Then the painting is not ready, then the sales manager did not convey the information correctly, then the measurer did not measure correctly, then in the end I misunderstood the information that was conveyed to me!
And as a result , they make a fool of me !
The contract is drawn up unilaterally, only the seller has advantages , and we have the hachiko regime ! "Wait"!

In short, everything they write about them in negative reviews is all true. They came to install the gates for me after I said that we would write a joint statement with the same people who were being led by the nose to the police. The gates were put up, they were put up for 6 days. The gates are 3 weeks old and they are no longer working. When the bricks were hollowed out in the pillar (they pretended that this was how it should be), the second photocell did not work, only one. Then I started looking, after they left, and the gate and the gate were covered with rust, that's it. She called and said to fix it, they said they would come in two days to be at home. And then everyone was unavailable and didn't arrive. I called today and said call the manager and explain. Just don't mess with it!!!
I ordered when I realized that something was wrong, I started reading people's reviews and everything was exactly right, but it was too late. It wouldn't hurt to write a statement on them anyway, not to one person (there's no point, they said they were awarded payments, but they don't pay)and the general statement, everyone who has given them money and is waiting for the "sea of weather ", everyone who has spent a lot of nerves. Especially the infuriating "boss" there hated them...

GARAGE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF SECTIONAL DOORS
The consumer has concluded a purchase and sale agreement with Vinsera LLC UNP 691148595 for the purchase of garage sectional doors with component elements. According to the terms of the contract, he paid 43% of the total cost of the gate immediately, and had to pay the rest of the amount after their installation. 2.5 months later, the Seller delivered the order to the Consumer, violating the clause of the contract on the procedure for transferring the goods and began to install. During the installation of the gate frame, the Seller's employees made a lot of extra holes while ruining the paintwork. Upon seeing this flaw, the Consumer refused to continue the installation, considering the product to be of inadequate quality and demanded replacement. The Seller's employees accepted the claim and left, leaving the product to the Consumer. And three weeks later, a "new" gate frame was brought, which was scratched. The consumer again refused to accept the product, demanding to replace it with a product of proper quality. Without receiving approval for the installation of the frame, the Seller's employees dismantled the previously installed frame and took it with them. For the third time, the Seller showed ingenuity, he brewed, sanded and painted over the holes in the frame of the gate and offered for installation, but the Consumer stood his ground, not agreeing to accept a product in which flaws were eliminated. After that, the Seller left the product to the Consumer, left and did not get in touch again, despite the Consumer's attempts to communicate with him.
In search of help, the Consumer turned to the Polotsk district organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Consumer Protection Society", whose employees gave legal advice and began work on resolving the dispute. The seller contacted and offered to complete the work under the contract, as in his opinion there were no flaws in the gate itself. Employees of the Public Association, in order to verify the words of the Seller and study the consumer properties of the product, went to the Consumer for inspection. Upon inspection, it turned out that the gate opening in the Consumer's building is larger than the gate itself, and the presence of welding traces painted over on the gate frame was also confirmed. Based on the conducted research, employees of the Polotsk district organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Consumer Protection Society" came to the conclusion that this product, in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection", is characterized as a product of inadequate quality. A notice was sent to the seller demanding that the transaction be terminated, but it was left without consideration. In this connection, the Consumer instructed the Public Association to protect his interests in court.
During the trial, the court defended the Consumer and ordered Vinsera LLC to return the amount of money paid to the Consumer, pay a penalty and compensate for moral damage, as well as reimburse court costs and pay a fine. Unfortunately, to date, Vinsera does not comply with the court's decision, and therefore, the enforcement department has initiated enforcement proceedings, which is confirmed by information posted on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
Dear consumers, when choosing an organization for the manufacture and installation of metal structures, take into account the information about Vinsera LLC!
And do not forget, sooner or later the triumph of justice and justice will overtake every seller who violated the rights of the consumer, no matter how hopeless your case may seem to you!

An elderly father ordered the gate from them out of his gullibility. The contract is generally a "fairy tale"-clauses 3.1 and 3.2. send a letter after prepayment in no earlier than .... working days, about readiness to accept the goods, and then wait for the installation period. After receiving the money, you can forget that this organization exists.

Ease of installation (if you have experience in roofing). I didn't dare to lay it myself, so I ordered the laying to a team of professionals. The work took a day. But now I can't get enough of it: the tides and the skates, the pipe outline - everything is smooth and beautiful. Sorry for the scraps of material. Maybe I'll figure out where to put it. The roof overwintered perfectly. I looked at the thaw on purpose - not a single drop anywhere. The snow comes off easily and quickly.

For a long time, my husband and I chose between sliding and swing gates. The more they delved into it, the more questions there were. At first, they were inclined to save money and install swing doors. But then we found out the cost of the drive for them and realized that there would be no savings. But there are plenty of disadvantages. As a result, we chose a rollback option from the company “Vincer”. They have been installed for a year and a half. Only this winter they froze once, but it was enough to knock down some ice under the sash, and they started working again. And they froze because a tractor had piled snow from the street right under the gate. Then the snow melted and the water got on the rail under the gate. If it weren't for that, there wouldn't have been a single complaint all winter. We are glad that we were not mistaken and chose the rollback ones. The automation is powerful, it works in any wind. To be sure, my husband sometimes cleans the snow a little near the rail. But in terms of time and effort, this is not comparable to how we had to work before, when there were swing gates.
