
Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight the eternally broken window in the office, uncomfortable chairs and the lack of a place where you can put things properly. But this does not affect the quality of education in any way.

For the first time I started studying at a foreign language school. I doubted it at first, but now I don't. Even after switching from offline to online lessons with my teacher, the quality of classes has not deteriorated, everything has remained the same and classes are still very comfortable. When I don't understand anything, the teacher explains and I can ask any questions about the topic or not. We started talking about any topic at the beginning of the lesson, the last time was about traveling and about my teacher's experience in visiting different countries. Language classes held on Sundays motivate you to learn the language more deeply, although it is very awkward, but motivating.

I do not recommend this school. I paid for individual classes in full, and they promised to start training right away. I have been waiting for two weeks, there is no information, the manager feeds me breakfast. It's a pity I didn't read the negative reviews before signing the contract.

I study English here.
The offices themselves are clean, which is very nice.The teachers are very experienced, patient and pleasant to communicate with. I was very pleased with the teaching method, as it helped to close the "gaps" in my knowledge of the language and continue his education.

A little over a year ago, I decided that I was finally ready to take up English seriously. After a couple of months of self-study, I realized that it would probably be a better decision to go to a foreign language school. There is a large selection of such schools in Minsk, a lot of reviews about each one - positive, negative - this is normal, because all people are different. I decided that I should try it myself, and it would be the best experience. It was in May, and at this time all schools usually finish their annual course, and they plan to enroll in new groups only by September. And I need it NOW! In May! After talking with several schools, I chose ULC, because:
1. This is the only school that offered a start in May (in fact, they add to existing groups at any time when you are ready to start), I was lucky, I got to the start of the B1+ level group.
2. They offer classes with native-speaking teachers (which was a crucial factor for me, since it is very important for me to hear pure English pronunciation). And here I was doubly lucky, because I found my teacher the first time! (During the introductory interview, the manager will tell you that there is always an opportunity to try several groups to determine where you will be comfortable studying).
So, I believe that my positive learning experience at school is related to the teacher. Isaac is a young but insanely motivated man who really LOVES TEACHING PEOPLE! In addition to studying materials according to the curriculum (training takes place according to the English File educational materials, which themselves are compiled in such a way that you gradually improve all skills - to speak, listen, read, train grammar, replenish vocabulary, write. I especially like the set of B2 level themes - everything is exactly what will come in handy) ...yes, I return to the previous thought - Isaac constantly gives us additional tasks from different sources, which are slightly higher in level, which certainly accelerates progress.
At the moment, I have completed the B1+ level, now my studies at the B2 level are coming to an end, and I have already signed a contract for the next C1 level (by the way, with a pleasant discount and bonuses, as for a continuing student), since after a year of study at school I see real progress in my abilities, I really feel that my English is already at a confident B2 level, and I can use all my knowledge and skills and enjoy the process of not only learning, but also applying English in my daily life!
There is an opportunity to attend conversation clubs at school, which I strongly recommend doing. Again, I attend classes with Isaac - and what topics, and what amount of materials he sends us for preparation (!!!!) for every conversation club, this is a really high level of English. The knowledge gained here will help you not only with the language, but also push you on the path of self-development (if you are not there yet ;)).
And in conclusion, I would like to point out that your progress is your decision, your motivation, your efforts, your DAILY actions - and everything is in English!
And ULC school will help you make your journey easier, more fun, and more comfortable. The guys really want to help and help ( ! ) their students find the most suitable option for you to finally LEARN this English!

Very little benefit. I have purchased private lessons to prepare for the international English exam. "The best teacher in international exams," according to the manager, forgot about classes, was late for more than half of the class, although I suggested postponing the time. I didn't take the course for a long time, changing the teacher would waste time before the exam. The classes themselves, when they were successful, were very primitive, I initially passed the test and warned that it was at a high level and I needed details and details. It feels like there is very little expertise, the answers to specific questions about the shortcomings and how to improve my essays/ speaking were as vague as possible, I found more information on how to properly format my answers on random videos from YouTube

I do not recommend individual training. Do not pay for tuition until you are provided with a teacher. They will promise you a lot before payment, and even the manager will not contact you after payment. I regret contacting this office.

Hello) I started learning English from scratch 3 months ago! I really liked that it is possible to conduct lessons online.. no need to waste time traveling around the city.. I have a very good teacher Olga, she explains the material very clearly (almost "chews" it), adjusts the schedule without problems if suddenly I can't attend a class for some reason, and she is very nice and pleasant to communicate with). Therefore, I do not regret in the least that I chose this school.. I am very happy, and I hope that in a year I will be able to speak English much better))

I came to the language courses for the first time. Manager Dmitry patiently and for a long time explained to me the difference between the courses and the advantages of different training formats. Thanks to him, I chose the most acceptable option for myself - two intensive courses. But I was a little worried that I would not keep up with the pace of the group's work (since I was very busy at my job), that I would not find contact with the teacher. But in vain!
The teacher is a young and very qualified teacher Daria, the group is not numerous, no one is pushing anyone, the work is lively and semi-productive. From the A2 level from February to October, it reached B2.
I envy myself) And I go further - to C1.

I do not recommend it! And I really regret that I did not believe the numerous negative reviews, but decided to check it out on my own experience.
I have been studying English B2 online since April. She was supposed to finish the course in October, in fact - in December. In the first 3 months, 3 teachers were replaced. As a result, the group just fell apart, there was NOT a SINGLE student who was happy with the school (we talked in a separate chat and everyone there regretted that they were in the underground - this is in case the school starts claiming that no one complained). And the payment is structured in such a way that you pay for the entire course at once (or in installments), so you will not be able to stop studying after a month / two / three. Well, only if you want to donate your money to the school, because the return conditions are as unfavorable as possible.
As a result, I changed the group and got to the teacher Diana - I am the only one who thanks her for a competent approach and high-quality lessons. It was only thanks to her that I got one star.
The organization of the process at the client processing stage is built with a bang - the manager will regularly remind himself and persuade him to make a decision as soon as possible. But as soon as he gets paid and classes start, you won't be interested. All the questions that arise during the course of training are your problems that no one wants to delve into. And in order to shut you up as soon as possible, you will be given an additional free lesson (when the only thing you want is to leave the course as soon as possible and forget this school like a bad dream). I have as many as 3 such free classes.
Examples of jambs:
1) the first teacher did not drop any homework or the date of the postponement of the lesson into the chat, the students did it for her. And one day the student made a mistake and wrote the wrong date, and the teacher confirmed it (!!), although in fact the lesson was held on another day! When I asked the manager to work with his staff, he said to resolve all issues directly with the teacher. That is, they do not know about any general standards, how a teacher should build his work, and obviously they are not going to introduce such a thing.
2) the teacher went on vacation and just didn't come out of it :))) It's simple :))) An hour-half an hour-10 minutes before class, and no one throws off the link for the meeting. Of course, I understand everything, but is there any way to take a more responsible approach to choosing employees?
3) I wanted to buy textbooks at school, but they couldn't say until the last moment which one we would study. As a result, I had already left for another country when they woke up and decided.
4) to correct their mistakes with our group, they assigned us a native teacher. Apparently, they are fully confident that now we will calm down and will not be outraged by the lessons that are missing due to the fault of the school. So, the carrier does not mean that the teacher will competently build a lesson. We just skipped some of the material so as not to get out of schedule.
I advise you to think 10 times if you decide to go to online training in the underground. And if you still want to take a chance, stop and think 11 more times so that you don't regret it later, like me.

I have been studying English with a teacher (individually) since February 2023 at this wonderful school!
The manager knows his job: at the very beginning, when I came and explained what I needed, the manager offered me various options that were right for me, discussed and talked everything over, everything was great! In the future, I had problems, because of which I dropped out of training for a long time, to which the manager replied to me with full understanding and support 👍
My teacher is Mac, just the best, on the same wavelength with him, I was worried that I would not understand clearly, because Mac is a native speaker, but everything turned out to be absolutely clear and from the very first lesson I was insanely happy because I got the emotions I was looking for😌

I studied at this school. There were both pros and cons.
On the plus side: I was lucky with the teachers. They explained their subject well, and I received the level of knowledge that I expected.
Cons: like many, my classes turned out to be during the pandemic. We were promised that we would work out all the missed classes. I figured out how much more I would need to go to this school after the end of the contract. I just managed to finish the A2 level.
As a result: a girl calls me, asks if I plan to extend my studies. Allegedly, it ends after 2 weeks. And according to my calculations, I had to study with them for another month and a half! Fortunately, correspondence with the teacher has been preserved, where she wrote on what dates we had classes and which ones we did not have. I called back and said that my classes should last until such and such a date. Fortunately, there were no questions, I successfully completed the level, received my diploma and left.
However, the fact that the employees do not keep calculations of how many days they owe me made me tense up.
I will not come to this school again, if I need to tighten my tongue, I will look for something else

I am preparing for TOEFL at this school. A native speaker has been appointed as a teacher, so the training is even more effective than it could be. I studied at this school this year. The impressions were ambiguous, rather even negative. There are no questions about the work of the teachers, they are very attentive and explain the material perfectly.
All the unpleasant impression was left by the managers. The information, as it turned out today, was incorrect. When I was asked to change the group to a higher level, I was transferred to another group and told that I would have a higher level there (in the certificate, respectively, too), but, as it turned out in the end, the level did not change, but remained the same and no one specified that this school had such a program.
In addition, there were problems with payments. When addressing this problem to the managers, the answer was "we can't help the problems with the bank."
Plus, there is a delay in issuing the certificate.
There is no longer any interest in continuing to study at this school, and accordingly there is no desire to recommend this school to anyone.
And, as it turned out, there are a lot of negative reviews.

My daughter (10th grade) has been studying at the Underground School for 4 months.
