I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Everest company and our best manager Konstantin.
On May 16-17, 2024, we (Remar Agency, St. Petersburg) organized a large forum for top pharmaceutical companies with the export of guests from all over Russia to Minsk.
May 17 was an excursion day in 4 directions: Mir, Sula, Nesvizh and a sightseeing tour for the number of 495 guests.
There were a lot of worries, worries and fears that everything could go wrong, because we are from another country and we simply did not know many subtleties and nuances.
But Konstantin (the golden manager) He answered all my questions as quickly as possible, painted all the lunch menus in all directions very quickly upon request, was always in touch and even met with us on the event site day after day (May 15) to specifically discuss all the details.
In the end, everything went just fine and without complaints.
The guests are happy with the excursions, I was more than satisfied with the work of the company, and this is the most important thing!
If we come to Minsk with an event again and we need excursions (or someone asks for contacts of good companies), then I will only contact you and advise you all!

On December 23, 2023, my parents went to Grodno from Minsk with a stop in Lida and Murovanka. For them, as a gift, I bought a ticket from this travel agency cercz Internet. It was very emotional. They were struck by how sincerely the guide Ekaterina and the driver Dmitry (who is just a professional in his field and coped with the bad weather) treated the tourists. They said they would definitely go with Everest to see other parts of Belarus. Thank you again very much for the warm emotions

We took a tour of the Mir and Nesvizh castles. The unpleasant little things started from the very beginning. The gathering place was assigned at the Belarus hotel, which is convenient in principle, it was not convenient that there were two buses for this tour and passengers ran from one guide to another and looked for which of the lists they were on and which bus they should take. I think all this could have been organized before the trip, and I think people should write on WhatsApp which group they are in and, accordingly, give the guides signs with group numbers. By the way, the second bus was 15-20 minutes late, which is also not good. In the Mir Castle, there was only enough time to see the main exhibition, not to mention additional expositions, there was no time left to see even souvenirs, let alone a walk through the park area. Things were better in Nesvizh, we managed to see the main exposition and go for souvenirs and just take a few memorable photos. I think that the allotted time for the trip is not enough, it is necessary to increase the duration by at least two hours so that people do not have a feeling of constant haste.
One of the advantages. There was a delicious three-course lunch, a fairly comfortable bus with a driver who was neat on the road and cheerful in life, and an excellent guide who did not let us get bored and told us a lot of interesting and sometimes useful information

We purchased two excursions from this company. The first is a sightseeing tour of Minsk with the guide Oksana. I liked everything very much. The second one - Grodno with the Augustovsky Canal disappointed. There was very little time in Grodno, the stories were dry, without emotions. The amazingly beautiful part of Grodno with the local "Switzerland", there are wonderful streets and a wonderful Orthodox church nearby - flashed outside the bus window. But the August channel, which took 3 hours, was not at all impressed, apparently, just a commercial collection of money. It was enough to tell about him and drive past him by bus ..... In short, I did not like the format of the tour. And Grodno is a wonderful city. And yet: the bus was cold, the passengers were freezing, and they did not fully understand what the reason was. The travel agency itself responds very promptly to all requests, makes discounts, and contacts with tourists are excellent.

An excellent agency. We came from Russia and literally wrote in the morning that we wanted to go to Khatyn today, it turned out that there are several places. We paid immediately and went on an excursion at lunch. The prices are also good
4.5 hours flew by unnoticed, the bus is comfortable, the guide is excellent, tells everything, helps, answers questions.
The child and I were satisfied!

Excursion to Grodno with the Summit of Mount Everest. The bus is old, the air is musty, it is impossible to breathe. We drove half of the way without air conditioning. The first half of the tour is no good. There was nothing to do on the channel, and even more so the so-called skating to the screaming music of the 90s. I was uncomfortable, not like teenage children. In Grodno itself, everything is running. The guide is a professional, knows a lot and explains it in an accessible way.

We ordered a tour of Mir-Nesvizh. What pleased us was that we were quickly guided by the availability of seats, since before that we could not find free seats for the dates we needed for a long time. We promptly accepted the data and sent instructions for remote payment.
I would like to say separately about the excursion service. There was a feeling that an inexperienced guide was caught. She spoke very quietly. On the street, if it was not possible to get closer to the guide, you could safely go to explore the surroundings, because you could not hear anything. To allocate a microphone to the guide and there would be no such problem. Well, the distribution of time by the guide was also lame at some points. We stood for about 20 minutes and waited for the whole group of 35 people to go to the store and eat ice cream, who wanted to, of course. Then we lost the same amount of time at the shopping malls in front of the castle entrance... During this time, those who wish could see the garden or visit the Town Hall. And so we had to wait for others all this time, because we didn't have tickets to the castle on hand. As a result, we did not see the garden.. Nesvizh literally ran.
Otherwise, I liked the tour. The track tour was quite interesting. The guides in the castle complexes left us delighted.
The price of the tour included a hearty and quite tasty lunch.

We bought a one-day tour right in the office. We received a consultation, chose a tour, signed a contract, and paid with a card. A friendly employee answered questions about tours, and also advised where to go in Minsk. I also liked the Mir-Nesvizh tour itself. The organization is good. There is no need to wait or hurry anywhere. The guide is very well educated, talks about everything in detail and interestingly.

If you do not want to go on an excursion, then choose "Everest": at first I was given the wrong price for the excursion, then, despite confirming the desire to participate in the excursion in correspondence, the seats were never booked. Wasted time. I don't advise anyone.
