My favorite restaurant with a wonderful view of the railway station and the Gates of Minsk. We always come here with friends before we leave: the prices are affordable, the food is very tasty, and the staff is smiling and pleasant.
If you have been to Minsk, but have never been to Cornflowers, then you have not been to Minsk!

A very beautiful view!
I liked cabbage soup and cold tea, the pancakes are delicious, only the "Yuletide" pancakes for an amateur, I do not recommend it. Pickles are bitter in combination with cottage cheese.
Also, draniki "with baking", bitter sauce or draniki. The waitress accepted our comments, and generally liked the service and food.

Have you been to a cafe serving national Belarusian dishes? Be sure to visit Cornflowers! This is a grid and there are quite a lot of them all over Minsk. I like the cafe in the shopping center next to the chugunachny railway station the most)) panoramic Windows overlooking the beautiful architecture of nearby houses decorated with statues and forming, as it were, a Gateway to the city, cozy, everything is stylized like a folk hut, quite cute🧡 about the kitchen itself- delicious dishes, a varied menu, a lot of liqueurs, prices are certainly not low, the average check in the summer of 2021 went out to my son and me 2000-2500 Russian rubles for two, without alcohol ☺️

The desire to help the client is below 0. I chose a position where eggs would be served in the form of scrambled eggs (I hate it), but on the plus side there were a lot of nice things (potatoes, sausages, bacon, sauce, cucumbers). I asked to clarify if I could serve these two declared eggs in the form of an omelet, if so, then good, I will be immensely grateful, if not, then I will choose something else. After more than 40 minutes, they bring me a dish with the words "the chefs did not want to cook an omelet." I was just freaking out. If you didn't want to, it's your right. But why the hell did they bring me a dish that I don't want to eat? And I still have to pay for it?! Although it was clearly stipulated that if replacing one egg variant with another is impossible, that is, I will not do it and just choose another position. No, they brought it, put it in front of the fact and don't care 🤷♀️

The order for two cost 70 Belarusian rubles, for our money 2100.
Solyanka, Draniki with salmon, Draniki with mushrooms, chicken schnitzel with boiled potatoes, mojito without alcohol and sea buckthorn tea.
There were empty seats, because it was 11 a.m., there were not many people, the waiter did not come right away. They warn you about the time of cooking hot. They were brought quickly, about 20-30 minutes. But not at the same time. One was eating hot, the other was looking at him and drinking a mojito.
Draniki and schnitzel were brought at the same time.
Tea is above praise.
Now about the dishes. The hodgepodge didn't have enough meat.
The pancakes were fried in rancid oil, so they were bitter.
I hope you will take these errors into account and will not let the network down. I'm not coming here.

This restaurant was recommended to us when visiting Minsk. The disappointment is complete. Waiters communicate with dissatisfied faces. We ordered draniki, the waiting time for the dish has not been announced, okay, we are waiting. We decided to ask a question after a while: how much longer to wait? Answer: I have no idea, I will clarify now. After the "clarification", the draniki immediately appeared, cold. Cool, you can't say anything. They asked for an invoice, payment by card. The waiter left a receipt as he passed by and threw it on the move: the terminal will be free, then I will calculate. It feels like they came to his house and made us cook these pancakes. As a result, I went to the administrator and left her a review of their "establishment". We spent an evening in Minsk on this dining room. Very sorry. It is better to go to the Lido restaurant with a mill at the entrance, I was there when I first visited Minsk, I was satisfied. I leave two stars for the interior.

It is impossible to wait for the waiter. 1 Menu was carried for 15 minutes, the other two were kindly provided to us from the next table. Wait hot for 30 minutes, as the waiter announced. In general, they did not order anything and went to another place.
P. S. I do not know why in my response the representative of this institution asked me to write to the mail mentioned below, but there was no response to my letter. Apparently, they work there as well "perfectly" and respond to reviews only for unsubscribing!
