The place is great! The most agile staff I've ever seen. With a full hall and a queue, the guys manage to serve even large companies quickly and without mistakes. At peak times, the order of first, second courses and desserts with drinks was brought in 30 minutes, although they warned that the wait was up to 40 minutes. Since Cornflowers is a "network", there are several of them in Minsk, I was in the one opposite the KGB. My table was served by a very pleasant waiter who always appeared on time and brought the dishes in the right order. The dishes in the photo on the menu completely match those that are served.
If it is important to someone - good quality cutlery, served in a closed form, dishes without chips and cracks, napkins in sufficient quantity, salt, pepper, toothpicks - everything is freely available).

A beer cocktail tastes good, but not mine. If you are not a fan of complexly composed flavors, it is better to have a separate beer, a separate tincture.

The best restaurant of national cuisine that is in Minsk. All the dishes are delicious and varied. I especially liked the soups, straight 10/10. One of the disadvantages is the long wait and ALWAYS, literally EVERY TIME we went alone with a guy, food was brought only to someone alone. As a result, it was possible to start eating only when the second person also brought his order. And this is about 15-30 minutes of waiting until the second one's food is already cold. If you want to eat together at once, ask the waiter to bring food for two at once.
And I also want to note that all the dishes are VERY fatty. I understand that this is a national cuisine, but personally I sometimes felt bad after Cornflowers. There is pork, pork rinds, lard, potatoes, a lot of butter. The guy got it, I didn't really. For those like me, I can recommend salads without mayonnaise and soups. They suited me.
