I can only wish for better service and more opportunities.
The last visit surprised me. I think that *A.K. Scat* has been there recently. Since we needed, in addition to online registration, having a PT, + to stand in line in order to print a ticket, since the scanning device * barcodes and QR codes from gadgets do not work there. And AirAstana and FlyArystan somehow settled this issue.

I read the early reviews and expected to see something. Everything will be taken away, not the airport, but the barn, it can't be worse......
In fact: registration in three windows is lightning fast. The stall with a souvenir was opened specially for the time of registration (At 2.10 am!!!!!) . The restrooms are clean and spacious.
The customs is friendly and courteous, moms with babies were taken by the hand to the beginning of 4 queue windows!!!
The waiting room to the exit to the platform is good, there are air conditioners, cafes with real prices.
The bus was waiting for everyone. Departure without delay. Thank you for the good travel experience!
The taxi tried to raise the price, but a little further away near the stop there were taxis operating on a taximeter - state prices are three times lower than private companies. Or you can take a city bus to the center, but you should wait for the start of the route. Arrival is early, very early)))

He seems to be admiring himself. During the inspection, a penknife (not a cold weapon) and a set of tourists, a folding spoon and a folding table knife, were seized. So far, no one has requested to arrange storage, no one has offered it himself. Are they taking advantage of their position? Where do passengers' similar things then go? One can only guess. Although in all state institutions where it is forbidden to carry phones and other items, storage boxes have long been installed. Why not organize a similar event at the airport? This indicates a lack of professionalism and a low culture of air transportation service. There are two queues at check-in through two Windows, but from the third Window, those who weigh their luggage automatically distract the employee from the second Window, and passengers who stand with hand luggage in the second window are forced to wait for these passengers with luggage. There are three queues and two Windows. The prices on board the plane and in the cafe are of course for very wealthy passengers. What else are you doing in the catering business? ! People are very unhappy with such prices and the overall service. Your service itself is in a running state. I arrived in my car and did not know where to leave it under paid security during my absence. This is probably an extremely difficult task for an international airport!?
