I stayed in a women's six-bed room on the third floor for three days.
An extremely pleasant experience in general, I really liked the cleanliness in the rooms and in the common spaces, the housekeeping service works tirelessly, the showers/toilets are constantly being cleaned, I did not notice any debris or dust anywhere during my stay at the hostel.
The beds are fire, not flimsy, very powerful and well—made, did not wobble, pleasant mattresses, not too soft but also not too hard, very good pillows and blankets, there was a whole extension cord above your head in which you can charge/connect several devices at the same time, a small individual lamp, as well as a fabric holder with different sections in which you can put all your devices while they are charging. There are no curtains/privacy screens on the beds, but to be honest, it didn't bother me in any way.
You can contact the reception at any time, you can buy almost anything from them, shampoos and shower gels, slippers, locks on storage compartments under your bed, drinks (coffee from a coffee machine, bottled lemonades, water, energy drinks), some snacks. Almost all showers have a built-in hairdryer, but you can get a cooler one with a nozzle at the reception. There, in the lobby, you can absolutely freely pour free tea / water.
The hostel has a kitchen with two chairs and a counter, a kettle, a fridge and even a freezer. All the dishes are in place, you can safely buy food, throw it in the refrigerator (each package needs to be signed!) and warm up something right there.
I did not use the gym or sauna (it comes for a small fee), but they are available, they work, the equipment in the gym looks new and of high quality.
The only inconvenience for me personally, as a foreigner, was the fact that the deposit for the towel had to be paid in cash, because I didn't have any Belarusian rubles on the evening of my arrival, but I wanted to wash up. Honestly, it would be easier to just pay for it.
Overall, everything was great, 10/10, I'll come back again and recommend it to others.

Great hostel, small, very clean. I took an economy room with a bunk bed, but everything is very sound. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The linen is made of stripe satin, the mattresses are comfortable. In common use - kettle, steamer, microwave. The only inconvenience is a shower and toilet for 2 rooms, but it is acceptable for this price. In 5 minutes there is a shop and a Children's Art House with an excellent buffet where you can buy ready-made meals (there is a watch inside, but they let you into the buffet). If I go to Minsk again, I will stop there again.

We stayed in Minsk at Urban rooms on Osipenko 2, we really liked the mini-hotel. The room is clean with all amenities, there is a shared kitchen with a comfortable table by the window. Cleaning every day. Very good administrators at the hostel, real professionals and very nice people :)

Excellent hostel, excellent location (within walking distance of many tourist attractions). The staff is beyond praise-they are always ready to help, they told us everything in detail, showed us. We stayed with children in a family room. Linen, mattresses, pillows-everything is clean, neat, comfortable. Special thanks for the welcome compliment-it's a small thing, but it's very nice!
During the stay, there have never been any problems getting into the shower or toilet, there are plenty of them on two floors.

Geographically located conveniently, within walking distance from the Nemiga metro station. The hostel itself occupies a separate building with three floors. All the content inside is thought out. There are a lot of pleasant things and little things.The receptionist is a nice girl. We had a double room on the third floor where there was a female shower unit and a shared bathroom. The kitchenette is on the second floor, there is a microwave, kettle, refrigerator. But there was one disadvantage for us: the Doors. There are hotel-type doors between the rooms, but they don't close well, and so everyone coming from 11-12 at night starts slamming them hard and so on until 3 a.m.😳 So everything is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and soft, but unfortunately it did not work out to sleep.

A very decent hostel. I liked the availability of events that take place daily for the guests. We lived in a double room, comfortable beds. Clean showers and toilets. Minus for the cleaners, who shouted obscenities while cleaning the neighboring room, turned on strange music, and could not relax.

We came with a group of 6 people for three days and everyone was very satisfied with the stay!
• Booking: we quickly contacted the hotel via social media (they have them on their website) and booked a shared room without any problems according to our request. They also explained to us in detail how the booking takes place, the payment and what facilities the hostel provides.
• Service: Upon check-in, the staff showed us everything that is available to visitors during the stay, told us about the activities for the coming days and leisure options, and escorted us to the room.
• Staff: The staff is polite, will answer any questions and help you navigate the city.
• Rooms: Our shared room turned out to be very spacious, there were chairs, hangers, a mirror and convenient storage rooms under the beds, each bed has sockets and lamps.
• Cleanliness: The hotel itself is very clean, the shared toilets/showers are kept clean, as well as the kitchen. The room was also cleaned upon arrival.
• Location: the hostel is located almost in the center - it is very convenient to get by public transport to different points in the city. Nearby there is the embankment, Lenin Square and many other cultural and entertainment places.
• Price: Very budget location compared to hotels in the city, especially in the center.
In general, the price doesn't bite and the place is just bombastic (of course, if you are satisfied with the concept of hostels). We will definitely stop at this place again when we come to Minsk again!

General impressions:
The choice of Urban Hostel was due to its proximity to the city center and the main attractions. It turned out to be convenient for quick movement around the city, especially in hot weather.
Transport accessibility and location:
🏙️ Central location: The hostel is located in the central district of Nemiga, close to the metro station of the same name and the embankment, which provides easy access to the main attractions.
Transportation: The proximity to the metro station and the main streets makes the hostel an excellent choice for tourists.
Facilities and service:
Rooms: We have booked a family room and a shared female room. The rooms are clean and tidy, but not adapted for people with limited mobility. The lack of elevators, ramps and bathroom fixtures makes living less comfortable for people with disabilities.
Communication: Pleasant and prompt communication with employees via Telegram. The possibility of paying with Russian cards through the hostel's website.
🛁 Sanitary facilities: Face and body towels are provided in the family room, while body—only towels are provided in the dormitory room. Public toilets and showers are kept clean, but sometimes it can be wet after the morning rush of guests.
Problems with hot water: One day there was no hot water, and the staff did not immediately solve the problem. When we contacted the reception staff complaining about the lack of hot water, at first they reacted with disbelief, saying that this could not be. When checking, it turned out that there was really no hot water, the employee suggested using showers for staff. Moreover, Anastasia, one of the employees, expressed dissatisfaction and assumed that she was being played, which created a feeling of inadequacy and lack of customer orientation.
🥘 Cafe: There is a cafe downstairs of the hostel where breakfast is served. The menu is limited, but allows you to choose something to your taste. However, the service time may vary, which should be taken into account with limited time.
Disadvantages and problems:
🚫 Maladaptation: The hostel is not adapted for people with limited mobility. There are no elevators, ramps and special rooms.
Lack of air conditioning: The family room had air conditioning, but the dormitory room did not have it, which made the stay less comfortable in the heat.
Noise: The doors in the rooms are slamming loudly, and the sound insulation from the corridor leaves much to be desired.
Atmosphere and activities:
🎉 Social areas: Lots of public spaces where you can work, relax or chat with friends. Every day there are events that can be attended for free or for a nominal fee.
Final assessment and recommendation:
Overall, Urban Hostel left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the hostel is conveniently located, clean and tidy. On the other hand, the lack of adaptation for people with limited mobility, problems with hot water and not always an adequate response from staff reduce the overall assessment.
I recommend:
- For tourists who value the central location and transport accessibility.
- For those who are looking for budget accommodation in the city center with the possibility of socialization.
We do not recommend it:
- People with disabilities and people with limited mobility due to lack of adaptation.
- Those who appreciate a high level of service and comfort.

A good hostel, very decent. There are many showers and toilets, there are no problems with queues. Although small, the kitchen is decent and clean. I have been visiting this hostel for 3 years, since 2021. I consider it my second home because I come here to share my worst and best periods of life. Here I earned my first big money, met my husband, cried an ocean of tears and laughed at another life. 🤪
You can talk about the advantages as much as you want, listing the characteristics, but I would like to mention the people who work here, stop by or live here. After all, thanks to them, this atmosphere of love, acceptance and support is created and exists. ♥
As they say, it's not a place that makes a person beautiful, but a person's place?

A very convenient website for booking. Good location. Polite staff. There are many recreation areas, including a large common room with a TV, sofas around the perimeter, tables, a piano, etc., where themed evenings are held. There is a small kitchen without a stove, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and dishes. This is quite enough for breakfast and a light dinner. There are many sanitary zones. We were on May holidays, when the hotel was fully loaded, there were no queues in either the kitchen or the showers. There is a cafe where you can have breakfast and drink coffee. There are a lot of young people, a pleasant friendly atmosphere. I recommend.

Great hostel! The city center, excellent location, the most interesting things in the city are within walking distance. I didn't take a photo, but it matches the description. This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Everything is very comfortable, neat and clean. The staff is always friendly, especially thanks to the administrator Andrey, he helped us very coolly to cope with all our problems and needs.
On the ground floor there is a place to have breakfast in the morning, and the hostel itself is located in a very good location - it is very convenient to walk around the city from here.
In short, I recommend it. I think it is significant that we have slowed down here more than once.

Super convenient location relative to city attractions, departure points for group excursions (I had a departure from the hotels "Belarus" and "Jubilee") and just to take a walk in the evening by the river. I stayed in a 4-bed women's room. There is a sink in the room! The kitchen is very small, there is a refrigerator, a kettle and a microwave (there is nothing to cook on, you can only warm up the finished food), places at the bar are only for two. There are enough bathrooms, there is also a lot of space for hanging out in the living room and on some floor there are tables with sockets suitable for working on laptops. There is a cafe on the ground floor, but I was unable to visit it due to inventory.

We were in Minsk with our daughter for the weekend, we rented a separate room with a bunk bed. .
For me, it's simple, great
I recommend, among the advantages, walking distance to the metro and all the sights, cleanliness, price, there is a cafe where you can have a snack, near a shop where everything is available.
In my opinion, there is only one disadvantage: there are a lot of people in the hostel.

It's not the most comfortable place.
The beds are clean. There are not enough curtains on the beds. We were lucky - we were all our own in the same room, but if there are strangers, then curtains are necessary.
Not comfortable bathrooms. Very often, men entered (confused) the women's room, and vice versa. Very small kitchens. If you are a family, then there is simply nowhere to sit down together.
There are always evening events downstairs, so there is also no free access to the hall.
But, the convenient location- all the sights are within walking distance.

We lived in a hostel with a child of 8 years old, in a double room. It is an ideal place for a vacation: in the very center of the city, all group excursions start near the hostel, near the old town with cobbled streets, museums, a beautiful promenade for hiking and a place with catamaran rentals. The hostel itself is very clean and modern. Cleaning several times a day. There is a small kitchen and a cafe where you can have breakfast. There are events every day, but we did not go to them, as they have an adult format. The hostel provides free earplugs in case of noise, but we never needed them during our week of stay - it was quiet. The child also really liked the outdoor recreation area with hammocks, in the evening after the excursions they enjoyed relaxing there. In general, the hostel is very good, I recommend it

The service and staff are excellent. Pretty prompt responses in the chat. In principle, there were small mistakes, but they also helped well. Cleanliness for the hostel is at a height. The rooms - well, let's be honest - are functional and high-quality for the money. I lived in a separate room and in a common room - it's fine. The location was excellent for me as a tourist. The main excursions in Minsk depart either from Voit or from Yubileynaya - at a brisk pace of 10-15 minutes. Nemiga metro station is less than 10 minutes away. Dionysus store - 3 minutes. According to the atmosphere, well, the place is not for introverts. One way or another, you will have to live in a "dormitory" mode - thin walls, shared showers and toilets, etc. In winter, the heating is very hot, I clearly did not see air conditioners in the rooms - it's hard to say how the system is made. Upon check-in, take 5 minutes to study the scheme of the hostel and figure out what to do if the nearest shower / toilet is occupied - go through and see all the possibilities.

A comfortable, clean hostel. At the reception you can buy toothpaste and a brush, shampoos and gels, slippers, you can rent a lock for a safe. Downstairs there is an event area, a small gym, a coffee shop with breakfast. Very nice staff, explain everything in detail.
The only thing I recommend to girls and women is women's rooms, so that women's baths are closer to you. If you choose mixed, you will need to go up to the bathroom on the floor above. It's not problematic, but I'll mark it anyway.
I am very pleased with my visit to this hostel. It reminds of St. Petersburg "friends"

We were lucky to stay at the Urban Hostel during the dance competition.An indescribable creative, bright, cozy, homely atmosphere. Very clean. The polite and good-natured staff will help with any question. They will not remain indifferent. Wonderful coffee and cheesecakes in the cafe, which is located right there in the hostel, you don't have to go anywhere. As well as a hearty and beautiful porridge decorated with berries. You can also have lunch, soups and very tasty second courses, which are quickly heated in the microwave. The historical center, which was built anew, is within walking distance. Beautiful two- and three-storey houses, etc...A 15-minute walk to the metro. If we are going to Minsk again, then only here. Thank you for the wonderful experience😘

We are having a rest in the Urban hostel. We took five nights. The arrival was early-we left our suitcases and things in the storage room. Very clean. The location is excellent (on one side the embankment, on the other the city center, metro and buses). The hostel is equipped with light sensors, the staff is very friendly and not intrusive, everything will be explained and shown. There are many showers and bathrooms on each floor. I highly recommend choosing this hostel for a stop in Minsk. Grocery stores and shopping centers are within walking distance. You can buy a SIM card directly at the hostel, the price is the same as in the salon (I highly recommend the Life operator-it almost always does not work, try MTS or A1). There are exchange offices nearby. The bed linen is clean, the maids clean the common areas daily, the security is monitored by surveillance cameras.

We were with a girl at this hostel. I liked everything from the very beginning, but the longer we lived, the worse it got.
To begin with, no one tells you anything. for example, they don't change your towels, but you need to come up and ask for them yourself, but that's okay.

next, the hostel has shared showers and individual ones. both have pros and cons. but the main disadvantage of individual rooms is that it is unclear whether it is occupied or not, and it turns out that you are sitting on a throne or washing, and people are constantly breaking into you.
the staff was too disappointed, not only was absolutely no information given, but they allow themselves to swear and discuss their clients, they personally saw it at the time of arrival. who knows, maybe we were discussed too)
the hostel positions itself as a tourist stopover, but when we decided to approach and clarify the question of whether benefits for student tickets of the Russian Federation apply, we were told with a dissatisfied face that it was not necessary to ask them, okay)
well, the last nail in the coffin of this hostel:
since they position themselves as a tourist stopover, then there are enough tourists from different countries here
, however, upon arrival, the rules are quickly explained to you: do not smoke, do not be intoxicated and do not make noise after 11 pm)
why do these rules need to be followed if the staff does not care about the implementation of these rules?
you know that the hostel has terrible sound insulation, the same musical evenings are perfectly audible on the 3rd floor with the door closed
, so on the first day the Chinese lived next to us and after 11 they guffawed, screamed, etc., but okay, it was at least in their room
on the penultimate day a horde of negroid people stopped by races who apparently barely even spoke English, and so they went out into the hallway next to the rooms and just chatted there, we even had a bad night's sleep on the last day, because they stopped talking only around 5 a.m.
Apparently, the staff has to deal with those who don't speak English and leave the situation to chance, it's a pity
two things that can be highlighted in a good way are the cafe and the location. the cafe is delicious and inexpensive enough. The hostel is located in the historical and very beautiful center of Minsk. But for the money they're asking for, it's not worth it.

The best hostel I've been to
The location is ideal, the very center, there are attractions nearby, metro, half an hour walk to the train station
