A great place to spend holidays in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere on the banks of the Neman. There is a sauna in a separate building, many rooms for overnight stays and a spacious hall for celebrations. The only thing that bothered me was the dim lighting in the hall, but he quickly gets used to it.

From my observation, the manor is for big holidays, weddings and other things. Clear. Comfortably. The Neman is nearby. Not far from the M6 highway. There are a couple of parking spaces, a maximum of 10 cars.

The manor and the place are great, but the owner and staff leave much to be desired. You can only agree in words, so to speak, empty promises. They charge money for everything. Not tactful, blamed for any issue that arises…

Beautiful territory. There are baths, a large gazebo with a barbecue, plus a barbecue next to the street. That's all the advantages! (There are no children's zones and entertainment, the house is INSANELY dirty, the shower cabins are broken, the doors hardly open. On the threshold of the house you can kill yourself, terrible stones, large and sharp. The stairs to the second floor are terrible and dangerous. There is no living room in the house, only a hall with a bunch of tables and benches. There are no towels, not even kitchen ones. There is a stove, but no kitchen utensils, there is a washing machine but no drying. It feels like the house has never been cleaned or renovated since it was built. There is nothing for children there except to run around the territory. Of the advantages, I can also add a descent to the Neman River.

Why only 4. Because the weather consisted only of rain. In the first house, not all rooms have serviceable sockets. There was no hot water in it. There is Wi-fi, but none. I was pleased with the billiards, but none of the cues has overlays. This causes the table cloth to deteriorate quickly. And so, the place is atmospheric. Landscaping is fine. I would like signs or numbers of buildings. I didn't go to the bathhouse. Staff and service without questions or complaints. Polite and considerate.
In general, the place is ideal for events.

If you rent the complex, the house and according to world rules at 14:00 check-in and at 12:00 check-out. Please provide all the conditions for this.
They don't give you towels. I didn't find the iron.

The worst option for a vacation. Apart from a good plot, there is no comfort anymore. There is poor lighting in the rooms, and the rest rooms in the houses are small. Sockets in the bedrooms are a problem to find. The switches for the bedrooms are located in the corridors. Tree stumps instead of chairs. Instead of a hanger, there are twigs of trees. There is one toilet on two floors. The water in the house is apparently taken from the Neman, has an unpleasant smell. There is no sauna in the second house, 6 hours of heating 50 degrees. The brickwork near the stones is falling apart. There is no fence. In the font, climbing out, you can break your neck. The shelves are untreated and dirty - a pigsty. The houses are cold, the owner does not solve the issues, but runs away

A very large, well-maintained territory. There is a playground, a swing, a felt ball court, a barbecue area with a large gazebo.
We saw 3 cottages on the territory. The first one had 4 rooms located on the second floor, on the ground floor there was a kitchen, a dining area and a bathtub with a shower cabin. The beds are very large, the headboards are made of logs. In general, the house is interestingly decorated, in a rustic style.
We lived in the second cottage, it has 3 living rooms. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a billiard room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, there is no kitchen, only a dining room, a toilet and a sauna with a swimming pool. There was no shower cabin, there were just 2 shower hoses on the wall in the bathhouse, which was not very convenient.
We did not see the third house inside, it was located closer to the river.
At the time of our arrival, the house was cool (we were not very lucky with the weather), we asked the owners to heat up a little. By evening, the house was warmer, but still a little chilly. Fortunately, there was a fireplace on the ground floor, it was lit for us for free, it became warmer and more cozy. We did not notice any dampness (perhaps because we did not live near the river and on the second floor). The room was clean, the linen was fresh. But there were no towels! It's good that you took your own. There is also no wifi. With full occupancy, it may be a little noisy, the audibility in the rooms is decent.
We hardly saw the owners, I can't say anything about them.
From the estate you can go down to the river, it is very wide, there is a pier, a boat and a couple of catamarans.
We were delighted with the territory, you can safely spend a couple of days there, you will find something to occupy yourself. There is no cafe nearby, we went to Grodno.
