A rude, ignorant woman administrator spoils the whole impression of the clinic. I have never written negative reviews, I am sympathetic, everyone has bad days, but here, no matter what visit, there is a spoiled mood and, to put it mildly, a disgusting aftertaste from communicating with this employee. A polite "hello, come in" would be enough, it is not necessary to make comments, snide remarks and enter not into your zone of responsibility.

I arrived with a cat (emergency) at 17:30, to which I was answered: "There is no doctor and a doctor's assistant, contact us tomorrow" (although the clinic is open until 20:00!) The question is brewing why such working hours if they can't provide help! We went to the state clinic on Shosseynaya Street, in 3 minutes. We provided assistance before closing!
