Despite the ambiguous location - in a shopping mall, we didn't regret it when we stopped by for dinner on the recommendation of the apartment owners while traveling in Belarus. Everything is very tasty - the Kiev cutlets are awesome, the hodgepodge is very tasty, the draniki are super, the schnitzel is too. I recently visited the Cornflowers restaurant and was very satisfied! The atmosphere of the restaurant is saturated with Belarusian flavor, starting from the interior and ending with music. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive staff, ready to help with the selection of dishes.
As for the cuisine, everything was incredibly delicious! I especially recommend trying kholodnik, babka and, of course, Belarusian sausages. The portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Cornflowers is a great place to get acquainted with Belarusian cuisine and have a nice time in a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back here again!

The kitchen is good, we ate only here during the holidays. I liked the location of the restaurant. It is cozy, not hot, there are always free tables, unlike in Minsk. Almost all establishments in Grodno are aimed at adults. A big plus for Cornflowers is the kitchen, which can be used to feed children. We tried a lot of the menu, everything is very tasty. The pear smoothie is wonderful. The only thing that needs to be fixed urgently is the time of serving the dishes. Of course, we do not know the nuances of management in this restaurant, but if the situation improves in time, your profit and customers will be more. I recently visited the Cornflowers restaurant and was absolutely delighted!
From the very beginning, I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately offered me a place. The interior is cozy and stylish, which creates a great atmosphere. I don't even know how to describe this visit. In general, I like the network, we've been to Minsk, everything is not bad. They immediately told us that we could sit down at the table, but they would come to us in 15 minutes. There were 3 of us, and they brought one menu. It took a long time to choose, because no one approached us for a long time (more than 15 minutes). As a result, I couldn't eat any of the chosen ones, because!!!!There were no potatoes!!!!! In fact, half of the menu was on the stop (in general, they immediately warn about this at the entrance). We ordered soup, it was supposed to be served with a rib and some kind of sandwich, they brought us just soup, empty, without ribs, sandwiches. When we noticed that something was missing in the soup, they said at first that it shouldn't be, but when we showed me and the composition of the dish, they went to find out. And we found out that today there is no such thing, they forgot to warn the waiter. We delicately asked for a discount on the soup, because half of the ingredients were missing, we were refused...

Unexpectedly, but a fact. Previously, we visited other branches of this chain in other cities and were always satisfied with the food and service, but then something went wrong.
The menu was served, and after 15 minutes the waiter came to take the order and said that everything was made from potatoes (pancakes, casseroles) and dough (dumplings, dumplings) in a stack. I had to re-select the food from the menu, which consists of 70% potatoes and dough (national cuisine). The waiters are running around in a fever, listening to complaints at each table, the terrified manager cannot adjust the work and try to eliminate the amount of negativity, warning guests at the entrance that there is a problem with the availability of dishes and the speed of service. In the end, they chose something to have dinner, since there was no time to look for another place. I feel sorry for the employees who are thrown into the embrasure, and the managers do not try to fix the situation.

The photo menu includes a mug of cocoa with whipped cream, marshmallows and Oreo cookies. In fact, it's a mug of cocoa. Anyone who has children will understand that the child expects what he saw! Fortunately, my friend didn't throw tantrums, but he could) we agreed that I would buy him these cookies later at the store! When I finally called the waitress and clarified why the picture did not match reality, I received an answer - the cream and marshmallows were melted, but there were no cookies. And she ran away. A young guy was serving, he spoke clearly and to the point. The order was delivered in about 20 minutes, and that was the calculation, so it's not a surprise to me, for someone it may be a minus. In any case, the time spent waiting is fully compensated by the food itself. It is at the highest level here, try it yourself) The portions are specially made large so that a person can eat one plate.

Very, very tasty. I've tried almost all the dishes, I can safely recommend any one. But pies with beef cheeks with creamy mushroom sauce and salad "Straight from the garden" are especially good. Grandma's mushroom soup complete with buns with garlic and cheese spread is the TOP.

Everything would be fine, but for some reason one waitress worked at lunchtime (there are no questions for her). The wait for the dishes was quite long. Pancakes with minced meat would be good, but the minced meat inside is raw, and in places the potatoes are not fried. And the schnitzel with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce was cherished as if the dish had been standing since the evening. I was pleased with the tea and chocolate banana cocktail.
I definitely would not advise you to visit this institution and I will not go there myself anymore.

We have been to cornflowers more than once. But lately the kitchen is not happy. The hot dishes are frankly cold. The cepelins used to be very tasty, the last time they were dry, it was impossible to eat. Pasta is generally disgusting. The sponge consisted of yesterday's pancakes, and there was practically no sauce. It is very likely that visiting this institution will remain in the past, unfortunately.

The first restaurant we visited in Grodno, hoping to taste delicious national cuisine.
Firstly, the service was at a very low level, unfortunately the waiter had to wait a long time, they had to get up and go look for him in the restaurant, the visitors at the neighboring tables did the same, so this is rather a problem of organizing the workflow in the institution.
2. We expected to try delicious national cuisine, but failed. Mushroom soup according to grandma's recipe is based on champignons, not wild mushrooms, a thick layer of oil had to be removed with a napkin, it tastes like a maggi cube.
The pancakes are an absolute disappointment, the dish had to be returned, wildly salty and more like potato pancakes in consistency-thin and no texture like dough.
Dessert-cherry pie was served without ice cream, as stated in the menu, although it tastes good.
Only cranberry juice and bread with mayonnaise and garlic turned out to be delicious for the whole dinner, the cat was served with the soup.
In general, it's not worth the money spent and a ruined evening.

Who is in Belarus for the first time is definitely recommended to visit. A wide range of dishes of national cuisine, large, hearty portions, beautiful serving.

I didn't like it. Not only did they cancel half of the dishes from the order with the wording "over", including the draniki, but the potatoes did not arrive, according to the staff. So the rest also carried well for sooooo long, in the end they sat for 2 hours, although they expected to eat slowly for 45 minutes at most.
It's better not to come here on holidays. One of the advantages is a pleasant interior and good ventilation.
