The barista did not specify whether we had coffee with us or to take away when ordering, when ready, the coffee was in cups, we clarified why it was not in mugs, to which we were answered "we are closing soon" at 20:45, well, the coffee shop is open until 22:00..
It's not very pleasant.. the impression is ruined..

We regularly visit Vark on Novaya Borovaya. Always delicious coffee, pleasant staff. But today I was wildly horrified by the attitude of the staff.. I ordered Americano and cappuccino with vegetable milk, paid 7.50, repeated the order to the guy, as I was confused by the cost, but he confirmed that he understood everything correctly.
Next, the guy made me an Americano, poured milk there, gives it to me and starts laughing, saying "Well, is it okay?" then his partner picked it up and started laughing too ... I made a remark about the order and about the behavior, but I did not receive any explanation of the situation! I paid 5.50 extra and got my long-awaited coffee.
I never understood what it was!!
Firstly, tactless and disrespectful behavior towards the visitor.
Secondly, the absolute lack of communication skills
And thirdly, there were doubts about the payment, I paid 5.50 for Americano (although the menu says 5) and 7.50 for cappuccino with vegetable milk, but I did not find its cost in the menu…
Conclusion: improperly selected and poorly trained staff directly affects the loss of regular customers. I won't be back there soon!

Today I was just wiping the table, we came in, I see a shift of two girls. One looks sick (I don't want to talk about untidiness, I think it's inappropriate to discuss it, well, it somehow should be clear by itself), well, I think it seemed like it was a catering, an employee couldn't come sick to work in a catering🤷♀️ordered coffee, cheesecakes and granola. Then, in a loud conversation with another client, she tells that her nose and ears are sick, and that she does not lose optimism (at this time, I wipe crumbs from the table from a past client, do not distract from the conversation). Well, hearing this, we are shocked of course, we ask for another one to cook for us. Another girl always makes very delicious coffee, I am happy when I see her. Seriously? When this banana makes up 20 percent of the dish in granola, will you just remove it and leave the same price? Some kind of disrespect for their visitors. I think that this is the unprofessionalism of the barista - he could not resolve the conflict situation, did not ensure the availability of products, could not replace a banana with anything, and so on.

Если работают они , то заряд хорошего настроения и быстрая подача кофе обеспечены! Запоминают клиентов и их предпочтения!! Руководству стоит премировать таких работников!

A barista in an apron was washing the dishwasher (well, at least with gloves on). Apparently, because of this, the waiting time for the order increased, since before that, apparently, there was a large order that one employee was forced to fulfill. At the same time, there was a girl without a uniform in the work area and did not bother to help the barista in fulfilling the order. Is it so accepted in your country that a person can be in a sanitary zone in street clothes? I put 4 stars just for a nice barista and very delicious coffee 👍

- it turned out to be impossible to drink after "cooling down". (it is unclear what was in the composition and strongly smelled of alcohol).
Before that, all the coffee shop's drinks were delicious and did not arouse suspicion... The desire to visit the coffee shop is gone.
***My comment on the official response of the coffee shop:
1. Do not make "fools" of visitors, the drink turned out to be "do not understand what" (before this case I had already ordered an Irish coffee in this coffee shop - I know what the "+" result should be).
2. I already regret that I did not return the "prepared drink" to the "barista", I would like to personally find out his opinion after tasting (if it turned out to be "+", I would gladly offer to drain the cup to the bottom and would be delighted to see how the barista drains the glass =))))
p/s - I poured the drink as a result and did not waste time on conflict. Next time, I'll do it differently.

The staff is very unfriendly. For the first time I hoped that anything could happen, we are all human beings. The second time I thought it was just a coincidence. On my third visit, I was convinced that it did not seem and did not match. The employees do not even try to hide that they are not happy to see a guest right from the doorstep. Moreover, the coffee is brewed well, the pastries are delicious.

Из плюсов можно выделить вкусные десерты, хороший кофе и приятный дизайн интерьера. Но все это меркнет из-за недружелюбных и неопрятных сотрудниц (не все здесь такие, есть и дружелюбные, но их мало). От них веет негативной и тяжелой энергетикой, из-за чего сразу падает уровень настроения. Из-за того что им видимо лень мыть посуду, они предлагают подать кофе не в кружке, а в картонном стаканчике, а тарелки часто приносят мокрые либо с ворсинками от полотенец.

К кофе и десертам претензий нет, все довольно вкусно. Но заходить в это заведение - риск, ведь вам может попасться смена с крайне неприветливыми работницами и это испортит вам настроение. Но важно подметить, что там также работает и крайне доброжелательный парень, который отлично выполняет свою работу.
UPD. В последнее время капучино стал больше похож на молоко с очень отдаленным привкусом кофе.

Часто посещаем данное место с семьей. Персонал всегда улыбчивый, сколько бы вопросов им не задавали, всегда сохраняют оптимизм и со всем помогают. Еда вкусная, сервис отличный.
Это место для тех, кто хочет куда-то сходить, культурно посидеть и зарядиться позитивом, как от сотрудников, так и от вкусного кофе с круассанчиком😀

Сколько раз ни заходила - вечно недовольные сотрудницы с таким лицом, что хочется сразу уйти. Посещала данный филиал пару-тройку раз и вечно с какими-то приключениями. Привела гостью - они ее обсчитали, даже не извинились и не предложили в качестве извинений какой-то бонус или замещение. Последний раз когда заходила, заказала РАФ. До этого было с ним все в порядке, а сейчас было ощущение, что он совсем не на сливках, а на молоке или сливки чем-то развели. В общем, красивое заведение портит человеческий фактор. Руководство, сделайте уже, пожалуйста, что-нибудь с этим. Иначе долго на этом месте вы не задержитесь, к сожалению

соевого и овсяного молока нет. кофе отдали всем на вынос, кто после меня заказывал, а я ждала свой, смотря как мои сырники остывают.

Вопрос к администрации кофейни:
Не хотите сделать более человечные условия для работников? Включить кондиционер в жару?
Я пришёл к вам на завтрак и вместо улыбчивого персонала увидел измождённых девушек, которые уже, в 10:00 утра устали от жары и э, само собой, настроение и вид у них так себе.
Либо персонал пеняйте иногда, делая ротацию, либо цены снижайте. А то поесть сырники из морозилки можно и в других местах.
Дополняю отзыв, тк владельцы франшизной Варки решили закупить мотива для накрутки рейтинга — так не выйдет. Кофейня ваша как была не очень так и осталась! Меняйте персонал или закрывайтесь
