The rooms were simple, the plumbing was tired, it was cold, and the smell was damp. The restaurant is open, and we ate in outerwear in March. Externally, the hotel is quite nice.

Hello, the whole family had a rest in June at the Vesna hotel. Good location, near the sea and the promenade where you can walk with children. The rooms are clean, cozy, the linen is fresh, the rooms are cleaned. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Friendly and courteous staff. Thank you very much to the administrator Lana, she is doing well. The rooms are air-conditioned. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous and welcomes you as dear guests! Overall, it's good, but not enough for its price tag. The feeling that you are in a high-quality hostel, and not in a hotel for 5k a night, because the windows, they are doors - only to the courtyard, in which there is no sunlight under the canopy, but there is noise if something happens there, or if it rains, as well as the main road nearby - noise from it and the need to cross it in the wrong place to get to the sea, it is just behind the road, but it is better to go deeper to the beach. The cafe upstairs is very dubious, with dirty tables and these are not only stains from previous visitors, but also a thick sticky layer on the surface of the table, with hashlama, in which hard meat is boiled without salt, therefore bland.
The air conditioner works fine, everything is fine with the water, the mattresses are comfortable. You can't arrange a draft, because of the dampness, things get damp and even the clean ones start to smell damp, especially towels. In total, I would not have returned here, for this price tag you can find a better place in all respects, also with breakfast. But due to the fact that the place is decent, I leave a high assessment
of the PS: I saw on the website the declared blackout curtains, this is not so, they are dense, but they let the light through, in general, it's okay to sleep, because the sun does not physically fall on these curtains)

We had a nice two-room room with a window. The room had a safe, air conditioning, kettle, tray, glasses, 2 TVs (some did not work, or showed only in the Abkhaz language), 2 tables, refrigerator, wardrobe with hangers and shelves, pouf, hair dryer. The dryer and iron are shared. Cleaning is regular, there are a lot of towels, they are changed, as well as bed linen. Bathroom accessories are provided. Wi-Fi is good. There was an unusual door-window, but the curtains were closed and everything was OK. The receptionist and the maid are very nice. The only serious drawback is the lack of a pedestrian crossing in front of the hotel, and cars are rushing fast. But you can go out through the back gate (but this way you can go to the beach a little more). And in the rain or immediately after the rain, it is unpleasant to walk on the sodden ground (preferably through the back gate). There is a cafe on the 3rd floor, the music was not very disturbing. The cafe's assortment is small. There is also a cafe opposite the hotel, and on the other side there are several small shops.

Everything is fine. Towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed every three days. Water without interruptions. Furniture, plumbing are all working properly. Air conditioning, TV without comments. There is no danger of turning off the light, there is a backup diesel generator. Not a big minus is weak wifi when everyone returns.

The outside is much better than the inside. We were there in early March. Electricity was constantly cut off in the city, and therefore it was quite cold in the hotel. And the available voltage is not enough for electrical appliances to work at full capacity. The furniture is tubby. White is clean. The staff is friendly. There is an Internet connection.

The hotel itself is not bad, linen and towels are often changed. Breakfast from 9 to 10 is included in the price, except for extra beds (an additional fee of 350rubles per bag, breakfasts are not worth it), the children were fed elsewhere). The big disadvantage is the location!!! The slum area! We're in a car, so we're not upset. There is no beach nearby, an industrial zone! Del Mar beach is 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
There is a trampoline on the territory for children, the slide has been removed. There is no drawing board either, which was in the photo!

We booked a room with my wife at this hotel, as there is a good rating and reviews, close to the beach, the promenade and near the central market. OTEL VESNA left only pleasant impressions. All employees communicate with guests politely and with a smile.I can describe the hotel in three words - clean, cozy, delicious.One unusual moment is that there are no windows in the room.We rested from 19.06.-27.06.2021.We were very satisfied with our vacation.

I didn't like the hotel. We arrived, no one even met us. Go look for the reception yourself-there are zero signs. Children's entertainment as they have in the photo is not from the word at all. The hotel does not have a beach. 1 minute to the sea!!!!! Through the highway. But this is not a beach, but a port. You can't swim there. It's dirty. The staff at the hotel are rude alone. On Saturdays, there are closed parties for some visitors, incomprehensible people who walk around the hotel as and where they want. They vomit on the territory of the hotel. The cook generally sleeps in the workplace. The food doesn't match the menu. Plus, only for cleaning-the room is always clean.

A very friendly hotel, or rather the staff. I especially want to mention the administrator Lana, who will tell you where to go in the city and offers to hang the laundry for you if necessary after washing. The room in which we lived is 2-room, neat, clean, there is a refrigerator and a kettle. There is a mini bar on the 3rd floor, of course there is something to improve (food, service, appearance). Room cleaning every day, linen change every four days. The location is relatively convenient, the sea is across the road (sometimes very fast traffic, dangerous). 3-5 minutes to the beginning of the embankment. I definitely recommend the hotel!

We arrived at the hotel before check-in, before that we spent about 15 hours in the car upon arrival, we were told that they could not offer anything yet and told us to expect, I approached the administration and asked at least somewhere to let my husband sleep and we were offered a room on the ground floor, but warned that they were washing the carpet there and he was wet, we didn't care anymore, we were checked into the room the floor was very wet, the hotel employee brought towels and decided to put them on the floor so that it would be "more convenient" for us, but the towels immediately got wet and were incredibly dirty, after I wanted to wash the child in the shower and the turning mechanism of the faucet fell off. I decided to approach the administration again about changing the room, but they answered me, check out and wait in the courtyard, by 14.00 we were given a room on the second floor, which, as it turned out, was free all this time.There are no windows in the room, there is a door that opens onto the courtyard, but if you open the curtains, all the neighbors will see you in your underpants.There are no mosquito nets, the children were bitten very badly by mosquitoes.The extra bed was right in front of the air conditioner and when we decided to move it, wrappers, sweets, garbage from previous tenants were found under it. There was a musty smell in the bathroom all the time, and the toilet was flushed 3 times.While we were waiting for our room, we decided to go to breakfast, but then we were informed that it starts at 9, which was not clear to us, after we saw what the guests were fed for breakfast, the cost of breakfast if it is included is 600 rubles - it's cottage cheese, a bun and some kind of oatmeal porridge on the water. The menu is boring, and the chefs cook so-so.In the evening we decided to go to the beach, which we were promised at 500m and that we saw pieces of iron and driftwood sticking out of the water, fishermen were sitting around, it's hard to call it a place for swimming, we had to walk further.The day before departure, we decided to go to Lake Ritsa and there is an offer of excursions to hotels, I was surprised that the price tag was 350 rubles cheaper than other tour companies, which I told my husband that most likely an environmental fee would be required from us on the spot, to which the girl said that there were no additional fees it will be and when I gave my husband a choice and left, she started laughing, it was just disgusting, in the morning a Mercedes sprinter arrived with an air conditioner there and did not smell, they did not want to turn it on and of course they asked us for another 350 rubles for an environmental fee, as expected, a trip for 2 adults and 2 children to 6 years ago, more than 6,000 rubles were released.If you decide to go on an excursion, look for other tour operators. I can say with confidence that we will never go to this hotel and will not advise friends, for such a price you can find more comfortable hotels in the same Sukhum, we decided late on the trip so there were no more options.

We rested from 3.01-9.01.2020. The territory and rooms are very clean and cozy! A huge plus is that they take in animals! Bed linen change, room cleaning is available! Since we were in winter, only breakfast was included in the accommodation (delicious and a lot)) But I had to look for lunch and dinner. The sea is 1 min walk away)) The hospitality and cordiality of the administration in the person of a very nice girl Lana)) I advise you!!!!

The hotel is located close to the sea, literally across the street it is already there. But the beach is not equipped. There is a port nearby, some pieces of iron are sticking out in the water, there is a lot of garbage... No one cleans mountains of bottles. Therefore, even though the sea is nearby from the hotel, but you still need to get to a normal beach. The hotel has its own cafe, but there is no alternative nearby.
The renovation in the rooms is normal, quite fresh. But the dampness is terrible. Mold was seen on the walls and in the closet. There's not much better to do on the left side of the stairs.

Neat territory, cozy but small rooms. The upper level is an open veranda-dining room. There is no pool. A significant plus is the location: the sea is across the street, really 3-5 minutes on foot.
