It's a great hotel, it's not the first time I've breathed in this hotel. This time it's a big company! We arrived for 2 weeks. We are still here at the moment. A beautiful, huge hotel with a lot of pools, this year we added 1 more huge pool plus a children's complex of very interesting slides and entertainment! The territory is large, there are many different zones for both an active day and those who want to lie down quietly. The food is varied, you can eat both in the main restaurant, and on the sea side there is an excellent choice, variety. We also added another restaurant on the pier this year. You can eat almost around the clock! The service, the staff is very friendly and sweet! I really like the rooms, they are comfortable and compact. Towels are changed every day, linen every other day. The territory is always clean and tidy. I really like this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't appreciate it. We are currently resting with the child together on 09/01/24. Out of 10 days, 5 were poisoned, first me, then the child. It's very difficult when you're traveling alone with a child. For 5 days we eat only breadcrumbs, tea, and boiled eggs.
My vacation is ruined, especially for such money, and my health has also suffered.
There is sooo much food, too, everything is beautiful, but in this heat everything quickly deteriorates ((( I can't imagine how many refrigerators you need to have to put everything after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus other cooking products.
And eat breadcrumbs for 5 days, it's very scary to get poisoned again🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
PS And this is taking into account the fact that the child does not eat everything in a row, it is hardly possible to feed. And we don't drink all kinds of cocktails, and especially alcohol is categorically against it!

BOTTOM LINE: the hotel itself is very beautiful, the food is varied and delicious, there are 9 pools. BUT! not a single piece of greenery, it would be better to make a lawn instead of one pool for various physical activities like football, except eating,drinking,sleeping and swimming, there is simply no way to do anything else! There is a store on the territory with an assortment of balls, including, they bought, but they simply have nowhere to play, from the word at ALL!
Not a single playground, including. The beach is dirty, small and uncomfortable ((( It's good to swim from the pier, the water is much cleaner than near the shore.
Room cleaning: Bad! The floors have never been washed in the toilet, they just change the towels, take out the trash and make the beds. It is better to clean every 2 days, but with cleaning floors and toilets with disinfectants, especially in a place where there is a high probability of rotavirus or poisoning!

This is the first hotel that started the October vacation this year. The territory is very small. The sea in this place of Alanya is not good, but there is a pier from which everyone swims, you can go from the shore, but there are stones there, the water is muddy from not visible, you can get hurt. Vacationers are only Germans, it's strange that they come here, there are better places for this money. The food is so-so, you won't stay hungry. There is a large water park on the beach, but it is clear that everything is in a deeply neglected state.

We rested from 08/23/22 to 4.09. I liked everything, all the staff is very pleasant, smiling and responsive! Any requests are fulfilled within 10-20 minutes.
There is a lot of food and different, the cocktails at the bar are delicious. We ate on the terrace with a beautiful view. It is a pity that all the open spaces with a view are only for smokers.
The entrance to the sea is sandy, but there are small stones, so we swam from the pier, very cool. There is also a lot of food on the beach.
The outlet store (There are Zara, puma and many other brands) is located nearby, 400-600 meters from the hotel.
Of the cons, this is paid Wi-Fi, which loads well, only at the reception (if it were free, another conversation). And 2 minus is a paid safe. For an all-inclusive hotel, of course, it was upsetting. But our chagrin passed quickly, as the staff tried very hard to please) Thanks!

I had a rest from 09/24-23, the hotel is large, beautiful, arrived late, the main restaurant was already closed, but did not stay hungry, there is a late dinner in the snack bar until 24h. and an early breakfast from 01h. to 6h. in the morning, it's nice.I checked in alone in the standard, when checking in at the reception they offered a view from the room for an additional fee (sea view -10 euros per day, sea and pool view-20 euros per DAY).Cleaning every day, the towel was also changed daily, there is no Shampoo in the rooms (if you plan to rest, take it from home).
The food in the main restaurant is varied, fruits, sweets, soups (my favorite is lentil, almost every day), cheeses and of course vegetables. You can also eat on the beach at the bar near the pier (the food is monotonous) and near the amphitheater (there is also a disco)-the food is more diverse. Entertainment in the amphitheater every day, live music in the rock bar, and dancing from 23h to 02h. in the morning.
Cons- the beach is small and dirty, the entrance is normal, but a few meters from the shore, you can run into rocks. Pierce was saving me. And the biggest minus for me is 80 percent foreigners and Turks (some have 2 and 3 children, of different ages). I don't write about slides, there are a lot of them, I'm not interested.

We were in late September, early October 2023, the weather was gorgeous. The hotel is big, but a bit clueless. Almost the entire territory is occupied by swimming pools, but they are cold. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea from the room. The sea is super! The sun beds are ancient, without mattresses. My elbow was torn off on the slide. Food for 4, alcohol for 4, rooms for 5. Plastic cups for drinks are simply rinsed under the tap (it would be better if they were paper, disposable). There are not enough tables for food, you need to look for a long time or wait until you get free. It was terrible, then we went to the canteen to eat. Show program 3-, disco at 23 o'clock. The outlet is not far away - prices are cheaper in Moscow. On the other hand, Migros, pharmacies and bazarchik are not far away (at the pharmacy they wanted to buy a course of treatment for varicose veins - tablets and ointments - compared in Moscow they also cost 4,500 re.). If you do not pay attention to some things, the hotel is normal. The price was 130 t.p. for two.

Minuses:
- hotel guide, all through fear, threats, not polite

Although the hotel has its own level 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ultra all inclusive, and the cost is more than half a million rubles, could be much cleaner!We checked into the connect room, I was horrified!!! It's dirty, the pillows are thrown up in the truest sense of the word, the doors are stained, the bathroom was a disaster, all the elevators stink and the windows are in such a way that the white light is not visible! Yes, after going down to the Reception, they reacted quickly, they came and took out all the pillows and linen from the room just outside the door, and these pillows lay outside the door for five days! The hotel is huge, there are few pools, there are not enough places either on it or on the beach! In restaurants, all the dishes are terrible, dirty, not washed, before you find a clean glass without lipstick or a washed plate, you need to complete a whole quest! We stayed at this hotel from July 14 to July 26, 2024.
I write reviews extremely rarely, I almost never give ratings below 5 at all. But I can't help but write here.
I'll make a reservation right away, everything is known in comparison and felt in contrast.
My subjective opinion is that the hotel is more bad than good. For a price 2 times lower, he would be close to 4 points, but even if he were a gift, he would not put above 4.
In order:
1) the hotel itself: large, very large, many pools, two water parks. Children's slides are very good, adult slides of the same type with high wear - almost all slides have a wonderful ironing board effect.
There is a tennis court, but there is no volleyball court (this is the first time I've seen this).
The hotel requires general cleaning and cosmetic repairs in places. There are no complaints about the number, it is quite fresh.
2) room cleaning is a very mediocre function, it does not work well in this hotel. Vacuuming and floor cleaning on holidays. Towels are promised to be changed every two days, in fact once every three days. The bed linen was replaced after 8 days and after 5 requests to the reception and guest relations. There is a separate conversation about guest relations, but solely thanks to them, the score is not 2, but 3 points.
3) food - in general, there is enough food, the quality is beyond comment, but the variety of fruits and pastries does not differ. Drinks are also more than modest, I haven't tried alcohol much, but my compatriots didn't praise it. But it may be a good thing, there are more sober people on the territory 🙂
4) animation is almost invisible. Standard mini-disco, water polo and water aerobics. They are no longer visible.
Once a week there is a foam disco in the afternoon. And the guest artists of the show several times a week.
In general, everything seems to be tolerable so far, but two facts that take 1 star from 5 points:
1 are queues. The queue is everywhere, any bar, cafeteria, main restaurant, shower ...
In peak season, the hotel is crowded, there is not enough staff. One main restaurant for 2,700 (in fact, all 3,000) people does not pull out. If you want to be in an air-conditioned room, but the table was not occupied on time, get ready for an exciting quest: first you jerk to a vacant table, and then wait for someone to clean the table and re-preserve it for you. Less than 7 minutes is a world record. 🙂
And 2 bold minus, for which I take off a whole point - the rudeness of the SPA staff. I admit, I've long been out of the habit of using beach towels on cards, but it's necessary. BUT, the shift is once a day and this was not written anywhere before our scandal (about it below). In addition, you must hand over before 19:00, and get a clean one in the morning. If you suddenly decided to stay at the sea the day before and did not hand over the towels, in the morning, contrary to what was written on the issued memo, they will not exchange it for you, but for complete harmony they will also be well scolded. I'll explain: The SPA is rented, and the delivery and washing of towels to tenants is a burden. In their free time from massage, towels are given / accepted by Thai girls - the sweetest people, to whom there are no complaints. But in their absence, the SPA administrator deals with towels (a lady with dyed hair, who speaks the language of Gogol and Tolstoy well, as well as a short, swarthy peasant with a beard, who looks like a representative of the titular nation of the host party. This couple decided that their power over towels is limitless and should be replaced IN the MORNING ONCE a DAY, as it is written on the issued memo. In the dry balance: dialogue on high, forceful seizure of 4 beach towels, a complaint to quest relations and a threat against me.
Dear hotel, I understand that these are tenants and the hotel staff are not, but I, as a guest who crossed the threshold of the hotel, absolutely do not care about your relationship, I was given a card on a towel at the reception and I identify the people issuing the towel as representatives of the hotel, who shit on your reputation. By the way, at first I tried to settle the problem in a good way, explaining why for the first time in several days of staying at the hotel I change towels in the morning, and do not hand them over in the evening as usual - but the lady mentioned above refused to comply with the established order at the hotel, and my remark that I would complain and write a review upon returning home, she replied (quote): ".. Why wait? - now write a review."
I do not know how Anna with quest relations managed to extinguish my righteous anger, but she is a model of working with clients and angry guests! For that, special thanks and big greetings to her!
Well, a separate recommendation for the hotel:
Due to the lack of normal evening entertainment in the hotel, the huge lobby is crowded, guests take coffee and coffee-containing drinks (by the way, they are quite tasty, but again there are 10-15 queues (!!!) minutes) and drink them in the lobby, sitting on a huge number of sofas and armchairs, and in order not to pull empty coffees (or cocktails), hotel guests like ants carry sweets and light snacks from the 1st floor of the main restaurant. What prevents you from putting a chest in the lobby with a minimum set of sweets (cookies, onions, nuts) as they do in most hotels???
Well, of course, take care of the staff, you already have a terrible shortage of it. Although the guys are nice, very friendly and hardworking (SPA does not count).
As a result, I will not go to this hotel anymore and will not recommend it to my friends. But I repeat, if there was an adequate price tag and remove the boorishness from the SPA, then the hotel as a whole is not so bad. But I know for sure that there are much better hotels for this money, where I have already been before and did not go this year solely for reasons of diversity, but they cost the same as Vikingen this year.
I almost forgot: the sea. The sea is warm and good, but the sunbeds are old and dirty. The pools are fresh, so you leave your clothes and towels on the sun beds by the pool, and take short runs to the beach. Good day to everyone planning to relax at the Vikingen Infinity Resort.
I want to share my personal experience of relaxing in this place in order to save your time, money and nerves.
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening at 22:30, at this time dinner was already completed. Due to the long flight of about 5 hours and a 2-hour trip from Antalya airport to the hotel, we were hungry as dogs, tired, the child was falling off his feet.
To which we were offered night soup from 23:00 to 00:00. Soup is a liquid vegetable puree or lentil soup puree.
When asked to provide a password to connect to Wi-Fi, we were informed that the Internet is paid (12 euros for 7 days). Which we were very surprised about, as the hotel positioned itself as an ultra all inclusive.
As usual, they offered to upgrade the room with a view of the sea or the pool for 10 euros.
No one bothered to pick up the suitcases and show the location of the room, they found it themselves.
The room turned out to be more or less spacious, but in some moments it required renovation.
The sheets have worn holes, the wallpaper is peeling off, the chair covers and the bedspreads are stained.
During daily cleaning, the sand from the beach remained in place near the entrance.
On food: it's the same every day. Vegetable salads are sliced like cattle, collect everything, season it, season the salt yourself, it's unbearable to eat mayonnaise salads except for beans. Of the side dishes, only rice, pasta and instant puree.
For meat dishes: mostly chicken, turkey, rarely beef and lamb in the form of grilled cutlets. The concept of shish kebab for them is stewed meat. Lots of vegetable stews, grilled vegetables, but all unsalted.
Pizza is a dough covered with cheese and ketchup with one sausage or without it at all.
The sweets all taste the same, only the colors are different. The soup is in sugar syrup, the biscuit is nasty.
We ate fruits like this at home (apples, pears, unripe plums, bananas, oranges). There were no juices except orange juice for 2 euros a glass, all other drinks are diluted Jupi and water. Cola, pepsi, sprite, fanta are all chemistry.
Alcohol sucks, vodka is terrible, they can't cook cocktails, they serve them like pigs, they throw everything, throw it. The beer is diluted and bitter. Gin, rum, tequila taste the same. Whiskey was poured more or less decent in a restaurant that could be visited once by appointment.
All dishes are made of plastic. There are two bars on the beach (1 - prepare grits with mushrooms and lettuce leaves, 2 - type everything yourself, I liked the potato crumb)
The beach is narrow, there are a lot of broken shislongs, there are no umbrellas on the beach, only a short canopy. All umbrellas are on the pier and near the pools. The sand on the beach is dirty with garbage, cigarette butts, bottle caps, who forgot what, everything lies around then is carried away by a wave into the sea.
The sea is excellent, warm, transparent (we were in September).
Of course, there are questions about stones and rocks, although it seems to be sand.
The entertainment is monotonous, boring, nothing interesting, the disco sucks. The music is even worse, boring.
For the children, everyone danced, played and slept as usual.
There are a lot of pools, there are enough slides.
There are a lot of guests from the UAE, Iran, Turkey and Europe. There are few Russians.
There are few bazaars in the area, everything is expensive, just sky-high prices. Do not take shopping from anex, the skin is all thin and old, all models from previous years, nothing new, silver is sold at the price of gold.
On excursions, they don't tell you everything, they deceive you, it's better to take it on the street.
Consider another resort in Turkey, yes it will be more expensive, but the service is better (Bodrum, Marmaris). Good luck to everyone!

Of course, they are still far from 5 ! The animation walks around and asks your phone for a great review ) ! The hotel is of course huge. The rooms are good!upon check-in at the reception, you can pay an additional 70 € to have a view of the sea or pool! Few people speak Russian! The hotel is 80% foreign! The food is a lot of things, but everything was sour for me ( ! Local alcohol is not very good as usual , beer is normal ! There are a lot of all kinds of food on the beach, the grilled wings were very tasty! Ice cream was given every day! There are many pools , there are also slides! In general, it's not bad! You can safely go on vacation to this hotel!

A great hotel, but the price is unreasonably expensive. A huge territory, Internet is paid throughout the territory, including in the lobby. The food is delicious, but monotonous. There are few types of fruits, ordinary apples, oranges and plums. There is little animation, there is a children's mini club. The hotel is more family-run than youth-run.

We had a vacation with friends in early September.I liked the hotel itself, the inside of the hotel and the rooms are beautiful,clean, well cleaned,large pools, the entrance to the sea is sandy and a little pebbles, the sea is clean and transparent.It was a pleasure to relax on the beach.The food is delicious.The staff is polite, except for the reception(.I really didn't like the treatment of the girl from the reception who, upon arrival, first asked for an additional payment for the room of $ 60, and then wanted to move our friend into our room, or move us to another hotel for 2 days, although we had different rooms paid for.Apparently they wanted to leave additional rooms for the Turks, of whom there are a lot.As a result, we were still put in different rooms, but the negative aftertaste from the reception still remained (Internet is paid $ 12 for 7 days for one phone(And another very big minus is that there is no animation, except for the performance at 22 00, but I don't consider this animation.
