We lived in Victoria for the May holidays with a family of 4 people in a super suite.
Absolutely customer-oriented staff, everyone who changed during these 4 days, just did well. About the room: room No. 1, on the 1st floor. The perfect bed and towels. The bathroom is immaculate. In principle, a comfortable and comfortable room. Everything you need to eat. Not all channels showed perfectly, but the staff came and debugged the signal themselves. No one had any problems with Wi-Fi, everything is fine.
Breakfast: the day before, you choose from the menu and the time, you come - everything is ready. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. There is always an empty table. Clean, neat. Since there are four of us, we tried almost everything. There are no comments, everything is delicious, hot, fresh.
We were worried about the proximity of the road, but it doesn't bother us. Compared to Moscow, it is very quiet) In general, we have something to compare with, we have been to hotels of different levels in many cities and countries, and the Victoria Hotel in Uralsk pleased us and gave us a calm and comfortable stay!

There is simply nothing to find fault with . Breakfasts are rustic, like at home, yes, but this is not a minus, rather just a minor flaw. For example, I would like to have natural coffee for breakfast, or put one coffee machine in the dining room, or in each room. It would be just a super duper buzz then 🥰
And the staff is wonderful, it's nice to relax there.
