Room 617 was fine for me, the lovely young girl on reception at night was very helpful (my Russian is average at best) but she did it all with a smile, and nothing was a problem. Thank you!
Yes things are older, but it was a 2 night stay not a lifetime. I personally enjoy seeing older buildings, but I know it is not for everyone’s taste.

A good hotel on Chernyakhovsky Ave. in Vitebsk.One of the advantages is the distance from a noisy intersection, so the rooms are quiet, friendly staff, everything you need in the rooms - TV, refrigerator, table, bed, bathroom, clean enough, there are public transport stops nearby. A kettle was provided at the reception upon request.
There is a restaurant nearby (where you can order breakfast) and a wonderful express cafe (tasty, inexpensive and very friendly, open late)
. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a kettle in the rooms, the coolers in the corridors are broken and not functioning, it is far from the city center with attractions. It is quite suitable for 1-2 nights.

Very good cuisine, favorite and delicious dishes according to Soviet recipes, good music, imported alcohol. I liked everything. I love going to the Pub, but I decided to book an evening to celebrate the anniversary closer to home, to remember my youth. The hall is renovated. I liked that the music program is from 20.00 to 01.30 and the restaurant is open until 2.00 on weekends. The hall is not stuffy, unlike the vaunted Zakoltsovo, where the corporate party was celebrated and it felt like it was in a sauna, not in a restaurant. I liked that everything was fair. The output of portions is not calculated as expected. The dishes are very satisfying. I ordered a salad of 150g of Ham, very tasty and very satisfying, I doubted if there would be enough way out. More than enough. We really ate too much, we couldn't eat everything, we took it with us in containers provided by the restaurant.

An interesting hotel.
People with disabilities should not stay here.
The room is beautiful and clean. It is well furnished, comfortable furniture, very good perfumes. There is everything you need. There is a kettle, dishes, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV. In my opinion, there are not enough sockets in the headboards above or next to the bedside tables. And..., again, in my opinion, the pillows and the blanket are too heavy and harsh. And also, there is no shower curtain.
The food is Soviet, something like a complex, in the 90s it would have been almost gorgeous... Although you won't be hungry. Well, again, the famous "There are many of you, but I am alone!"...
I must say that the hotel can only be a transit hotel for 1 night...

We spent one unforgettable night in this hotel from May 2 to May 3, 2025. The rooms for our group (40 people) were booked by the Travel Store. and we didn't even imagine where we would be resettled, but each of us had a huge surprise waiting for us. So, we moved into a room called "Legends of Kossovsky Castle," but maybe not Kossovsky either, I can't remember for sure anymore. The room, which was styled like a castle, was terribly cold. There was a fireplace, but I couldn't turn it on. There were various weapons, deer antlers, and a painting of game on the walls. the room itself is presented as a studio for 2 people, presumably a married couple. There was only one blanket on the only bed. it was good that there was a thick blanket, I slept under this blanket, as one blanket is clearly not enough. There were also warm bathrobes and slippers. The pillows are just made of stone, probably from the time of the castle.the bed linen is not fresh.but there was a separate room in the room, where there is a hall, shelves for clothes, tea items, which could not but please. 2 bottles of water and tea accessories were waiting for us.the toilet and bathroom are unusually located in the back of the room, and not at the entrance. There are even too many bathroom accessories: toothpaste and brush, shaving machine, soap, gel, shampoo. However, there was no hair dryer, and they hadn't washed their hair well. the bathroom has not a shower, but a bathroom in the form of a Jacuzzi, it is extremely inconvenient to take a shower.as soon as I touched the shower, the watering can immediately fell off, and I poured water all over the bathroom. We somehow took a shower with my niece.There was a brochure on the table with a description of the castle. but there was no time to read, it was a pity that we arrived late.It was difficult to fall asleep, they were overwhelmed with emotions, they were laughing, they almost tore their bellies. In the morning I realized that everyone on the floor has such stylized rooms. I asked to go to one of the rooms, there are princes in portraits. Someone has a room with poppies. The elevator is Soviet-era, it creaks, but it goes. But I would like to say a little about breakfast. One piece of white bread, a small piece of butter, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 slices of ham, 1 tea bag for two, 3 cheesecakes with sour cream, biscuits with jam. That's how we had a modest snack.the staff is very polite.I saw that such rooms were created in 2014. We stayed with my sister at the Vetraz Hotel. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, the area is quiet and peaceful. A good place for a family holiday. A pleasant girl, Irina, served at the reception. She told about the sights of the city, advised a good restaurant with Belarusian national cuisine. Friendly and helpful.
We were satisfied with the rest. The room resembles a homely atmosphere. Let's get back to you again.

On the plus side , the room is comfortable and clean . Pleasant lobby and reception area. But there is no smoking control in the rooms. Immediately upon entering, there was a distinct smell of tobacco, which is unpleasant for a non-smoker. There is no hot water in the cooler. It's cold in the hotel, especially in the restaurant area, and it's as uncomfortable as possible. The restaurant menu was more like a cheap canteen menu . The staff walked around with stone faces , there was no sense of cordiality and hospitality . I don't want to return to this hotel.

The rooms are clean, but repairs have been overdue for a long time: the toilet drain button is constantly stuck, the lights above the bed are kept on their word of honor, there is no wardrobe or coat hanger, I had to hang jackets in the bedroom along with other things. There was one elevator out of three, a constant queue to go up and a long wait to go down. Food for two. There were two bags of black and green tea and two bags of coffee on the table. To get the second or third bag of black tea on the table, it was necessary to return the green or coffee! There were 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese and 1 (!) small piece of bread per person!!! It would seem a small thing, but the impression fell below the baseboard. Would the hotel have suffered losses if someone had decided to drink a second cup of tea?

We were in Vitebsk, on our way to Minsk, late in the evening. The choice fell on this hotel at a budget price, so they did not expect much from the room. But when we entered the room... old beds, scary wool blankets, rag bedding and oak feather pillows. We were in Vitebsk for one night. We rented 2 rooms. The price is budget, that's why we chose this hotel. The location is good, away from the city highways. We were given the number 413. The previous tenant apparently threw up on the floor, the room was cleaned, but it was all too noticeable. How could the receptionist offer a room in such a state. The number was changed, but they warned that there was only one left, and if it did not suit us, we would have to give the number a category lower.
There are no kettles in the rooms, you can get them from the reception, but there is a queue behind them. All the coolers were empty. When I told the receptionist about this, they replied that they drink tap water. You can still write a lot of bad things, there was nothing good

This hotel needs to be closed for a complete overhaul. I haven't seen them for a long time. Plumbing from the Soviet era has not changed since that moment. The taps just wouldn't close until the end. The mattresses are the same. Into the furnace. It's impossible to fit two people under a blanket in a double, and it's also the thinnest, I don't know where they get them. The only decent thing in the room is a TV. Therefore, 3 points. Breakfast is a separate song. Firstly, it is portioned. Secondly, the waiter decides how many people at the table will drink tea and how many will drink coffee. I was unlucky)) and of course, everything that was served for breakfast was cold. Oh, and keep in mind, the hotel doesn't have a ramp for lifting suitcases or strollers, just stairs.

We were in this place on the wedding day. We pre-booked a room, the photo of which was shown to us. I wanted it to be like in a fairy tale (according to the photo it was). Canopies over the bed, pleasant atmosphere. The result : an empty bed (The canopies are stripped off, only the fasteners are visible), water in the bathroom.The node is flowing as if it is about to end. In general, the evening (night) upset us. I don't recommend it.

A decent economy class hotel. There is a restaurant where you can have a budget breakfast (4 options to choose from), but ! There is no Buffet (but the center and attractions are nearby (transport is inexpensive, minibuses go))). Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Special thanks to Alexander - he helped with the routes, explained everything clearly, advised, etc. to Yana, Vladislav at the reception! Very cute and professional! Don't expect much variety from the rooms)- the design is Soviet and, in my opinion, needs updating. But, in general, the impression of the hotel is positive.

The room stock is tired, and the price is quite low, we spent the night for 2500, the only plus was a renovated shower and toilet. If the question is whether to go tired at night or spend the night once, then it's fine, but since the mattresses are sagging, people with the weight of the spring will feel good, take keramate with you) maybe for a higher price and the room will be better, we don't know.

The hotel ruined the whole impression of Belarus and its wonderful people. All entrances to the hotel are hung with signs forbidding stops. I barely managed to squeeze in between two parked cars. Although the website says that parking is available and there is even a car parking service by staff. When I asked a question about parking at registration, the security guard intervened. He began to explain very persistently that it was urgently necessary to move to a paid parking lot, because now the car was parked "under our responsibility." Since it was already parked, and there were plans to travel around the city, we decided to stop by the parking lot for the night. Although it is not written on the website that parking is paid. On our return, the same guard ran over us, and as we were leaving, we hit a nearby car. He's a witness! There were no tracks on the cars, the alarm on the parked car did not work. There was no desire to argue. We suggested that the owner of the car contact us if there are any complaints. Then we saw a girl with a phone jumping around her car, trying to find traces of our crime. That is, this valiant employee ruined her mood. But he probably satisfied his "watchman syndrome“ for a while. There were other little things. For example, there was no hot water in the cooler on the 8th floor, the shower did not switch properly in the mixer, and there was a nest of swallows under the window sill, which was squeaking loudly and, I believe, insects crawling along the window sill. But it's all nonsense, easily portable little things. But such a security guard, you can say - the face of the hotel is a very big minus! And why not immediately write on the website that parking is paid, and put a pointer to it before entering.

The hotel is good. But it's old. Everything is fine in the room. I was very pleased with the bed, I was alone, but it is semi-double. The linen is perfect. It was just nice to feel it. I rented the least expensive room, for 54 rubles. However, there are disadvantages. The floor covering in some places has been used for something. I think cigarettes and there was a very strong smell of tobacco in the mental room. So everything is made of plastic and apparently it has already been so absorbed that it's just terrible. ((( I tried to air it out , but it didn't work out. These are the disadvantages, but it's a very good hotel.

Breakfast is like in prison, it's just a terrible shame. The toilet on the ground floor is covered in excrement , I've never seen such filth . It's necessary to disrespect yourself so much.
The bed linen is full of holes and washed . And the blanket? Where did you get these blankets from the past? The bathroom is terrible- the tiles are slippery, the faucets are dirty, the towels are untidy. I wanted to escape from the hotel as soon as possible , feeling dirty , unwashed and squalid .

There is no buffet in the hotel, breakfast - setting takes a lot of time (long wait). The hall is dark (saving light?). But in the express bar you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. Rooms without a hair dryer and a safe, a boiler in the lobby, only a glass of dishes in the room. Hygiene items include a bag of shampoo, gel and a piece of soap.
