A great place to relax with children. And not only. You can come here at any time of the year. A place for privacy , no fuss . You can relax both body and soul . There is a sauna, very large cozy rooms. Wonderful hosts . A tropical corner where you can walk among the strange plants. Four days of rest is quite enough.

We had a rest in August 2023. We lived in apartments of three rooms. They are very large, bright, and cozy. Comfortable beds. We didn't have a stove, but there was a microwave and a kettle. The staff is very nice. The territory is large.

mistake! I specifically looked at the name of the lake on old maps. Lake LUKOMSKOYE!!! (and not Lukomlskoe).
It is on the 4th place in Belarus in terms of area.
We were "on an excursion" yesterday, we liked the greenhouse and the garden, the lake is clean and shallow. Dusty gravel on the road spoils the overall impression. It is very far from us, I will not go there for the second time, and even more so with the guests.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. A green area with trees, a pond and a playground. A beautiful tropical greenhouse with many interesting plants, such as banana trees. Friendly staff. A compliment at the end of your stay is homemade wine and bananas.

We stopped by at 08/09/2022.
We settled on the 3rd floor with two beds. Terrible sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are saying behind the wall (you can hear everything).
They wanted to ask for batteries from the TV at the reception, but the staff does not work after 19.
We tried to enter the greenhouse in order to sit in the wi-fi zone, the guard sent us a bunch of mats, the administrator, covering the guard, refused to give his full name, accusing that we were to blame. They said, "you can write reviews, but it won't help you."

The place is specific. With his own clientele, apparently. It suits someone. The food is good. The attitude of different people towards the client ranges from benevolent to dismissive. Replaces a vacation at the country house or in a pioneer camp. There may be nuances with the water, a beautiful lake. The beach is minimal, grassy. Would you go there again? Nah. But someone is normal.

An ambiguous feeling after relaxing in the Abuzerye estate!
The territory is large, landscaping, greenhouses with bananas and tomatoes (by the way, you can not tear the latter, they will definitely call you a thief) and nowhere is it said about it!!! We lived in a pink house, large, the furniture is normal, the air conditioner does not work, none and in no way, in general, the porch is in disrepair, the TV turns on by poking for 10 minutes, if we are lucky, there is a problem with water, children need to be washed and there is no pressure, to which the administration told us "what do you want for these money?", that is, this is the norm, you pay and that's it, the mission is completed! The local "general" is not sociable and arrogant because he is just a money man, passes by with an intelligent face, as if you are not there, there are many stories about him in the district, it is better not to try to communicate with him, he is not worth your attention! The administrator can't really decide anything, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not tasty, in general, instead of one dish they can bring absolutely another and include it in the bill, they answer the question why so, they decided to replace it... In general, friends, it's up to you, but I categorically do not recommend that you relax there, unless of course you are the same as those "people" ...

It is a very beautiful place, the road is acceptable, the primer is only 3.5 km, right in front of the entrance. I met a live stork on the roof of the house opposite the manor, at the end of the trip the bride arrived.)))
We were in the house, in pink, clean, everything is there, a decent bathroom, a house with all amenities, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave. The territory of the estate is large, although with what to compare?! The estate is well maintained, but for some reason the artificial reservoirs were not filled. The greenhouse is a separate adventure, just super, for the design of all 10+. The greenhouse is a restaurant. The food is standard, around 750 rubles per person at a time. Satisfying. The breakfasts are not bad, but no more than three times, then you get bored. Among the disadvantages: early dinner before 19 00 hours. You'll want to eat anyway, if you go for a walk. On the plus side, there is a barbecue. A place for three days, two nights at most, if you are not a fisherman.))) The lake deserves special attention, it is beautiful, large, there is nothing to worry about, mud (algae) washes up to the shore, no one cleans it, but it is still beautiful. There is no entertainment, only the entourage. There are no bicycles, no ATVs, no boats. Entertain yourself. Quietly. It's good to relax with children. Yes, there is a table shade))), but the table has seen years and winters.
