The third time, I was still able to get through. The receptionist said she would check with the coach when she had time and would call me back.
As a result, she called back and gave me the coach's number so that I could get in touch myself
I also called the coach. She couldn't tell me the time for the class right away, but promised to contact me in the evening via messenger. In the evening, she wrote that she would clarify the next day at the v&v itself when there was a free day and would write to me. I wrote it a day later
If the coach doesn't have time or if the gym is busy, then why not say so? Why should I waste my time on constant waiting?

I chose the spa ritual "1001 nights" - body scrub, wrap and relaxing ritual (full body massage).
I came to the office, had a massage - 1 hour, relaxed, it was very pleasant. And then the girl says, get up, go to another room for peeling and wrapping. It was a very unpleasant moment, I wanted to come, relieve stress, relax, and then they did one procedure, run through the entire center in a bathrobe to other procedures past all visitors! I think if you have a program "1001 nights", or any other, then it should be in one office, and not I should run around the offices.... besides, wait in the hallway, in a bathrobe, where all visitors go, when a specialist comes for me! This is very unpleasant! And, since it is written in the price list -scrub, wrap, massage - it means that the visitor assumes the procedures in this order. It was the other way around for me!
And yet, the price list indicates that the session lasts 150 minutes (2.5 hours). So all my actions, all the procedures, including running around the offices and waiting on the couch, took 2 hours and 5 minutes.
It's a bit insulting that you pay a lot of money -122 rubles. And the service is lame.
In general, because of these shortcomings, I did not fully enjoy the services, it's a shame!

The next day they called back and said that they could come today, the device was repaired. When making an appointment at V& v by phone, you will not be told anything about the preparation for the procedure or about contraindications to it (as they do in other centers), apparently with the expectation that you come, they will charge you for the "consultation" and you will safely go home if you have contraindications. As a result, at the reception, Ms. MISEVICH, when the administrator began to make the calculation, said to include another 11 rubles in the payment for her consultation. A CONSULTATION??!!!!! No shame, no conscience! Firstly, this is not a consultation, but an explanation of the main points, which is essential for l/ E. Nowhere , nowhere !!!!!They do not charge people for this separately. The administrators (there were 2 of them), like me, were round-eyed from such information. The doctor brazenly demanded payment, to which I replied that there was no such item on the website or in the price list at the reception, and in general, this is not considered a separate consultation in any center.
