Great place! The whole family was in Minsk, we had lunch here twice. I really liked the speed of service and the kitchen. Everything is very tasty! My daughter, who was three years old at that time, chose borscht, we were very surprised by her choice, but borscht is really delicious. To try everything, it was not praised twice. I hope we will return to Minsk and then we will definitely try everything! There may be queues at the entrance, this is the only place nearby where I've seen this.

Who likes meatballs with mashed potatoes? Come here! An incredibly delicious dish thanks to the excellent filling of both the cutlets themselves and the side dish to them- the most delicate puree! The crispy crust of the cutlet, the explosive buttery juicy center with notes of dill and the most tender flesh of the chicken... mmm.
But the breakfasts were disappointing. Starting from unsightly-looking oatmeal porridge, as if "from a bag" to mediocre pancakes with stuffing.

The food is Belarusian or Lithuanian. They cook delicious. The dishes are large. The waiters are courteous. Not everyone knows, but they are always ready to help solve the problem. There is no special parking, but I think you can find a place nearby. One of the disadvantages is the bustle, a lot of visitors, because the room is large, there is a second tier and an enclosed terrace. The prices are quite affordable. With a bottle of wine and beer, it cost 5-6 thousand Russian rubles for four people.

The restaurant is positioned as a national cuisine and pickles are a feature of Belarusian dishes, but not in this restaurant all ingredients are from the supermarket. But what makes me happy is that even though I was alone, I was seated at a table for 4 people. The menu was very diverse, so my eyes were wandering and it was difficult to make a choice. As a result, on the advice of a very polite waiter, I took pancakes with mushrooms in cream sauce and pancakes with apples. I can't say anything about the pancakes, but the pancakes were very tasty. My phone was running out, and the waiter offered to charge it at the bar. Customer orientation at the level.
The prices are quite low. There are a lot of people, but to try the dishes of Belarusian cuisine, I recommend going in.

Just create the illusion of a place's popularity? Another thing is that everyone came there with families, companies of 4-6 people, we are standing alone together. There were 4 empty tables for two (2 on the terrace were not cleaned and 2 in the hall were cleaned), but the waiter did not sit at the tables, and I waited 10 minutes for the receptionist, I did not wait, and we stood in line until the end. In the end, the waiter took us and sat us down at the table. We chose the dishes and waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, we turned to the 3 waiters in our area, but everyone said - wait for your waiter. How do we know who's ours? Two people were seated at the next table later than us, and their order was accepted earlier. Even they apologized to us in this situation. Finally, a girl came from somewhere and took the order. I took out all the dishes quickly, but what's the tip after that? Of course, your waiters will not rush to work, because no one will leave tea in their right mind for such a service. You only need to encourage good service.

Pleasant service, delicious food, cozy atmosphere.
I was in Minsk from 04/28 to 1.05 and usually I go to different restaurants in order to try the most new things. But I liked Cornflowers so much that I returned there twice. As a lover of croutons, I responsibly declare that I have never tasted them anywhere better than yours :) I would also like to mention the assorted dumplings, with bacon sauce, it is VERY tasty. I will be back in Belarus - I will definitely come back!

It is better to take several large dishes for two in order to try more.
Dumplings with ham in cream sauce are just top, and zeppelins are generally a love for the century

However, potato pies stuffed with veal cheeks and mushrooms disappointed. They were tasteless, perhaps due to the fact that they were not toasted on both sides, as well as due to the insufficient amount of mushrooms in the filling. Our friends recommended this cafe to us. The place is popular, there are queues at the entrance. We wanted to try the national cuisine. Everything that was ordered was delicious. There are no complaints. To be honest, I didn't really like the pancakes. In my understanding, draniki are potatoes, salt and pepper. Here they look more like potato pancakes. But this, as they say, is a taste. Or maybe there is a special recipe here.
In any case, the interior is pleasant, the waiters are very attentive, everything is clean.
