The cabinet was ordered on November 26, according to the terms of the contract, the cabinet was supposed to be installed on December 9 (with the promise that the cabinets would be made in 2 times). On December 8, I called myself, they answered 5 times and said they didn't know anything about my cabinets, as a result, they called back after 2 hours and said that the cabinet hadn't arrived, and they still needed time to check and assemble it. We agreed a week later on December 16 from 10 to 11, arrived at 12.40. Somehow we installed 1.5 cabinets, i.e. the frame of the cabinets (2 cabinets and a mezzanine were ordered), at 19.00 the installer said that he measured the doors and next time he would arrive with the doors. As a result, the doors were made correctly from the third time, then narrow, then they had no light at the factory, and they could not saw off the guide.
As a result of the work, comments were written on a whole sheet of a4: chips on the shelves; torn wallpaper; the use of black screws for transparent corners; doors are not adjusted on the closers; between the panels, the floor-wall joint with a gap of more than 0.5 mm, the answer to this contractor is "close the baseboard".
As a result, at the time of 30.01, the installer had already arrived 9 times and had not finished eating. We are waiting for the next arrival.
Having a door and having the height of the cabinet, they could not properly saw off the base: the base should be 67x600, 60x600 and 70x400 were sawn off. What can be said after that about these people more..
As a result, the recommendation is to avoid these people, their excuses are childish, they do not really want to be responsible for their work, the logistics department very often ignores; the warranty department is rude, does not listen, throws the phone.
The score for the work is minus 5. The designer's rating (Oleg) is minus 10 (installers do not know why many slats are needed). The contractor is not punctual.

Good time of day. After reviewing the reviews, I decided to order a closet. I found this organization through Instagram. There is no communication, from the word at all - ala "the designer will contact you", this is still half the trouble. There are no questions for the designer (he called himself, he agreed when he could come, etc.). And after making a measurement, concluding an agreement (03.01.23), it remained to wait for the arrival of the master (installer) - the logistician called and said that tomorrow (27.01.23) he would arrive from such and such a time. OK. The master arrived at half past 10 a.m., and he finished the work only at 9 p.m. on the same day (the day is simply lost). There are a lot of questions. According to the work of the master: in the morning, the phrase "if you do not need help to bring the cabinet (i.e. its details)" was the first thing that alerted, the second - there was a sliding shutter with a lock and a handle in the project - to which the master replied: "that you don't need a pen here, because there is a gap between the cabinets," accordingly, he did not install it (and it was included in the price), he did not mention the lock. Third, the site indicates that the installation is dust-free, but there is a mountain of garbage upon completion of the work and the master simply left, leaving the garbage in the corridor. Regarding the closet, everything is OK. But according to the installer's work, it's just a fail. The money was paid (not small), I delayed the work for the whole day, I did not clean up the garbage, I did not install a lock with a handle. I do not recommend it. And I will not contact you anymore (I also wanted to order bathroom furniture, but alas, I will look for another organization). All the best to you. Perhaps this review will not affect in any way, but I have not seen such an attitude towards the client yet.

Much ado about nothing. A lot of advertising on the Internet, SMS alerts and reminders about the date of measurements, and as a result, they can't even organize a technologist's departure for measurement in 6 days. I wanted to order a wardrobe. Their technologist can leave for measurements only after 6 days and at a time that is not convenient for me, despite the fact that all other competitors have a maximum of 1-2 days. Well, maybe such huge downloads. But in the end, even at this agreed time, they managed not to arrive, without notifying about the overlap and without apologizing. 10 minutes before the scheduled time, the technologist calls and asks if the manager has said that he will not arrive. When asked if he would arrive today, but later, only an inarticulate murmur. The manager's disgusting work and the cotton-wool technologist, there are a lot of show-offs in the company, and business processes are not established at all. I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if I contacted them.

after-sales service is at zero. after the conclusion of the contract, there is no feedback from the company, no clear answer. with all the questions, they are sent to sales, then to logistics, then to the quality department. They don't answer the phone, they occasionally call back. The order was a dressing room, a closet, and a closet to the toilet. It would seem to be a non-small order. but no. there are really no questions for designer Victor. Everything is clear and beautiful. But then, after signing the contract and making an advance payment, the picture changes. Not only do the production dates differ from what was originally stated when drawing the sketch (do not believe the nonsense from the words on time, read in the contract, the terms are much longer in the contract). Installation: there are no questions about the work of the installers themselves. And here again, "thanks to the specialists" of the call center or logisticians, in general, "backoffice" for informing. I specifically said that I would take the days at my own expense. We discussed the dates. As a result, the order was carried for a day, mounted on the second, and the third...the doors to the closet will be brought later and mounted at a convenient time for me. This "later" + 2 more weeks. Deadlines are violated, no one calls until I received information on my own after a day of dialing, etc...installation during the working day until 18, break off from work and come to the installation (although they told me that they could at any time convenient for me and after 19 o'clock). We arrived, and again we did not deliver something..in short, the service is "our everything ...". I will not apply anymore. Thanks for the experience.

I do not advise anyone to contact this company! Terrible after-sales attitude. We have understaffed the order and you will not find further ends! Call this department back, call that one back.... The build quality is a perfect theme. The master does not even have an elementary tool for high-quality assembly and as a result we got chips, gaps, scratches and dents.
