A large, convenient airport terminal, everything is convenient and functional. I would especially like to note that the train comes directly to the airport, it is very convenient. Lots of car rentals. Without knowing the language, it's easy enough to figure it out, there are a lot of pointers around. Everything is clean, everything is functioning. There is a large number of people, so it is difficult to find empty seats in the waiting rooms. But there are a lot of phone chargers around-I was very pleased)))

The airport is excellent, the staff is professional, they work like an accurate clock. Special thanks to supervisor Gayana, who is not only a polyglot (German, English, French, Russian and Armenian), but also a professional in her field, and moreover a very helpful person who was with us right up to boarding and guided me and my wife. I think Gayane is the trump card of this airport.

After that, the global blue window offers the issuance of currency to the card or cache, (cache is not always available) with a loss of 10 € from each check. We refused, forced them to fill out the forms and specify the address and card number, and as a result, they still charged €80 from 8 checks for processing. Be vigilant.
Come to the registration of free taxis in advance. It took 40 minutes without queuing.

Excellent airport, clean and beautiful. Everything is thought out and convenient. There are signs everywhere. There are many cafes and car rental points. There is a problem with boarding the railway transport. I hardly figured out these pointers. We went the wrong way twice. But maybe it's my postcovid syndrome. :)

It is convenient to get from the city directly from the metro - trains, CAT trains, buses. 2 terminals (1 and 3), the 1st for budget ones, as far as I understand, it is simpler. It's not too big, but everything is there, clean. There is a Bill in terminal 1, buy all sorts of different things. After passing all the inspections, there is a station with drinks and sandwiches in front of the gates, an Austrian restaurant, but there was not a whole page from the menu)) that is, there is very little to eat...The business hall could not be evaluated - there was one and that one worked until 16:30 ! It is quite suitable as a starting or ending point of travel, less for transit. There is no common transit area between the terminals, there are not enough seats, but there are enough business halls and there are enough seats in them. Parking is expensive, but there is a train directly from the airport to the center of Vienna. Bratislava is also very close.

It's a depressing impression... Such an airport can be expected to be seen in a very deep province, but certainly not in Vienna, not in one of the capitals of the "garden" and "CIVILIZATION". Low ceilings, some kind of oppressive. There is no service. At all. The few cafes that are present at the airport are already closing in the evening. There is nowhere to drink coffee. I have never seen such a disgusting SMOKEHOUSE anywhere else: the hoods do not work. At all. By the way, the best smoking room is in Yerevan, I recommend it. And this airport is in Vienna... Not even to list everything! Disappointed.
