The driver had already called directly 10 minutes before arrival (time 3:45 p.m.) and stated that either he was not delivering at all, since I was at work and could not come home at the click, or I was accepting the goods at the time of arrival. And it was also said by the driver that normal people are sitting and waiting for their delivery... Yes, apparently I'm not quite normal, that I'm working, not waiting for delivery, and that I was trying to find out on the eve of the approximate delivery time in order to adjust... I do not recommend it, it is a pity that for your own money there is a kilometer of negativity...

No one calls the exact time of delivery , just from 13 to 17 and that 's it! We ordered the delivery of laminate flooring on 11.10 to Gomel. At 8 a.m., the driver called and warned about the delivery in the period from 14:00 to 16:00.
At 13:42, the driver Andrey informed that he would be there in 5 minutes. We were out of town and asked to wait 5-10 minutes for us just in case. However, Andrey rudely stated that he did not intend to wait. We had to drive at full speed into the city to make it.
We made it to exactly 14:00. The driver Andrey behaved impudently and unceremoniously. To our indignation, he informed us that the leadership has no influence on him.

The initial delivery was made a week in advance on Saturday. On this day, there was not a single call from the carrier company, by what time it was unclear to call the movers. By the evening, when we contacted the VamExpress manager with the help of the store that organized this delivery, it turned out that our order did not fit into the car that day and it would be delivered tomorrow. Naturally, no one informed us about this, why. We agreed on delivery the next day before 12 p.m. with a request to call in advance to inform you about the delivery time. The driver called at 6 pm! We could not accept the cargo at that time, because we did not have movers at that time. The third delivery was also simply not loaded into the car and we were not informed. I had to call the office myself and find out the information.
For the fourth time, the driver called 5 minutes before arrival! Any decent company delivering bulky cargo will call at least half an hour/hour in advance so that the client has the opportunity to call the movers and generally be at home during delivery. As a result, for an additional fee in their pocket, the drivers agreed to lift the load into the apartment.
On top of everything else, managers respond rudely and boorishly on the phone, do not have up-to-date information and do not listen at all to what their client asks for. It is impossible to get through to the managers, phones and SMS are not answered.
The cargo arrived in torn boxes, which also indicates the quality of their transportation services.
Given the number of similar negative reviews, we would never have used the services of this delivery ourselves, but the delivery was organized by the store, so there was nothing we could do.
