Піша Вам Алена Залеская з Валожына. Учора ўпершыню трапіла ў Вашу ветэрынарную клініку, назва якой гаворыць сама за сябе: “Ветдапамога”. Сярод мноства медыцынскіх устаноў такога тыпу выбрала менавіта Вас. І невыпадкова. Дагэтуль неаднойчы менавіта сюды звярталася за дапамогай мая дачка Анастасія Залеская. Заўсёды была прыемна ўражана памяркоўнымі цэнамі, якасцю аказання паслуг і, самае галоўнае, – нераўнадушшам саміх работнікаў. Пра гэта нельга сказаць словамі, гэта можна толькі ўбачыць і адчуць. Бо, пагадзіцеся, прафесіяналізм заўсёды павінен спалучацца з любоўю да абранай прафесіі – толькі ў гэтым выпадку любая работа будзе выканана “на пяцёрачку”. Яшчэ адна маленькая, але вельмі важная дэталь – у работнікаў “Ветдапамогі” ёсць душа: яна не ачарсцвела і “выгарэла”, нягледзячы на тое, што працуе тут медперсанал, як пчолкі, не наракаючы на паток (кажу без перабольшвання) жывёлы, якая мае патрэбу ў дапамозе.
Так атрымалася, што мне давялося прабыць у ветклініцы з пачатку рабочага дня і амаль да яе закрыцця. Паслухаць, пазнаёміцца і пагутарыць з гаспадарамі сваіх хатніх любімцаў, пачуць не адну чуллівую гісторыю выратавання чарцвёраногіх дзякуючы залатым рукам спецыялістаў, якія тут працуюць. Гэту адданасць прафесіі ўвачавідкі ўбачыла і адчула і на сваіх двух пушыстых сябрах. Мяне прынялі і дапамаглі, нягледзячы на вялікую занятасць, далі рэкамендацыі і парады, адказалі на цікавячыя пытанні – гаварылі проста і даступна, “не кідаючыся” незразумелымі медыцынскімі тэрмінамі. Колькі ж трэба цярпення, вытрымкі, увагі праявіць да гаспадароў, каб выслухаць і пачуць кожнага, а пасля – сканцэнтраванасці і дакладных дзеянняў, каб дапамагчы братам нашым меншым.

I went to the clinic with caution, I went on the recommendation of friends, but after reading the latest comments it was scary. My cat after sterilization (was not carried out here) she began to feel unwell, constantly lay down, stopped eating and drinking, did not let herself be touched, it hurt her. It was already the third day. Svetlana examined her, did an ultrasound, took a blood test, and put on an IV. She prescribed treatment, and literally immediately, upon arriving home, the cat began to walk and went to the feeder. Svetlana described in detail what to cherish, how, and when, and what to do if treatment does not help. The treatment helped. Thank you very much.

I packed the cat in a carrier and went to the vet, Svetlana Bulkina was my attending physician
I explained the situation, asked if we could do an ultrasound to see if there were stones, to which they replied that the bladder was empty, we would not see anything there
Empty, I think? The cat can't go to the toilet for who knows how long, and the bladder is empty?
Okay, we were prescribed pills and injections, saying that it was probably cystitis from stress.

The next morning I took the cat to another doctor, the cat was put on a catheter, they said that if the urinary bladder had burst a little more, it would not have lasted until the evening, since the stones clogged the urinary duct, I could have lost my pet, and the doctor wondered for a long time why the cat was not prescribed at least a simple antispasmodic like Papaverina, the animal would not have suffered these two days
