In general, it's not a bad place, everything is delicious, the service is fast. But there is one thing, there are 5 of us, we wanted to sit on the terrace, only 2-3 tables were occupied, we were told everything was reserved, in the restaurant itself, too, all tables are free, but there is a reserve on each. We were offered a gazebo, in which the sun was shining strongly, with a 3-month-old child. Somehow we sat down in a restaurant. The serving of all the dishes was very fast, but Tom-yam did not wait an hour later.
An hour after visiting the restaurant, our mother became ill and vomited heavily. It's poisoning. I can't put 5*

The very first and hopefully the last, the worst cafe restaurant that I have met in my life, even the shawarma service is better. We looked for a table ourselves, no one is engaged in boarding and they do not meet, we found a couple of empty tables, but of course it was not cleaned, when we were asked to clean, we were told "we should wait for them to come and clean." We waited for them to be removed, we even reminded them more than once, in the end we got tired of waiting, gave up and left in sadness, with one desire, to write a negative review!

The overall impression is positive, the place is pleasant, especially if you have the opportunity to sit on the beach together, taking your time.
The advantages of the establishment: modern interior, fresh furniture, great view, fairly fast and courteous service, delicious food
Disadvantages of the establishment: there is no children's menu, as well as no high chair, there are almost no local dishes either.
Prices are closer to Moscow than to Abkhazian ones.

2 stars for the view and for the croutons. Everything else is at a low level. Croutons with beer + no questions. The burger with potatoes was served cold, the meat slightly tasted of acid, the soup was tom yam with red fish in which bones. Maintenance, well, when 10% is taken automatically, it should be of the appropriate level. And there's nothing like that, they didn't specify why they didn't finish, whether they liked everything ... well, it's not clear why the establishment has 5 *. In total, for 2500 I am a little hungry and a little angry. I do not recommend it.

Service for 3 maximum, the hostess meets every other time, there may be a queue at the entrance, and someone climbs more boldly at the table they like without an invitation. The food is below average, we have been and ordered different things 4 times trying to find something delicious and unsuccessfully, the coffee is only good and French fries, deep-fried oil seems to be changed on time. There is no choice in beer, they write Sukhumi, but it tastes diluted and with impurities like in 90% in bars, which inserts well into the brains from two glasses. The table won't be cleared until you ask. At the same time, the atmosphere is pleasant, the sea view is fresh, live music, although for me it is superfluous. Unfortunately, the restaurant business in Abkhazia is focused only on earning money, there is no delicious food, no service, but the service fee is everywhere, apparently, because there is nothing to tip voluntarily! By the way, this is one of the reasons for the lack of service, why bother if the tips have already been taken into account.

The menu is so poor that there is nothing to eat on the third day. So also the prices are like in a good restaurant. No national cuisine. When asked to remove pepper from slicing vegetables and add tomatoes, they said we could not. Moreover, 10% tips are taken forcibly. I don't want to pay for such service and menu. But they understand that they can dictate their terms because monopoly is no better in other places (of which there are not many). In short, in general, Abkhazia itself sucks. Everyone is arrogant and angry. No service, no culture of service, no hospitality.

In the evening we ate, ordered pizza, shrimp and beer. In the morning, the poisoning is severe, the temperature is 39. A lot of people were, most likely, unsanitary, the tables are wiped with just a cloth, which is already dying in the hands of the waiter. The last three days of rest are terribly spoiled. We waited for 20 minutes until we just wiped the table and brought the menu, but there was a full hall, it was said in justification.
The pizza was generally tasteless, I didn't even want to eat it. Shrimp is normal.
I do not advise anyone where 5 stars come from is unclear.

We had a rest in Gudauta. We were recommended the restaurant "Veranda" for our family holiday, the anniversary of our spouse. Despite the fact that we are vacationing in Abkhazia for the fourth time, it was a completely unfamiliar place for us. I would like to note that neither my husband nor I, our invited guests, were disappointed
in the organization of this institution!!! The receptionist, Nona, the staff, the kitchen, everything was on top!!!! Everything IS GREAT!!! Subsequently, we also visited the "Veranda", the impression is absolutely the same!!! I wish the whole team prosperity and well-being in all endeavors!!! Thank you and a low bow to everyone!!!!!!!

We visited THIS place tonight, ordered:pasta with seafood, beetroot salad, 2 pork pans, shrimp in batter and drinks. In fact, we received: delicious pasta, salad for an amateur, drinks are also so-so. The pizza is delicious. But the most important reason why I wanted to write this is because of the pork pan. They took out all the products in a plate, a large amount of oil interrupts; THE NAME is PORK PAN (Or something similar), the meat is 3 small pieces, the cheese has turned into the original state of hard cheese, although melted is indicated); salt is fine (you can add it yourself ) and everything was overcooked. They gave away about 6,000 rubles. Disappointed.

Five stars! The surf is roaring, the lamb is crunching, white in a glass... The service is fast and clear. They gave me time to study the menu and make my choice. They brought it quickly afterwards. Draft Sukhumi is cold and fresh. The waiters helped to call a taxi, they were in the evening, and even they did not succeed the first time, but they did not abandon us! There was calm live music, and then you can listen to the surf. The boat and the barbecue are very tasty. They took one Boat home because they couldn't eat it. She didn't lose her taste in the morning. Lush and soft. Once again: everything is five stars!

We had lunch today with my husband at this institution. We chose it based on the rating in Yandex reviews, the place has a 5-star rating for a second. Where this assessment comes from, I'm confused. I got a thick black hair in the fried lamb fish, I have thin light brown hair. My husband has a huge long-dead beetle in his chicken soup. After showing the waiter this insect, she went to the kitchen to clarify this point, later returning said that this insect could fly and fell into our soup while we were eating it, but we apparently did not notice it. My husband and I laughed, looked at the insect and came to the conclusion that it did not even have wings, apparently crawled into the plate and drowned there while we were enjoying the soup. We did not receive any verbal apologies, paid the bill and left, because we realized that it was pointless to find out anything. In principle, there are no complaints about food, they cook delicious. But the attitude is disgusting, like this smiley face. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday we visited the Veranda cafe, it looks fine, we ordered a barabula, there is no summer salad, i.e. in Abkhazia with coriander, I asked to bring it without ainza, our refueling is all with coriander, the waiter replied. We ordered mussels in wine sauce and a frying pan with pork, the food is disgusting, the price and quality do not match, half of the mussels were not open, the result is lying with poisoning. I don't recommend this cafe to anyone, money was wasted.

Terrible service. The waiters are just zombies: speech is illegible, minimum attention to the guests, everything is somehow with a great favor, answers to questions on the menu were given reluctantly. Khachapuri boat is very tasty. Respect cooks, funny guys, dance and cook well. Separately about the furniture: terrible vulgar chairs with a carriage tie were worn out somewhere, somewhere the fittings disappeared. Replace the furniture!
