The airport is at a good level. But it is confusing: 1) the lack of clear information on the screen about departure and arrival. I have to get the reference book. 2) The check-in desk is open alone for a large flight. Near the entrance to the inspection (1). A crowd of people, it is very inconvenient and not comfortable. Check-in for another flight starts nearby and it just becomes unbearable 3) Security area # 2 is also very small. Toluchka. In short, it's not comfortable.

A regular regional airport, with 5-10 flights per day. There are no landing guides, the plane is served directly to the terminal and passengers walk 50 meters to the plane - a highlight, you rarely see this!
Electronic boarding passes are not scanned, they are asked to print them at the check-in desk.
There are several city bus routes to the airport - the cost is 90 tenge, you can pay with QR code.

There is only one shop on the square in front of the airport and that is for smokers.
If the flight is delayed, it is almost impossible to find a place to sit down.
But the cafe-bar located under the stairs kills the most.
There is no more than half of the menu, plus the rudeness of the administrator discourages appetite at once.
