It's a very atmospheric place. My wife and I liked it. We were literally a day away, but we appreciated this place. The greenhouse deserves special attention. A large area, there is an entrance to the lake. The room is cozy, everything is clean and well maintained. There was not enough at least a minimum refrigerator/freezer in the room. There was no wifi either. Maybe he was, but clearly they didn't notice him, and no one talked about him. The old TV with 5 channels of national broadcasting is purely a decoration, it was possible not to hang it, no one will watch it)

I put two points for nature, as well as one, the owner of this institution is from Russia, there is no service, the staff talks as if they are doing a favor, the price for food is fantastic, the food is very poor, they give it as stolen, breakfast from a small plate of porridge, two thin slices of sausage, yogurt and a glass of coffee for two is worth it 3000 rubles, complete nonsense, there is no beach, there are always visiting fishermen and tourists on the lake, garbage, dirt, the rooms are really very cozy, good furniture, yes, upon arrival they ask for a deposit of 100 Belarusian rubles, like for damage to property with a refund, when we left, the maid came to check the room, started to consider the mattress, towels and bed linen almost through a magnifying glass, I consider this a humiliation in my adras, and I also wanted to add, the road from the highway to the base I would call goodbye suspension for three kilometers, even the road was not made.

We were with my husband from 08 to 18 July 2024. If it were possible, I would put minus 100., I would put it. This is the worst hotel and
there is no hospitality, from the word at all. A very unfriendly cook and waitress. She plopped plates on the table with the look that we owed her something and she was doing us a huge favor for bringing food at all. I witnessed how the cook scolded the guest for taking 2 pillows from the sofa in the dining room for her little girl to put her higher at the table. The cook said, "You'll get them dirty, and then we'll wash them. And in general, these pillows are not for playing"
I was in shock just being around. I don't know how you can call it hospitality at all. Rooms are cleaned only if you ask, and then it's just a change of towels and checking the room (whether you didn't spoil or steal anything)
This is a separate story ..... the owners take a deposit of 100 Belarusian rubles or 3000 Russian rubles. A deposit for the fact that if you suddenly spoil or tear something....
When handing over the room, the cleaner came and rushed to check our bed (turn over the pillows, lift the blanket, look at the sheets) did not understand what she wanted to find there. Then she ran to look at the towels, she examined them carefully, almost under a microscope. She turned it over from all sides, looked at the stains, and only after these humiliating procedures, she gave us our money. The situation is really very humiliating. I've never seen anything like it.
Of course, we will not come here anymore and we will not advise others.
It sucks completely.

I want to leave my honest feedback, which is supported by all 6 people who vacationed with me.
To begin with, the territory is huge, there are many houses with a good layout, gazebos, there are even playgrounds and sandboxes.
There is a river or lake nearby (I don't really understand), my father-in-law loves fishing very much, so he caught a lot of fish in a couple of days and was very satisfied. We then gave them to the cats, who, by the way, are very well-mannered and well-groomed. And there aren't many of them.
Our house itself was comfortable, very clean in the bathroom, which is an indicator for me. The TV sometimes worked intermittently, but it was rare and instantly fixed.
The most important thing I want to note is that the soul is invested here, it is very pleasant to be in the house and on the territory itself.
there was a problem during the rest, I won't go into details, but even trouble. Larisa (the hostess, the head) is very involved in the process, and this is also an indicator for us, so at 12 o'clock in the morning, in a downpour, she helped us a lot. And the next day the problem was solved at all.
We were very satisfied, including the children.
We came here on the recommendation of our relatives, who were also satisfied. Therefore, I boldly recommend this place and we will definitely return 🤗
Even the children, who are usually easy to occupy or switch, did not want to leave.

We came to rest from August 7 to August 9 with our family (me, my husband and 2 children) for two days 588 bel. rub, they also take 250 rubles as collateral (in case we break something or spoil it). We didn't like it at all. It was terribly cold in the house, the floor was icy, and since we were unlucky with the weather on the first day, we spent most of our time there. The TV didn't work, it was done only the next day. The house is dirty, we didn't even put anything in the cabinets, because everything was covered in dust. The sofa has been laid out, but it is not possible to lie on it, the whole thing is falling apart. We decided to move 1 double beds, there was everything under them (crackers, dust, garbage, leftovers). We cleaned it all ourselves to somehow spend the night. There are still misunderstandings with the grill, who managed to take the first one, he uses it. Ashtrays in gazebos, olive jars, we didn't need them, but it would certainly be nicer to see normal ones, not this. After all, we don't pay small amounts of money, but everything is so terrible. The 2nd day went better, as the weather was fine and we spent the day at the lake. We definitely won't be coming back. I don't know where so many good reviews come from.

A beautiful vacation in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The purest lake of Lukom with a sandy shore. A wooden two-storey cozy house, where everything is there for a comfortable stay. Only the heated shower is outside. There is a summer kitchen, barbecue and more. The owner offers a sauna, fishing, excursions on the lake for an additional fee. You can cook by yourself, or you can use the services of a friendly hostess. There are sun loungers and a volleyball court. For those who want privacy with nature, I can safely recommend this quiet, unique corner of nature.

A good place to relax: a beautiful territory, a magnificent greenhouse with bananas on palm trees and sturgeon in the pool, a clean lake very close by. There is a cafe in the greenhouse, the food is delicious. We rested in the cottage "Zephyr" - like a cozy cottage: carpets everywhere, very clean, lots of space. The only negative is the problem with the electrics in the house and this affects the operation of electrical appliances: the kettle warmed the water for 5 minutes, the microwave was very bad and warmed the food for a long time.

I wanted to visit Abuzerye for a very long time, in principle, not so far away, only 100 km from home, but for some reason everything did not work out. And so, on February 23rd, we finally gathered. After reading the reviews beforehand. It is worth noting that 50% of them are negative. But we used to believe what we saw and not what we read. It is not for nothing that they say how many people there are so many opinions. The room is booked, with meals. I can't say it's expensive, but it's not cheap either. In any case, if you want to relax beautifully, then spending is inevitable. Or at home on the couch-for free.
Well, here we are, we were met by the hostess Larisa. I took her to the room. She showed me where to go for breakfast in the morning. The room in the house is on the second floor. The entrance is separate. A huge fireplace, a bathroom of at least 15 sq. m. The bedroom is very beautiful with snow-white bed linen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner to say that it is delicious is to say nothing. Divine. Homemade wine is a fairy tale.
And all this is the merit of a fragile girl and her husband. Larisa cooks and runs the entire household herself. It is worth noting that she has two small children who also require attention. When you see all this with your own eyes, you see how people are trying for your comfort, it becomes unclear where the negative reviews come from. Perhaps it depends on the people themselves. As for us, we will definitely advise everyone to visit this fabulous place created by the hands of this wonderful married couple. Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation, for the divine food, for tasting homemade wines (by the way, we also bought them with us)
And finally, don't listen to anyone. Everyone sees what they want to see.

The impression of the visit is ambiguous. We expected much more. The estate has been promoted and advertised. In fact, only the greenhouse. It's nice, for a couple of walks, but it works until 19.00. The territory is sparse, there are a lot of cottage houses set up, in two or three floors. The price for accommodation is very high! 250 b.r. per day of stay in budget apartments, as the estate positions them. We did not expect to get a basement without windows, next to the workshop for such money. There is no recreation area (gazebos, barbecues) assigned to the houses. Rather, there are two barbecues, but this is for the entire territory of the estate! And you need to run and check if the grill is free. And also ask for permission to use it in the recreation area of other companies. In general, such an occupation (For the stated cost, at least, I think, personal space in the fresh air should be provided. So that you understand... after leaving the house, there is not even a table with chairs, respectively, it is impossible to have a snack / drink coffee outdoors.
Parking along the fence (on the back side) for ordinary visitors, for more representative ones - inside the estate.
Initially, they were not going to order food, because for the average Belarusian family, its cost is shocking.
The beach, or rather, a piece of it will have to be shared with local fishermen and visitors.
They work on 100% prepayment (which is understandable)) with the condition of a refundable deposit (150 bps), keep in mind.

Cottage style: shabby furniture, poorly washed dishes in the room, unkempt territory. The plants in the greenhouse are also not in the best condition, and there is not much variety of species - most grow in pots at every house. Most of all, I didn't like the attitude of Larisa's hostess - it was extremely inhospitable, as if our presence burdened her. The only question during the stay is whether we will order an additional one.nutrition. In my opinion, the prices are very high with this quality of services, but there is something to compare with)

The farmstead "Abuzerye" is located in the Vitebsk region on the shore of the largest lake in Belarus - Lukomlsky.
It includes several houses- well-maintained cottages, furnished very decently with beautiful well-maintained house territories, a greenhouse and a garden with fruit trees.
The house where the three of us lived was gorgeous. Three TVs, one just huge, 75 inches, satellite TV, a collection of DVDs, billiards, excellent and comfortable furniture, air conditioning - all this impressed. Moreover, the cost is quite affordable.
It's great that they are allowed to settle with pets, without additionally setting any requirements for additional payment in kilograms, height, breeds, etc. restrictions. The main thing is to be careful, not to spoil the property in the house and clean up after your pets.
A beautiful and large greenhouse, in which there is a large swing with soft pillows, in the garden there are sun loungers and hammocks that contribute to lying down). If you want to roast meat, there are barbecue accessories.
The estate offers delicious and satisfying meals. Very good and inexpensive own wine of various types.
A 5-minute leisurely walk away is a lake with wild beaches, you can step aside a little and be alone at all. The water is calm and clean, fishing is possible.
Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages:
- The menu is monotonous. If the first day is great, the second is not bad, but on the third it gets boring. If you cook on your own, then you need to buy in advance or go to the store in Novolukoml - it takes 15-20 minutes by car along a relatively tolerable road with sharp gravel and dust.
The cost of meals per day is about 80-90 Belarusian rubles per person, which is quite expensive. Moreover, in a store in the city, you can use this money to buy food for a family of three for 2-3 days.
- Wi-Fi is available only in the reception area (and it is in the greenhouse) and 5-10 meters from it. There is no Internet in the cottages.
- Reception, Internet, dining room in the greenhouse. We were in hot weather. It is impossible to stay there for a long time, it is clear that there are exotic and thermophilic plants for which air conditioning is contraindicated, but at least fans could be installed. I wanted to sit slowly, drink tea or drink a glass of cool wine, but it turned out that I wanted to escape from there faster, because after 5 minutes you get covered in sweat. For the same reason, it was also uncomfortable to sit and work on the Internet.
On the other hand, it would be possible to go outside, but the number of midges, multiplying their number in the evening and morning hours, does not allow you to relax.
- The lake is spoiled by the Lukomlskaya GRES, the largest power plant in Belarus, which smelled of fuel oil a couple of times in the morning, but not much. The view of an industrial facility with huge pipes on the shore also does not add beauty to nature.
The shore of the lake is sand mixed with rocks and shells, and starting from a meter deep - silt and tall algae. And when you swim at a depth of one and a half to two meters, the algae cling to your arms and legs, which is a little annoying - although maybe I find fault) And there are very, very many evil midges, mosquitoes and horseflies, stock up on repellents!
Nevertheless, the places are beautiful, the houses and the territory are excellent, the owners have invested a lot of effort, money and soul into the estate, I think all wishes will be taken into account and you will want to return there again and again.

A cozy, comfortable stay, a beautiful greenhouse with banana palms, tangerines and other fruits, sturgeon fish are big cool cool). Access to the beach of a huge lake nearby, swimming, sunbathing, super views, water and sand. We fried kebabs on coals, everything was great, even raspberries and currants managed to eat. I would recommend hiring a gardener to complete a wonderful and well-groomed vacation! Otherwise, you are just super!

Prices are unreasonably high. The bathhouse was heated in a hurry so as not to lose money from the client, but not at all taking care of the comfort of vacationers in it. The pool is closed in the sauna. For a cracked ordinary glass mug, they were forced to pay 15 Belarusian rubles, the price of which is a maximum of 5 rubles. The sediment remained the most unpleasant, considering that during the day we left 500 Belarusian rubles there, without damaging anything expensive, leaving order behind, removing the garbage, we stood and transferred 15 rubles for, again, an ordinary glass mug. The girl as a detective checked the house with a list for 10 minutes, each mug, counted forks, spoons.

We were in the "White House" with a large company of 15 people. Very comfortable rooms, they are double, plus almost every room has a toilet with a shower.
Pros: the house was very clean upon arrival, the furniture was good, carpets everywhere, everything is there for everyday life, the only thing was extra plates. The territory is green, although it is noticeable that there is no gardener, the flower beds are not particularly well maintained, but naturally this does not affect the rest in any way. There is a gazebo with a barbecue at each house. The greenhouse cafe is very beautiful inside, there is a corner with a TV and toys for children, there is also a pool with sturgeons, children stuck to look at them)
Cons: near the house there was an artificial pond in which huge toads live, at night it is impossible to fall asleep from their croaking))
The lake is shared, so the small beach that you get to from the base is occupied by fishermen, they constantly pull boats through those lying on the grass.
Playgrounds are uncomfortable and swings are unstable, however, apart from swings there is nothing else on the territory for children. It would be necessary to improve them)

We had a rest with two families in the cottage "Zephyr" from 08/25/2022 to 08/28/2022.
To come here for a walk -yes, to live and relax -no.
I explain - the territory is beautiful with its gardens -in the season (which we got into) there are a lot of apples and pears, they can be tasted, out of season -there is nothing to do there, the idea of the garden is good, but there are no people who would look after them -the trees are not cut, the litter is not removed, a lot of wasps, a greenhouse - it's also worth a walk -but for one time, that's probably where the advantages of this place end.
Of the minuses, perhaps the most unpleasant and terrible was the infection of children and adults in the lake with circariums, when contacting a medical facility in Novolukoml, we told where we rest, the doctor noted that we were not the first to contact from Abuzerye with this, we came here with children to swim and relax (the youngest is not a year old), really it was impossible to warn What is the place to be??? Well, if you can't swim there, then what should you do there??? Further from the cons - the cottage is large, there was no cleaning during the entire stay, and in general no one even came and found out if everything was fine with us, maybe we need something? And this is after we refused to eat -aren't they at all interested in why? Let me explain -when choosing a place of rest - one of the selection criteria was the children's menu, which, as we arrived, for some reason disappeared. A strange gram of food - when ordering, the output of the finished dish was not indicated, so after ordering different dishes for everyone, we were surprised-someone had a small cutlet, and someone had half a chicken - and all this for the same price, it is unclear. For dinner, when ordering, a glass of wine of their production was indicated, which was served to all adults, it was supposed to be included in the price -but no, as it turned out later, we ourselves had to guess that we had to pay for it, but we generally had people who do not drink, and no one specified how many glasses to bring it to us -we came -everything was covered according to the number of adults. Guess for yourself-this is their motto in general-on the website there is a photo of a cottage with a Jacuzzi, which as we arrived turned out not to work, to which we were told -the quote "did you not understand that for such a cost of living -it will not work", but on the website we did not find -two cost of living -with a Jacuzzi and without? Why not immediately write that it doesn't work -maybe we chose this house just because of it? We were ready to pay extra for it.
There is a small problem with water - it goes intermittently, it was hard to wash the children, it is necessary to "catch" warm water between cold and boiling water)))
There is also no drinking water, you need to take it with you.

A great place to relax both with a large company and with your family. Cozy apartment on the 1st coastline of Lake Lukomlskoye. There is a barbecue, gazebos. There is an opportunity to cook by yourself, as well as the opportunity to eat in a cafe. There is also a beautiful greenhouse and a place for leisure for both adults and children.

Customer focus is at zero. We booked a room with my husband, previously during the booking we were asked to move two single beds to arrival, but they answered me, come and move it yourself and then put it back in place. They said that there was a kitchen in the cottage, I informed them that we would eat and use the kitchen ourselves, but upon arrival the kitchen was all dusty and dirty and no one cooked there and did not bother to clean it up. There are absolutely no dishes in the kitchen, but we were warned at the time of booking and I took it with me. There is not even a sponge and dishwashing detergent, but at the request they brought the kitchen on the trail.the day was washed. There was no dining table. They said it was folded there, standing on its side and dirty, if you want, take it and wash it yourself and take it out, because there is no one and no time to do it from the staff. Their food prices are inadequate for two people, about 120-130 rubles per day. They asked us to sell firewood for a barbecue to make a barbecue, but they refused, they said they had to bring their own, although there is a lot of firewood on the territory for the bathhouse, apparently. We asked to use the glasses in the kitchen for a martini, but they refused, saying we should have taken our own dishes. They never even came to take out the garbage in the room during their three-day stay. There are barbecues on the territory, we cooked a barbecue and in the evening there were mosquitoes in the gazebo, it was not comfortable to have dinner, we wanted to have dinner at a table in the greenhouse, but we were not allowed! They say eat in the gazebo, and in the greenhouse at the table you can eat for those who eat at them for 130 rubles a day for two. Although the tables were all empty. No one eats there at these prices.
One of the advantages is a beautiful greenhouse. But it is not well maintained at all, it is clear that there are not enough hands to clean either in the greenhouse or on the estate, it is not well maintained, not cleaned.
Of the advantages, the Lukomskoye reservoir is relatively clean nearby and you can also buy a greenhouse. A clean room is also a plus, but the audibility in the neighboring rooms is a huge minus.
A place for a one-time visit, we don't want to come back here. A place where you can just retire and stay in silence and take a break from the city.

I didn't like the attitude of the hosts towards their guests.
There was a misunderstanding out of the blue and the hostess reacted very violently and aggressively. There was a feeling that the estate was very tired of people.
Barbecue is one at home. Therefore, we must expect that other people can occupy it and not release it soon. The grille was shabby. We need to take our own.
There were also problems with water. From the cold it's hot, and from the hot it's hot too...
Also a playground on the street - well, no. There is a children's corner in the greenhouse itself - you can play there.
The water in the lake was clear and warm (late August). The shore is not quite sandy. There are sharp pebbles and even glass. Plus a lot of algae. But this coast has nothing to do with Abuzer. These are wild beaches where many people come to rest with tents.
I liked the apples on the territory. The territory is generally spacious. If it weren't for the attitude towards the guests, it would be nice to relax for a day, but they just ruined the day and the impression.

There is a sauna, very large cozy rooms. Wonderful hosts . A tropical corner where you can walk among the strange plants. Four days of rest is quite enough.

We had a rest in August 2023. We lived in apartments of three rooms. They are very large, bright, and cozy. Comfortable beds. We didn't have a stove, but there was a microwave and a kettle. The staff is very nice. The territory is large.

mistake! I specifically looked at the name of the lake on old maps. Lake LUKOMSKOYE!!! (and not Lukomlskoe).
It is on the 4th place in Belarus in terms of area.
We were "on an excursion" yesterday, we liked the greenhouse and the garden, the lake is clean and shallow. Dusty gravel on the road spoils the overall impression. It is very far from us, I will not go there for the second time, and even more so with the guests.
