We rested for several days in Minsk and constantly visited "Cornflowers", we loved this restaurant so much. An atmospheric place with a large selection of national dishes and decent service. Everything is very tasty, relatively fast (full boarding in the evening and had to wait 20-30 minutes for the dish) and quite budget-friendly. I recommend this place to visit!

Cornflowers keep their level , both as a service and as food and drinks . There are enough seats in this establishment , there is a triple floor downstairs. Parking is occupied during the day, in the evening you can safely find a place.

An ambiguous impression. The food is normal, not chic, but there are no complaints. It remains a mystery to me why / for what there are queues at these establishments. A classic cafe. There is no super entourage, some interesting dishes or cheaper than in other cafes in the neighborhood. There is nothing like this, but there are almost always queues (there were 2 different ones in Minsk and one in Grodno, if memory serves). In general, if the price were lower, then I probably had a puzzle in my head, and so 4.

Cozy place, good menu. But, the quality of the oil used for cooking is very low quality..We ate in 3 different cafes, the food was not bad, but the taste of cheap, burnt butter negated everything.. This is something that leaves a negative mark.

At the same time, it is difficult to give a rating above 3 stars because at about 75% of the cooking time was increased and the Kiev cutlet was served in 65 minutes, salads in 35 minutes, at least the drinks were served quickly. And the request to speed up after 40 minutes of waiting passed by... In general, tighten up the service and there will be 4, or even all 5.

Here you can taste many national Belarusian dishes - several types of pancakes, meat. Even salads like Caesar have their own special taste. Some dishes are complemented by different dressings to choose from, which make one dish very different. Responsive staff will help with both the selection of dishes and provide containers if you ordered too much (and this is a very common story).
Of the subtleties - tables are not booked in advance, sit down according to the situation, the larger the company, the more difficult it is. Optimally, up to 4 people, since with such a number you can sit on the veranda, more people will be put indoors.

Cornflowers, in my opinion, is one of the best restaurant chains in the city. This place is no exception. Delicious food, polite waiters, cozy atmosphere.
