Everything is super comfortable and cool, modern and clean hostel. I'll tell you about a couple of things that can be uncomfortable: there is no curtain on the beds and the door closes with a loud click, this can interfere if you have a light sleep. It didn't bother me, I slept all night without waking up, in the morning nothing was numb or hurt. Oh, yes, they give you a towel on bail, but it's not critical. There is also water and tea for free at the reception)

Clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, soft mattresses. There is a small fence, if you take the upper bed, you can organize an enclosed private space) There are two large drawers for things under each bed, but keep in mind that if you want the drawer to close, you either need your own lock or you will need to buy it at the reception desk.
In the common space, events are periodically held in the evenings, free of charge for visitors to the hostel.
The staff is polite and helpful. The location of the hostel is good. Within walking distance from the main walking routes.

This is the best idea hostel I've ever been to... Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the space) there was a mini-hall and yoga mats after a long journey were very useful, breakfasts in the cafe on the ground floor, there is also a kitchenette, a working area, an event room, a sauna; you can also book a tour at the reception.Everything is thoughtful and comfortable, I really liked it, I boldly recommend it. We lived in a family room with blood on the ceiling :) Let's go back again.. The location is super convenient, near Suvorovskoye, opera house, bridge, river, architectural monuments, cafes, pharmacies, bus stop.. Good luck and prosperity to you

2/5 there are no hostels in Minsk, and the lack of competition always affects the quality.
Of the advantages, convenient location, good mattresses, clean bed.
There were so many disadvantages that we regretted that we did not go to the hotel.
1. Dirty. It's dirty everywhere. A bug was found on the wall in the room, greetings from the last tenant. You can't go into the showers and toilets without crying.
2. The biggest disadvantage is the restrooms, which are not enough for so many residents! Still, they wash at the same time, either in the morning or in the evening. On each floor there are rooms combined with a bathtub and a shower, there is a queue in them. There is only 1 such room per floor! Not only is it difficult to get there, they are constantly breaking into you, if you are in them, at least hang a lamp, by God, busy or free, like on trains. And now you will understand why. The worst solution is to combine showers and restrooms in one room. There are 2 such rooms in the hostel for men and women. There are only partitions, you wash, you try to take a break from a difficult day. And we tourists walked 20 thousand steps a day to hear someone going to the toilet in the shower? And someone might not be lucky with lunch, if you understand. Moreover, flushing another person affects the temperature of the water.
You decide to go to the toilet there, and there's a puddle from the shower in the toilet stall. Horror, horror, horror.
3. We lived in room 7. In the evenings, it is impossible to turn on the ceiling lamp, it squeaks until my head hurts. My husband didn't even believe me, because he didn't hear it until I found a review about the same room in August 2023, where the girl also complained in the reviews about the squeak of the lamp in this room! And what are they? A year later, the lamp beeps. I couldn't turn it on. Sconces tried to use them, but the light directed upwards showed only a huge amount of dust (
The hats on the walls are also dirty and already hanging (
The room is very narrow, the bed is also narrow, with almost the width of the entire room. Don't stretch out your arms. There is no normal air circulation.
As a result, the hostel's not the freshest look, dirt, and a terrible solution with showers and restrooms did not leave a positive impression.
I don't understand the positive reviews. Urban is my fifth hostel, and so far the worst.

We arrived early to check in, as we really wanted to sleep. The guys work around the clock, we were quickly booked, we paid literally 1000rubles and half an hour later we were already sleeping in the room. The room itself is very clean and cozy. We were very satisfied, thank you!

Great hostel, not expensive. The location is very convenient (5 minutes to the nearest metro station), and the area itself is considered a landmark (we spent the whole evening with a girl to get around, it's very beautiful). The hostel does not pull a rating of more than "3" Judging by the reviews written earlier, they do not want to change for the better. Groups of children and teenagers regularly stay at the hostel, which do not allow guests to relax. The chaperones and administrators do not monitor the behavior of the children. The doors in all the rooms are closing with a terrible bang, the walls are really shaking. Cleaning starts early in the morning at 7 o'clock, the cleaners do not stand on ceremony and rattle from the bottom of their hearts, but "figs" on vacationers. Cleanliness?! Well, after cleaning, the first hour or two is possible... But cleaning is not done regularly. The bed linen is old and gray, like in a Soviet-era reserved seat. The mattresses are uncomfortable, the pillow is lumpy, and it's time to go to the trash. The only pleasant thing is the location of the hostel. I'm unlikely to stay at this hostel next time. For tourists: look for another vacation option.

A very cool hostel! Cozy, modern, fresh. Tea is served at the reception. You can order coffee, breakfast in the cafe. There are no appliances in the room, there is a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. A great, modern hostel!
Positive:
1) Convenient booking. I liked that they immediately ask to be notified if a late check-in is planned.
2) Adequate prices.
3) Very convenient location. There are many attractions nearby, a beautiful promenade, metro, bus stops. Convenient landmarks (metro, theater), plus, next to the hostel is a tall house, which is visible from many points of the city, so you will always find your way home.
4) Polite administrators.
5) Comfortable beds, good bed linen, a convenient drawer under the bed.
6) Clean and always free showers and restrooms.
7) It's very cool that you're sitting next to the battery in the kitchen, it was very warm on cold days.
What can be done better?
1) I almost fell on the stairs a couple of times, the steps are rounded at the edge and you can "go" in some shoes. It may be worth additionally informing guests about caution, the need to hold on to the railing.
2) It was not very convenient to move in in the dark. The lights were already turned off in the room, and the individual light bulb was only by the bed on the second tier. It might be worth adding some small light source for those who leave late or early while everyone is asleep.
3) Follows from the second paragraph. There was a woman with us in the room who turned on a bright light while everyone was asleep and started talking loudly on the phone. It may be worth additionally informing guests about the rules and the need to respect the right of others to rest.
4) I asked the administrators how things are with transport from the airport in the evening. They said they had no information. It would be great to know the bus schedule and that they actually run even at night. The fact that payment is possible there by card. It's a small thing, and the guests will be very grateful for such information)

Nice hostel, nice interior, I have been staying in it for the 3rd year in a row. New rooms every time.
Positive:
+ The staff are kind young guys who will always tell you where to go, then it's interesting to see which bar is better to visit, and which one is definitely not worth going to😅
+ You can ask to replace towels/bed linen at any time (in general, as in hotels)
+ Clean rooms (relatively, there was a little dust, but not critical), in any case, you can ask to clean up, but I did not use this service
+ There is a sauna
+ Coolers with cold/hot water on the ground floor
+ Mini dining room with fridge, kettle, cooking area
+ Every evening various events are held on the ground floor (although I have never been to such a place, because I do not understand if it is possible to just go in there and sit there)
By cons:
- Good audibility and sometimes the guys make noise at night, but that's why birushi lies in the room :)
- Every year the hostel looks more and more shabby and unkempt inside, although cleaning flies like a bee, but the murals on the walls along the stairs have almost completely erased, many cracks appeared on the walls

One of the best hostels that I have visited! The location is perfect, near the metro, shops. A beautiful park.

A warm, good place for a traveler. If you want fun, you will have it in full, just like at a children's camp) If you want peace and quiet, take a room with fewer people, for example, a quadruple room. I lived in a four-bed room for a week. People changed, everyone was different, but a comfortable bed and individual lighting did their job - I slept well. There are a lot of showers, there were no queues. There is a great coffee shop on the ground floor. This place is not recommended only for harmful and irritable people who are infuriated by the rustling of bags and quiet night conversations) I was lucky - I did not meet such people). Everyone understands what a hostel is. Cleanliness, friendliness, responsiveness - thanks to the girls at the reception and thanks to the whole hostel team! I will definitely come back!

The lack of curtains on the beds is not a problem, the bed is made so that you still feel comfortable. The room has small tables, chairs, hangers, and a mirror.
The hostel is cleaned every day.
Interesting events are also held every day in the evenings - meetings, watching a movie, etc.

Good location, friendly staff. There is a small cafe. Tea and hot cold water are freely available. You can leave your luggage. Concerts and master classes are held in the public space. I lowered the rating for a shared shower- there are no hooks to hang clothes, a towel. The booths are arranged in such a way that when the common door is open, you leave the cabin without clothes for everyone to see.

Minuses:
The kitchen is very small and there is no hob. The staff does not remove food from the guests who have left - the refrigerator is simply overflowing with them.
There is a fitness area on the 3rd floor, which has not been used by any guest during the 3 days of stay. Why is it needed? It's not clear. It would be better to organize dining tables or a living room, so as not to put people in rooms with a sign "sauna".
Ventilation works moderately, especially in winter, and it is very stuffy in the eight-bed rooms.
Closets for some beds are combined, because the beds were placed without taking into account the geometry of the rooms.
A faulty hair dryer in the women's shower.
Pros: city center, free tea, clean bed linen, relaxation area on the 1st floor. There are enough showers so that there is not a long queue. A sufficient number of outlets. Individual bed lighting. In principle, good beds are not creaky.

The hostel is beautiful and atmospheric. There is a cafe where you can have breakfast, you can buy slippers, a dental kit, and leave things for storage. BUT: the kitchen is small, you can't turn around. The toilets/showers are dirty and it is unpleasant to go there. And most importantly, no noise insulation. On the first day, we heard the concert on the 1st floor as if it were in our room. On the last day, at 8 a.m., we were woken up by the conversations of the staff, who were discussing the guests at the top of their voices in the next room ... in general, if there are no alternatives and you can spend the night for a day or two. I liked this hostel, I say "Ideological" about these, everything here is conducive to communicating with the guests of the hostel, even despite the language barrier. The guest list is very interesting, there are many foreigners, guests from Russia and traveling Belarusians. Various events take place every evening: concerts, a meeting of the speakers club, lectures, discussions, etc. In general, the atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. There is a very small kitchen with a small set of dishes, but it is there and it's cool!) There is a lovely courtyard where you can have lunch and socialize. Always tea, sugar, and water. The bed linen is clean and fresh. The mattresses are soft. The rooms have air conditioning, and the building itself is historic. The location of the hostel is excellent! Now about the cons: They are small, but they are there. In the showers (of which there are enough) I wish there was liquid soap or gel. The vihostele is constantly being cleaned, but he is already a little tired, but this is generally normal, because there is a constant change of guests. I was vacationing during the season and it was problematic to book accommodation for the entire stay, I booked different rooms for every day, hoping that the situation would be resolved on the spot, but nothing happened, I had to change rooms and beds almost every day. It was uncomfortable, but I want to say that I was always provided with a lower bed upon request!) thank you! A hostel that I would love to return to!

Good reviews are here only because of the free coffee per review promotion.
Positive:location, on the Svisloch river, near the historical center, everything is fine in this regard.
Cons: everything else.
The toilets and showers are very dirty, they are cleaned, but there is a very large flow of people and this is not enough.
There are no curtains on the beds in the common rooms.
They provide a locker for personal belongings, a lock is meant there, but you need to buy it or bring your own, not even on bail, but BUY IT!
In the early days there were a lot of children in the hostel, it was very noisy and dangerous to walk up the stairs, they ran like crazy.
In general, I think that there are few showers and toilets, there were a lot of people and someone was constantly breaking in.
Also, toilets together with showers are divided into male and female and guests, men, did not follow this rule, you go into the shower, hoping that there will be women there. It turns out to be a man, the administration does not react to this in any way.
In general, there is no longer a foot here.
The price does not match.

Everything is wonderful! One of the best hostels I've been to. It is quiet, very clean, there are events, free tea and friendly staff. A huge plus is that they make the bed, you don't need to do it yourself (I've been in such places). I will definitely come back! The only thing is, it is better to book directly on their website, it will be 1/3 cheaper practically.

I give three stars because of the obvious disadvantages that caused me to move out earlier than the booked nights: I rented a common area, they gave me an upper shelf, there is no "roof" over it, when someone enters the room and turns on the light, you know where this light hits. No air conditioning? Well, of course, this is the most hyped hostel in the city, why is there an air conditioner here (reviews from 5 * are left for a cup of coffee - there are ads about it everywhere). The places are badly made - modern hostels have been moving away from this for a long time and making sound-proofed capsules, but we haven't heard this here, so we hear every rustle. Oh, and the front door: you need to make the squeaking of the lock even louder, as well as the sound of closing / opening this door, so that everything wakes up.
Pros: the girls are nice, I work (although not all), there is a common dining area with breakfast. And a good location in the city. But the prices... a private room at the hotel will be cheaper than a separate one here. In general, if you sleep like the dead, it's not a bad option. I'm done, thanks.

The hostel is good, located in the center of Minsk. We lived in a double room. The bed is comfortable, there is a table and chairs. There is not enough bedside table or shelf to place things. There are enough toilets and showers, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired, it is necessary to clean more often. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle and refrigerator. We stayed one night.We rented a double room with a 2-storey bed.The price is 99 b.rubles.they paid with a card upon arrival.The location of the hostel is very good.It's clean inside.there are enough bathrooms.they are also clean (although some residents of the hostel do not know how to use the bathroom)The room is small.but comfortable .Snow-white underwear and most importantly.comfortable mattress and pillow.There is literally a bed in the room.A small table and mirrors, and I couldn't stand it for a long time.and there is no better option for spending the night on a budget.The Wi-Fi was connected quickly.But still one fat minus-the walls are cardboard-everything is fine.But this is the problem of many not even very budget hotels.

Be sure to read my review, it's just a laugh. We booked their "last" room for the night for 8,000 thousand Russian rubles, for some reason I didn't think to ask for a photo, we arrived. They gave us the key to the room, which said "sauna" on it, when we got up and an employee opened the door for us, I was speechless, there really was a chest of drawers with a wooden sauna, and mattresses were laid on top. There was no window, no ventilation, and it smelled of construction materials. I asked the employee, "why is this a sauna?" He said nothing. I told him we weren't going to live here, and he returned the money. Guys, this is just a shame, I went to see for the sake of interest, in Moscow, in the area from which it takes 15 minutes to get to the center by metro, a hotel room with a toilet, shower and all amenities cost 6,000rubles, in a 3* hotel, not in a hostel.

Great place. Atmospheric. I stayed with my wife for 5 days.
Advantages that I can highlight:
1. Very friendly staff, without pathos, but cultured and responsive.
2. You can take a SIM card of a local operator with unlimited for an adequate price, it turned out cheaper than taking it in the salon. I took the A1 SIM card, the connection was good within Minsk.
3. Cozy rooms for two.
4. There are both shared toilets and showers, and separate ones where you can safely wash and think on the throne of wisdom.
5. Location. There is an indisputable, cosmic plus. Urban is located right in the center of the city.
6. On the ground floor there is a cooler with water and tea, free of charge.
7. There is a cafe where you can have breakfast, and, in general, eat.
8. There is a recreation room with a curling iron, table football, telecom.
9. There is a coworking area, a lot of outlets =)
10. Free Wi-Fi, enough speed for mail and videos on YouTube.
11. There is a small park of bicycles that can be rented.
Minuses:
1. I understand everything, there are a lot of people, but I would like a slightly cleaner shared toilet. Not critical, but it would be a little cleaner. And so everything is cool and without questions. Of course, there are more questions for vacationers: please write exactly guys, aim as expected. And clean up your hair and snot from the sink.
Results: A great place to stay in Minsk, and even in the city center. For a normal price.
