Pros: The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean, the location is good.
Cons: There is a problem with the beds, they creak and squeeze. Excellent audibility.
Why three stars: I'm staying here for the second time and it so happened that I paid for 6 nights, and I have to leave in 5. I asked the employee to resolve the issue of canceling one night (I asked him to cancel the reservation for Saturday after lunch on Thursday), verbally confirmed the cancellation and asked him to officially contact the booking service. I did so, but the hotel refused. It's a small thing, but it's a shame. As a result, they did not return 6000 rubles, but they lost a client in my person, because I visit Bishkek quite often.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The location is not a cannon, since the construction site is visible from the window, but there is no noise and it is close to walking to the center.

I was on a business trip, I lived in this hotel. Within walking distance from the center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. Cleaning is done every other day, they are cleaned well, the hotel is clean. The bed linen is not very new, but clean. I really liked the hard mattress! The room has air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator (practically does not freeze). Curtains practically do not protect from the sun. The service, of course, is also far from European. But despite all the flaws, I want to put 5 stars. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant and clean.

On the plus side: there is a kettle, air conditioning, the hotel seems to be quite new, renovated. They settled on the 1st floor, I dragged my suitcase up the stairs myself, I did not understand what caused so much delight in the comments of the reception staff)) I would rather praise the kitchen staff.
Walking to the center is not close and not particularly pleasant, the area is being upset and restored.
Initially, another night was paid for at this hotel, but canceled in favor of another 4*, the price turned out the same, the price is too high here and our room was more modest than in the photo and smaller, as already noted in the comments below.

I Was celebrating My Anniversary! Spacious, clean, cozy. Administrator Valentina is just a smart girl. Everything is clear and understandable. Kitchen for 4, small portions. The dishes are modern, expensive, decorated to our taste. The service was fast. Minus- the entrance to the cafe is very slippery, several guests hit and fell, celebrated the holiday in winter. There is no bar for extras. Shopping, even mineral water.

We recently went to Bishkek for work, stayed at this hotel and would like to share our impressions. One can only say positively about the hotel, at least I was satisfied with everything.

4. Breakfast is not super varied, BUT it is quite sufficient. There is always fresh porridge, fruits, pastries, pancakes, tea/coffee, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausages and a little more. It was enough for me and I'm happy.
5. There is a gazebo on the territory where you can sit and chat, there is a hanging chair (comfortable)
As a result, I can recommend this hotel!

Friends, this is a very good hotel! The service is cool in all respects. The reception is open 24/7. Administrators are always in touch in WhatsApp. We answered all the questions and helped with the booking. We had an early morning arrival, we requested early check-in if possible. We were kindly offered options to choose from and settled in, even if not immediately upon arrival at the hotel, but in any case before 14.00. We need a toilet – please, you need a toilet. If you want to have breakfast before check–in, please have a delicious breakfast for an additional fee. There is a place in the backyard where you can comfortably stay and relax. By location. At first glance, someone is confused that the hotel is located in the private sector, but in fact - it is not in the wilds, but near the central, busy streets. Within walking distance of public transport stops, minibuses, shops, pharmacies, pastry shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. There is everything. In addition, it is almost the center of the city, near huge, unimaginably beautiful and comfortable parks, squares, squares. There is a huge amusement park and a stadium. The road that leads to the hotel is so–so, but believe me, it doesn't affect anything at all. You can use any transport along it and walk 200 meters to the hotel – well, no problem. Taxis come directly to the hotel, everything is OK with that. Further. Purity. Clean in the lobby, clean inside the hotel, clean in the area around. We had an amazing, cozy room on the second floor. Aesthetics and design are on top. Concise and pleasant. The room is also clean, you can't find fault. The hotel is new, it shows. The cool bathroom in the room is spacious, comfortable, the water from the shower does not leak anywhere, the water heater and plumbing are easy to use. Perhaps, despite, or perhaps due to the fact that the hotel has its own laundry, the linen and towels are the cleanest and freshest. For this, many thanks to the administration and staff of the hotel – it is so pleasant to be here thanks to your efforts! The only thing I didn't like was the pillows – they were very hard. Further. The hotel provides meals – breakfast is included in the price. We really liked them. You can choose from a main course – scrambled eggs or porridge – they are prepared especially for you when you come to breakfast, and there is a buffet. It's not super huge, but it has everything you need. Employees are constantly replenishing dishes, eating vegetables, salads, fruits, pastries, cheese, slicing, etc. Everything is decent. The only thing I would like to wish is to put a good coffee machine and microwave in the dining area, because some dishes on the buffet are already cold and you want to reheat them. But I think if you ask the staff, they will definitely warm you up in the microwave in the kitchen.
I am a very demanding guest, but I liked EVERYTHING about URBAN! Many thanks to the manager, administrators, service staff, kitchen staff – everyone – for the pleasure of spending time at your hotel. A very pleasant impression! I recommend it!

In general, the hotel is not bad, I do not want to lower the rating, but if you live in it for more than a couple of days (we lived for more than a week), negative points accumulate, taking into account the cost / category of the hotel.
First of all, about the good things: the location is normal, it is convenient to go to the center. The hotel itself is fresh, with modern finishes and it is clear that people thought through a lot when creating it, but as always, difficulties began at the stage of execution by other people. This is if you don't want to find fault. The staff is friendly, at the booking stage and during the stay. The breakfasts are not bad, though rather monotonous. There is porridge /scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, slicing, something hot like sausages /nuggets, pastries. Quite fatty fried dishes (nuggets, vegetables), cold ones - pancakes with cottage cheese directly from the refrigerator, and they can not be warmed in the hall, instant coffee, mors - diluted jam with tap water, stands in a five-liter without a refrigerator, frosting. Well, in general, for a couple of days - well, not much longer, but we didn't stay hungry.
The biggest problem of the hotel is cleaning. In 8 days, we were cleaned exactly three times, despite daily requests for cleaning. The cleaners walk smoothly through the rooms from early morning, communicate by phone / with the staff, relax in the rooms and after lunch they are no longer there. But shampoo and shower gel are needed daily, tea daily (otherwise, why a kettle?), garbage collection and wet cleaning too - we paid on an equal basis with all residents, without discounts, why should we go buy shampoo? When asked for drinking water for the kettle, we were very politely offered to drink tap water. The bathroom floor was really dirty all day, the thrown foot towel immediately got dirty.
In general, these are all solvable problems, if desired, the hotel can become even better, I would like to come to it further - the location is convenient for us.

The biggest value of this hotel is the staff! It feels like you've come to visit your relatives. The women who cooked the food were fed earlier if circumstances required it. When we arrived, it was already closer to 11:00 and we were fed anyway. Special treatment for children) in general, we were very satisfied. The administrators are amazing.
