I also have to write a review after my request for this service. It was necessary to change the two-mass flywheel + rear crankshaft oil seal + oil in DSG for Volkswagen Caddy 2015 DSG6. I stopped at this service after monitoring the service station in Minsk, realizing that the consequences of poor-quality work can be serious. There was an option 3 HUNDRED with good reviews, but it was a convenient time here. I bought it myself from the importer, where a friend works, so as not to get to the fact. As a result, the work cost me 600 rubles, which is the average price in Minsk. But there was one unpleasant moment right away. I forgot to order an oil filter on DSG, the master contacted me, agreed that they would order it themselves, having previously agreed on the cost with me, I said to look good in quality. As a result, the master did not contact me, and in fact I was charged the cost of the filter - 160p! + 25p. gasket! When asked why it is so expensive and who the manufacturer is, they said that we have such prices and the manufacturer allegedly produces VAG, to my question that VAG does not produce itself, there was no intelligible answer (actually the filter costs 50p). I decided okay, I won't swear. It was clear to me that after such an attitude to the client, I would not be served here anymore, but this is the choice of a service station if they prioritize "one-time" work with Clint.
Further-more. The rear oil seal flowed immediately. They told me to drive the car again, if it was their fault, they would change it for free, if the part was defective, it was my problem. To my question, if I bought the parts from them, they replied that then the questions themselves would be closed. As a result, I paid 530 rubles again for removing the box and replacing the oil seal, I decided to buy the oil seal from them so that there was a full warranty. As a result, they sold the oil seal to me for 228p., I bought Corteco for 120p. initially. In total, the repeated appeal cost me 790 rubles. As a result, the original oil seal was returned to me with detachment along the body, allegedly a defect. I said that I would do an examination, because if the detachment was initially, why did they put it, and then it could not appear, because the oil seal is attracted to the body. The quality engineer of the supplier said that this was the first time he had seen such a thing. As a result, after a preliminary examination, it turned out that there is a lot of sealant on the Teflon coating! Although all manufacturers strongly recommend putting this oil seal on the Teflon coating side on dry!!! It is forbidden to use any lubricants, sealants, etc. Otherwise, it will leak. And when it was torn off (and it was planted on a sealant), it was peeled off. I contacted the director of the service station, we met, not immediately, but the director admitted guilt. The money for the second appeal was returned. They showed adequacy here, the case did not have to be brought to court.
I addressed them with the problem of injectors, or rather with their work.they had to remove them, clean them if necessary, change them, they said that the work would be worth it (150p-removal and installation, and 150p-cleaning and checking) as a result, in the evening I received a call from them saying one of the injectors is bent (a very big question how it happened) to which I replied that before lunch I told them I'll bring a new nozzle.in the morning, they called me again and said that they had done it (the question is how?) As a result, they wrote me a lot more things there. In the end, I paid 900 rubles for cleaning the injectors and removing the gasket, and after 5 hours of driving, my fuel pump leaked, as they told me, I replaced the fuel pump already from others. I rode the injectors for only half a year and drove 30t and that's it again the car is tripping

I turned to the service because of the convenience of the location and good reviews, as it was necessary to quickly solve the problem on a day off.
Changed the spark plugs and ignition coil. There are no questions for the masters, the diagnostician is a great guy, he did everything carefully and efficiently.
I was upset by the fact that the person who deals with spare parts there decided to sell candles three times more expensive than they cost in any online store, instead of 15 rubles, 45 rubles apiece (I checked by the article, since they gave away boxes of new spare parts).
I will not go any more, the guy from the selection of spare parts needs to work on communication with customers and the adequacy of the prices set.

I was satisfied with the result - the guys conducted a visual inspection + cable diagnostics. They honestly replied that they could still ride without imposing a replacement here and now. In addition, we answered all other questions about this car. When diagnosing the engine (for a small "clatter" with the engine running), they were surprised by the method of detecting the true cause - the generator/air conditioner belt was removed, the "clatter" did not pass, then they armed themselves with a somewhat modernized medical wiretap - the one that doctors listen to the heartbeat at the reception - and with it pointed to the original source!E. of all possible methods, when some mechanism has not yet broken, but the sound "delivers", this method was really very accurate! Because not everything can be seen visually and counted from a computer. Special thanks to the guys! If necessary, I will stop by to be serviced before them. I want to add - because I myself am technically "savvy" in the device of cars - there was not even a hint that they were hanging noodles on their ears. Unfortunately, these days it's all the time, especially when it comes to really complex cars.

We searched for a problem for a long time, drove with the master- miraculously we heard a sound. After a detailed diagnosis, it was determined that the external drive. At the same time, after its disassembly, the clip was intact, but apparently the bearings rolled over. The item was delivered in 2 hours + 1 hour for installation. The malfunction is gone. There was a problem with the fuel supply due to garbage in the tank, they removed the tank and called and said come pick up the tank and go mine it yourself, although it would seem I pay money for it, but I do it myself.
During the repair process, there were a lot of additional expenses in the form of 15p hamuts and as a result, the tank cleaning came out at 720 rubles ... after which they claimed that everything was fine with the car. But after their "repair", I lost part of the tool from the trunk, the electric seat adjustments stopped working and after 2 days the fuel pump was covered.
The service is terrible and the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired, especially to Alexander with his phrase "I didn't touch anything, you drove her like that." It feels like it's not a VAG car repair, but a Lada.
The opinion was twofold. Computer diagnostics were done quickly. And then something incomprehensible began. I left the car to replace the spare part. A couple of hours later, they called and said that the spare part had been changed, but it was defective. They offered to put another one on... but they warned me that if the following spare parts are defective, then I have to pay for the replacement of spare parts. Maybe I don't understand something, but of course I would like the problem I came with to be solved.
The location is not the best: you leave the car and ... There is no public transport there at all. The metro is a 15-minute walk through the mud and that's it!
