Unfortunately, the pedicure disappointed me. The treatment of the foot is still unclear, I just did it today and the foot is moisturized with cream. I can't give an assessment. But the nail treatment and long-term coating were disheartening. The shape is uneven, the cuticle was cut off conscientiously, painfully. The coating itself is also uneven, both at the cuticle and in general with bumps. The master sincerely tried to correct something to my remark, finished painting something after covering it with a top, leveled it, but.... it did not work out. For myself, I definitely will not attend the pedicure procedure again. The cleanliness of the pedicure also leaves much to be desired, due attention was not paid to the problematic little finger, the thumb was not treated cleanly. I'm afraid to imagine what a manicure could be in terms of cleanliness and quality. Of course, the visit is paid in full, any work must be paid. But, for me, this is the level of an intern.

The customer orientation of the salon tends to zero. Massage therapists are sometimes late, then there are failures in the booking system, then cancellations of recordings. And instead of somehow correcting the situation and reducing the negative, the client is simply released, angry and dissatisfied. You have to go to this salon only because of 1 specialist. Otherwise, I do not recommend it.
The whole staff is always sitting and laughing in the back room. Zero attention that everything can be heard in the hall.

The hairdresser was as friendly as possible, clarified the nuances of the haircut and performed it 100%. And the receptionist also offered a 10% discount for my wife's manicure. I was very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone.

The salon is open until 10 pm. I arrived at 7 minutes to go and asked for a solarium for 5 minutes, that is, I even had 2 minutes left to change clothes. The girls were standing in the doorway, they wouldn't let me in and said that they were already closed, they say, and the cash register was closed. I said that I had a solarium on a coupon and did not need a cash register, and they replied that they had already cleaned and washed everything, so they would not let me in. That's great. In short, the salon works on a free schedule and closes when they want. The salon itself is not bad, I go there to the solarium, but it left a VERY unpleasant impression. I understand that we are all people and we want to go home, it would be fine if they left unnoticeably, or even right in front of the client, and not to let them into the salon during working hours. It was very ugly. I put 3 points just for the fact that you have a very nice and friendly administrator working there (she wasn't there today), but I would have slapped 1.

Very friendly staff, everything is clean and tidy in the salon, and the atmosphere is such that you immediately forget about the bad and concentrate on yourself) The people working there know exactly what they are doing, are very tactful and polite. It was the first time I had a massage using LPG and Starvac devices and to say that I was satisfied is to say nothing. The specialist was very careful, always asked if I was comfortable, told me about the mechanisms of action of each device; in general, I felt that they were honest and very friendly with me! The manager assured us that the earrings were postponed and the cost would be 68p with a puncture, upon arrival it turned out that these earrings were not available.
