We rest from April 27 to the tired Hotel. Once upon a time there really was 5 stars. Definitely not now! Restaurants have plastic chairs, tables and plastic glasses, which is not acceptable in principle. There is no children's animation at all, not even a hint of it) Wi-Fi is paid and not fast. Towels are provided 1 time a day for the whole day! I received it in the morning, returned it in the evening. The family was given 1 card from the room! They said if you give out more, they may not work) The indoor pool has more chlorine than water. The pools are not heated outside, although other information is stated on the website. There are a lot of Turks, Arabs, Hindus... no gym... solid 4 meals, but no seafood, although it should be noted there was fish every day! From fruits, apples, bananas, oranges., freshly squeezed juice can be bought for 2 euros for 200 ml., meat on a spit, etc. do not wait either) the territory of the hotel has solid pools, there are many of them for every taste. There is no green area except for a couple of palm trees on the territory and a few flower beds. The sea is across the street, very close at all without any problems to walk, a street crossing with an elevator is made. On the one hand, the beach itself is not bad, on the other hand, you can't swim with big stones. There are slides near the sea, I liked them. And pools with sun beds. Good day!! I'm shocked by the hotel! The area in front of the hotel (entrance) is unclear, not well maintained, small. In the hotel itself, wi-fi is PAID throughout, even in the lobby!! The buffet is sooo modest, very, but you won't be hungry! The rooms are stylish and beautiful. but!! There were no slippers (until they were "knocked out"), soap accessories - only shower gel!!! Nothing else!!!(( The mini bar is filled only with plain water!!! It's really free. And the in-room safe is free of charge. To crawl to the sea through the passage ((( It's clearly not 5 at all!!! We are vacationing with my husband for the first time in Turkey. We really liked the bartender mesut acikgoz. Just a smart girl, she does everything quickly, tasty, always smiling and positive. It is a pleasure to communicate with him. He works from morning to night and the smile never leaves his face despite his fatigue.
As for the hotel, it would be nice to complement it with a variety of fruits, except apples, bananas and oranges. And I would really like seafood, it's the sea after all.

Hello, we stayed at this hotel from October 4 to October 12, 2021. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I can't say that the hotel is perfect. On the plus side, it is very beautiful, a large territory, many bars and pools. But the pools were very cold in October, but the sea was like fresh milk. The beach is nice, but there are not enough sun loungers for everyone. There are coral reefs and a lot of fish near the shore. For some it will be a plus, for me it is a minus, I did not like swimming and clinging to the carals. There is a snack bar on the beach where we had lunch all the time, the food there is tastier than in the main restaurant.
There are long queues in the restaurant, the food is very ordinary, the choice of fruits is very poor. In terms of food, the hotel does not pull in 5 stars and ultra, I would put 3 stars. In connection with Covid19, there is no special animation, at 21.30 there is a children's disco, at 22.00 there is a performance in the amphitheater. From 23 to 00 live music in the bar 50% of the songs are in Turkish, the second half in clumsy Russian. And that's the whole animation. You have to go there with your own music column and entertain yourself. The overall impression is good, but I'm not going there anymore. I do not advise you to choose this hotel, the neighboring hotels are much cooler from it.

The hotel staff is extremely unpleasant, they did not want to solve the issues, as if they were being forcibly held there. 2-3 people speak Russian, and then not at the reception. The beach is not cleaned, locals are constantly passing through the territory and they were not driven away. The drinks are chymous. Room service is even worse in the 7 days that I was there, they never replenished the stocks of gel, shampoo and conditioner, and if you do not hang a sign that room cleaning is tedious and they will not go there to clean, they also changed the bed 2 times in 7 days. In the hotel store, prices are inflated and deceived.

NOT even by you, because you got sick, changed your mind, etc. You will return your money FOR a LONG time (officially they answer from the mail that 1 MONTH), no one will IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER them to you with apologies and WILL NOT ISSUE a refund receipt. I have no complaints about the hotel, I liked everything!
I am currently in the process of refunding $170 for a cancelled Disney Land tour for 2 people. The guide's name is Kemran! A very unfriendly and irresponsible person!
It turns out that Anex Tour unfairly treats tourists, delaying the refund of money to people on vacation. In fact, they use our money for a month, they spin it - very convenient, without %. How many of these refunds have been suspended..))))

Perhaps this is a minus for someone. The sea is clear. The beach is sandy and pebbly. Nice pools. There are slides, which is also great. Spa area, gym. Everything is on the level!!! Wi-Fi is paid. 7 days, 24 dollars. It is available everywhere in all recreation areas up to the sea. Food until 2 am. No need to run on time. There are a lot of people, too, fuss, but due to the fact that there are many areas for eating and relaxing, you can find a quiet place. We are now in it from 04/27. to 05.05. The water in the sea and pools is cold, but everyone swims because the sun is hot. After such a heat, the water no longer seems so cold)))) Good luck to everyone and have a good rest.

The hotel itself is beautiful and there is nothing more to say, the food is disgusting, mostly sheep and goat made of meat, chicken was seen twice in a week,greens and tomatoes with cucumbers are salads, fruits are apples and watermelon, which was scolded like pigs, if you have seen carved figures from fruits somewhere, then this is clearly not here, you will not see Turkish sweets, I mean,those that we buy by weight or in boxes,a mixture of Turkish delight and red velvet cake and souffle,normal alcohol is beer, gin,whiskey cola,belis, etc., the mixture does not smell of champagne. There was animation, but we didn't see a disco, much less Russian songs for a week, mostly Turkish ones.If you want a room with a sea view, pay $ 50 extra and the most interesting thing is that our room was booked for 3 adults and a child of 8 years old, they provided him with a pillow without a mattress, they have an extra one.the place, but after my indignation, they changed the room, where there is a small sofa and yes, if you arrive late and the time is 21-00 you will not be able to have dinner, we promised the whole territory and shrugged our shoulders.In general, people under 40 and under, and even with children, there is nothing to do there, if the tour operator tells you that it is good, do not believe it.We talked with people from other cities, they are also shocked, my family paid 146,000 for an early booking, and there are those who pay 250,000, everyone is horrified.It's better to be honest with the guys on our coast than in this hotel.

We flew to this hotel in October 2021.
They offered a very good price, the condition when choosing was 5* ultra. So let's go.
Upon check-in, they offered to pay an additional $ 30 And move into a better room. We agreed and did not regret it once, the balcony was more than a room. It was our first time in Turkey.
There is no entertainment on site.
There are no animators.
I couldn't believe what was being served to the guests in the main restaurant. Such terrible, cheap, soy food. I was very disappointed. It's the same thing every day. But it's not scary. The scary thing is that the meat is tasteless, it tastes soy, rubbery. These are cheap semi-finished products. I was disappointed with Turkey. Desserts are a disappointment. Upon returning home, I met friends, they praised their hotel, the variety and deliciousness of the dishes. I thought about it.
Upon arrival home, I watched stories on Instagram where people show their buffet on vacation. And I realized that this is not a case in Turkey, but a case in this hotel. I don't recommend it. It's not worth the money.
