Excellent restaurant of national cuisine. Friendly and caring staff, delicious dishes, a cozy atmosphere with a national flavor. I would especially like to note that this is one of the few restaurants where you can eat after 22.00. The kitchen is open until closing, and this is a big plus, since we are faced with the problem of where to just eat late at night. Thanks to all the staff for their work.

I liked everything here for the first time. We decided to visit the place again and ordered the same dishes, but everything seemed to be completely different. The grilled vegetables were not grilled at all, in a ton of oil, as if they were fried just in a frying pan. In the dumplings with ham and mushrooms, as it seemed to me on my first visit, there were not enough mushrooms. But this time it was even cooler: just one mushroom for the whole dish, odiiin, Carl! How is that even possible? Then why write that the dish is with mushrooms? Or if there is one, then it is already considered that the dish is with mushrooms?)))) There was hope for cheesecakes, but they turned out to have some kind of fishy flavor, as if they were stored frozen with fish or fried after a fish dish in the same pan. And my husband's soup was salty. It seems that everything happened on this day at once, I don't know how this is even possible. In general, there was a residue.. The only good thing was that the dishes were made as similar as possible to the picture and the service was very pleasant.
So far, 3, with the hope that the situation will improve next time, but, to be honest, I wanted to put 1, because the evening was spoiled.

I would like to say thank you to the waiters, there were a lot of people. Season, May holidays. There is a waiting queue outside. We were placed in the basement, there is a very uncomfortable staircase, you can safely turn your foot or fall. They said it was a restaurant, but I would say a cafe. The waiters were constantly rushing around, doing dishes, and there was food underfoot that you could slip on. We went to lunch from the meal, my friends liked the borscht, I didn't like the cold drink at all (sour, maybe for an amateur, the second courses are passable, the potatoes are hard to spoil. Kvass, delicious.

Very tasty Belarusian cuisine! Whenever we visit Minsk, we eat there. There have never been any complaints, we go almost every year since 2017. A wide range of national dishes and various alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages. There is a summer playground in season. Cozy atmosphere, polite staff. Despite the heavy workload, the dishes are prepared without delay, the waiters immediately warn you how long the order will be ready. If you come to Belarus for the first time, be sure to visit the Cornflowers and try the national dishes.

During the 2 days spent in Minsk, we had breakfast and lunch exclusively in the cafes of this chain. Well, they are very cool: the traditional setting and the traditional menu, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. From 8 am to 11 am, there is only breakfast on the menu, the choice is small, but each dish is very large and satisfying. The main menu is very, very diverse: a lot of salads, snacks, several variations of pancakes, soups and a large assortment of hot dishes. The portions are very large, the prices are average. There are always a lot of people, at any time. In the morning, the wait for breakfast starts from 30 minutes, but the staff always warns about it, in the evening you can spend 15 minutes waiting for the table. There is no table reservation, free seating. The staff is all young, but very, very attentive, polite and fast. The only problem with all establishments in Minsk, including cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, are small toilets (1 stall in a restaurant or cafe, 3 stalls in a shopping center), which is very, very small for establishments with high traffic.

Our favorite cafe in Minsk! The perfect menu, very diverse. Clear dishes, large portions. They cook perfectly all over the network! We liked the location of this cafe more than others, because it is a little further from the center, as a result of which there is a chance to take a table without queuing. There are a couple more cafes that we went to, but Cornflowers are out of competition.

I really liked everything - the meeting, the lovely, beautifully dressed waitresses and waiters. Everything is fast, coordinated, and easy.
Everything we ordered is very tasty, and we also bought dumplings and pancakes with us on the road.

A delicious place in Belarus! We were in Vitebsk and Minsk! We like.
The food, of course, is not dietary :) real Belarusian)! Delicious!
There is a children's menu. We take Kuzya the Owl on a regular basis. And nuggets with fries.
The salads on the main menu are amazing. Delicious Kiev cutlet. Delicious chicken breast with potatoes. The fish is delicious.
There are breakfasts. Very cool! Delicious and satisfying. And pancakes and porridges - everything is there. And sausages and fried eggs ✊
Well done to the creators of these establishments! If you don't know where to go, you go to Cornflowers. The staff is fast. They communicate in a friendly way.

It's a very popular place, which is difficult to get into: there are always queues at the entrance. But that's not the worst part. And even a long wait for dishes is sometimes justified. But, you urgently need to change the recipe of pancakes, you sell ordinary pancakes with a lot of dough, thin, and without a characteristic taste. And there should be grated potatoes, there should be pomp, structure. Unintelligent people (most tourists) will come in at once.
We took a cold drink - it was great, but I would like a bigger portion.
Prices are higher than the average in Minsk, so there are no more than 3 stars for this quality of food.
There are places in Minsk that are no less atmospheric with real draniki and other incredibly delicious cuisine, while being 10-20% cheaper.

The most gorgeous cafe. We have not found an alternative in Minsk. I was very pleased that there is a children's menu. And a business lunch on weekdays from 12 to 16. You can eat quite budget. It is always crowded, as this institution is in demand, but you can find a place. There is an underground floor and a covered gazebo on the street. Our favorite is Kiev-style cutlets and different boards with sausages, cabbage soup in a pot, pancakes. I really liked the blackberry-strawberry tincture. Thank you very much for the warm welcome!!! The waiters are barely moving, the tables are dirty, and there are no empty seats.
The waiters are rude. They tell you who and what of the visitors is REQUIRED to do and how.
It's sooo weird.
The kitchen is not bad. But it takes a very long time to wait for the order. The lunch menu is always cold.
There is 1 cafe left on the ave. Independence, not far from the Central Department Store. It's nice to go there, and visitors are welcome there.

What disgusting conditions, the delay. Mold is cut out of chilli peppers as an example, everything is covered in dust and it is on the products that you will eat, they work there without gloves.
I'm already silent about the conditions for the staff, where men and women are in the same locker room. Where there is dirt and black mold on the walls, there are not enough places for clothes.
I highly recommend not to work or visit. Take pity on yourself and your family.

We came to this cafe hoping for a pleasant late lunch, but we got a complete failure in service!

In my opinion, it is quite an interesting place, located next to a park and a botanical garden. One of the features of the institution is a live queue. Booking in May 2024 is not possible. Fortunately, we did not have to wait long for a table for three, our waiting cost us 5-10 minutes, curiosity took over. (The video shows the hall on the basement). A diverse selection of national dishes, fast serving, delicious alcohol. As a tourist from Russia, it was interesting for me to try draniki and kholodnik. The staff is caring and friendly. The atmosphere and interior inside the establishment is also very pleasant. However, I managed to get in line and serve the dish for 10 minutes, not 40, only in this restaurant. In other "Cornflowers" there were no empty seats all the time. Despite this, I believe that every tourist needs to visit this colorful institution
