As we wrote earlier, the settlement system is not transparent at all. If you need to buy with cash, then the price of the promotion is for you (in fact, the usual price is like that of competitors, and if you use a loyalty program, then it is more profitable for competitors). But the equipment in installments is already at full (i.e. inflated by about 30%) price. It is logical when you come to the store and see the price and if you need a bank installment plan, you sum up all the prices and the bank will lend you the total amount, how much interest the bank will charge, everything will be clearly understood. There is a clear scheme here according to which the seller exposes the amount immediately with an installment plan. But in the bank's documents, if you look at the loan body, it is much larger than if we add up the red prices. Hence the question: how does the bank transfer money to the store and relative to what amount? You are being misled by two prices, but in fact, if you apply for an installment plan (it is more correct to say a loan), the price soars out of proportion. And most importantly, when you come to them with harassment, then boorish, abusive behavior on the part of employees begins. Antirespectum, it's a pity there is no way to put an objective 0!!!
I called this store at the phone number listed on the website regarding the availability of equipment and financial instruments, in particular installments.
Before that, I looked at the information on the website: there are 2 prices for all (!) goods - allegedly with a discount, and without a discount. I compared the prices for the same models with the same article - there are no discounts in Element 5 and the price is exactly the same as in Viking discounted price, respectively, the price without discount in Viking for the same product is 500-1000 rubles (!!!) (depending on the cost, or maybe more) higher than in the 5th Element.
On the page of financial instruments, information on installments is provided by Belarusbank for 2-24 months. But there is a condition - when making an installment plan or loan, the cost of the product goes without a discount (i.e., 500-1000 rubles more than in Element 5: for example, in Element 5 the product costs 1400 rubles, and in Viking - 1900 (!!!))
(let me digress a little: the difference between an installment plan and a loan for a store - with a loan, the buyer pays interest to the bank, and with an installment plan, the store assumes obligations to pay interest and these percentages should not be included in the price of the goods)
In general, I'm calling the store to clarify what the strange prices and conditions are. The man raised, to my clarification, whether this is really an installment plan or a substitution of concepts and, in fact, a loan with interest, which is at a price that is without a discount, gave an answer in a rather rough form, literally: "when you already understand everything that there is no interest-free installment plan, all the interest is already embedded in the price?!?!?" To my surprise, why such an answer, he was rude and turned off the conversation.
For the first time I faced such rudeness and deception of customers by putting the interest that the store must pay into the price for payment by the buyer and overestimating, respectively, the real price.
There was even a question of how legitimate the actions of this store are in raising prices and specifying information about the conditions of financial instruments.
I am shocked by this store, deception in prices and rudeness. I don't recommend it. In the case of buying equipment, it is 100% better to contact Element 5, with the same or more choice, adequate consultants who will sort everything out, honest, in comparison with Viking, prices and the best conditions of financial instruments.
