This is not the first time we have rested in VIP saunas. But this is the first time we've encountered this! On August 17, we were in a fake sauna with children. In the Jacuzzi, the water apparently did not change for who knows how long, because it was gray. I didn't understand at first, I thought maybe it was the backlight, but when the child took off the swimsuit (it was new, had not been used before), the wrong side was clogged with sand and dirt.
The disgusting aftertaste of the visit. The receptionist is not just unfriendly, but very unfriendly, although there were girls before that who were very pleasant and friendly.

The VIP sauna is not bad, but there is no choice of tea, the assortment is very meager. I didn't like the recreation area because of the staff -the bartender was sitting with a lady, drinking champagne and communicating using obscene language (to put it mildly). I have been visiting the same spa salon "V&V SPA Wellness center" several times in a row and taking the program "Tranquillity pro-sleep massage". There is enough time to properly relax and take a break from the accumulated tension. Every time I try to try something new, and every new program is exciting. These feelings really need to be experienced, described and told about them is simply not possible. The only thing I can say is that the staff is very attentive and friendly. A feeling of renewal, both internal and external, a surge of strength and energy.
An atmosphere of calm and relaxed state reigns right from the doorway in the salon. I like to come a little bit in advance of the session and enjoy a cup of fragrant tea. I have never tasted such delicious tea anywhere else.
