I'm usually not strict about establishments at all, but this… Of the advantages, there is only a beautiful interior inside and a good staff, that's all. The summer playground is not at all attractive, especially those disgusting drawings on the walls. The dishes are cooked for a long time. We ordered a lot of positions, I can't say that at least I liked something very much + I was poisoned.. Now it's clear why their tables are almost always empty.

There is no worse institution in this city, I strongly recommend not to visit, incompetent employees, starting with waiters, ending with the administrator. The waiting time was not announced upon boarding, only the bar from 30 minutes, the kitchen from an hour. After 45 minutes, only broth was brought, without appliances, I had to beg, followed by fresh (not corresponding to the menu in volume), then a Dorado grill was brought, I attach a photo where it is clearly visible that this is not a grill, to which the waiter listened to our comments and did not object, then we invited the administrator, and worse than that, I have not met) the administrator proved to me that this is a grilled fish and she knows perfectly well what a grill looks like, allegedly they have it flat, entered into an argument, moreover, the fish had a very unpleasant smell. The administrator objected to the removal of this dish. We refused to wait for the rest of the dishes, brought the bill and all the positions were in it, then the waiter just crossed out the positions with a pen that they did not take out to us after 1:30 (even drinks). But these are not all surprises)Here the waiter says that payment by card is not possible))I had to translate it.When leaving, no one said goodbye and the administrator did not even apologize. Please, the management of this institution, pay attention to their staff, as well as the kitchen!!!Just ugh, it's a shame

The service is just terrible, it all started badly from the very beginning. We waited for the waiter for a very long time; after accepting the order (a long one, since half of the menu simply does not exist), the menu remained on the table, on which terribly dirty bedding was placed. They brought drinks that tasted like alcohol diluted with water and that's it, without anything else. At the request to redo, the cocktails were taken away, then forgotten about them, and only after 40 minutes, according to our reminder, they were redone to us with a surprised look. The dishes are terribly dirty, the appliances are not washed and not everything has even been taken out. We had to ask for a spoon separately. The hookah in the bill turned out to be premium, which we did not order, to which the hookah man told us that we did not specify(although the order was originally for a classic one). Thank you for at least bothering to make a discount. But after that, he managed to finish off the situation and just dropped the red-hot coal on the table, cutlery, etc., for which he did not even apologize.
After we paid, the change of 400 rubles was brought only in the amount of 300)))))
Unfortunately, there is no desire to return to this institution.

Flies flies, lots of flies guys set traps why should I fight flies for food. I understand there is no water in the city, but washing from the tank is somehow not comme il faut. It's a long wait for food. The appliances and bedding are a little dirty. Now the k+ atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is helpful, the chairs are comfortable.

I didn't expect worse food. Let's go have dinner. We ordered a seafood salad, mackerel, and barbecue. What I want to say is, we waited a long time, we managed to drink really delicious tea with sea buckthorn. But the food upset me completely. There were only 4 shrimps for the whole salad, 4!!! Dear chefs, are these seafood products in short supply here??? The pieces of meat are rubber through one. But the fish must have been lying around for a long time, the smell is still the same.
Since you position yourself as an institution of a decent level, so be kind and draw conclusions.
It was much tastier to eat in Fatties!

I have been going to this cafe since June of this year and am very satisfied with the service and food, I did not feel any rot in the food, all the food was served fresh, the waiters serve at the highest level, politely and culturally, the food itself is delicious, I tried a lot of things from the menu and I liked everything.

Первый раз посетили заведение. Не довольны, солянка кислая, суп с морепродуктами был вкусным, пока не наткнулась на непочищенную мидею, а потом на не первой свежести устрицу. В салате так же, не чищеная мидея (попалась одна, остальные не рискнула), так же не первой свежести устрица.. листья салата были свежими. Снова не чищеная мидея, скрипит на зубах. Коктейль, который посоветовал официат был вкусным. Очень смешанные впечатления. Но перекусить в это заведение более не пойдём.

Люблю это кафе. Обстановка располагающая. Вкусно кормят. Ходим несколько лет. Роллы замечательные. Десерты оформлены красиво. Последний раз брали чизкейки- понравилось. Уютно, вид из окон на бульвар Пушкина. Само здание атмосферное. Один минус- гардероб. Нет зеркала. А для женщин это немаловажно. Неудобно.

Довелось вновь посетить это "прекрасное заведение". После первого посещения остались крайне негативные эмоции, в бургер были обнаружены волосы, официант пытался доказать что мы его подложили, после того как он понял что волосы замешаны в котлету, просто вытащил и сказал-" теперь нет", благо Я сфотографировал и вызвал администратора, перед нами извинились сказали что блюдо уберут из счёта, и в подарок десерт. В итоге бургер и десерт пробивают в счёт, и вновь разговор с администратором. После сегодняшнего посещения мое мнение о данном заведении не изменилось: посуду со стола не убирают, при пустом зале заказ ждал около часа, качество продуктов желает лучшего, официанта не дозовешься, сок был с привкусом антибиотиков. В общем это самое ужасное заведение на всем зигзаге, больше не прийду и не рекомендую к посещению!!!

Первый раз с подругой посетили кафе и были в восторге. Заказывали американо и тортик Наполеон порционный. Подача была великолепна! Пропитанные коржи вкуснейшим кремом, подано на большой белой керамической тарелке и украшено киви, мятой и клубничными слайсами. Полный восторг был! Спустя месяц, 20 апреля 2019 г. мы снова посетили Вельвет. На сей раз пришлось звать менеджера! Такое впечатление, что Наполеон купили за углом, при чём второй свежести, кинули куском на деревянную доску два, сокращённую акрилом и притрусили пудрой. Менеджер подошла, пыталась невнятно извиниться, сказав что учтут все замечания, НО возвращаться в Вельвет снова уже нет желания!!!

Было классным кафе, со своей атмосферой, интересным интерьером и конечно хорошей кухней. Официанты не менялись годами! А это говорит о многом. А стало вельвет: интерьер вырви-глаз, заказ могут нести и 30 минут и 40 при этом ещё и часть забыть принести

Впечатления неоднозначные. Во-первых, дороговато, и я была бы не против, если бы кухня соответствовала этим ценам. Во-вторых, в некоторые смены странный персонал: то идут по полчаса в пустом зале, то ещё что-то. Хожу туда только из-за хорошего кальяна и вкусного мятного каркаде.

Впервые в кафе и впечатления желают лучшего. Заказали пиццу, которую прождали 40минут. Спасибо, что горячую принесли (одна звезда за горячую пиццу). Стоила ли пицца таких ожиданий? Нет.
