There they will charge you a cosmic sum for treatment and at the same time they will pump glucose, one drug for all diseases. They brought a dog with a tick bite, immediately passed all the tests, diagnosed Pyroplasmosis, gave a Pyro stop injection (allegedly they did, but they took the money for it as it should be), pumped the system, the next day they brought it again, pumped it again and that's it. They said everything is fine with you. A week later, the dog in a serious condition almost at death gets to another doctor, who took tests and determined from the tests that there was no antidote in the dog's blood, all this time the liver cells were destroyed from pyroplasmosis. Now the dog is being treated by another doctor, thank God that everything went well, but she is now recovering for at least half a year. I would like to ask the doctors of the clinic, how do you sleep after all that you do? Can't you take pictures of the animals you killed at night?

The hospital is expensive (at the time of May 2024 - 12,000tenge), taking into account that the pet needs to buy more food on its own. It would be better if the cost of a hospital of 10,000tenge was (on the other hand, perhaps then there will be no places for a hospital). Why 4⭐ - at the reception they can afford rudeness and raising the tone of their voice, which is categorically unacceptable in communicating with customers who come in an anxious state for their pets. It would be great if you send receptionists to empathy enhancement courses, courtesy courses and the ability to work with clients (if there are such courses, of course)

It took a long time to write, we got to this clinic in March with a diagnosis of chronic renal failure, we live in Moscow, and we are being monitored by a nephrologist in Moscow. In March, we attended a funeral in Zhezkazgan, where the doctor decided to puncture the nephrotoxic antibiotic Ceftriaxone. After that, creatinine values from 267 (this is our "working creatinine") rose to 693, with a norm of 26- 120. The dog refused to eat. I took the dog to the nearest city 500 km away in Karaganda, to the Vitavet clinic. At first, the clinic made a good impression, a new building, renovation, its own laboratory, the test results are ready in just 30 minutes. The examination was conducted by the nephrologist LEILA, they left the dog in the hospital for three days, and returned to the wake in Zhezkazgan. We were prescribed a huge list of medications, on the way home I started studying this list and found another nephrotoxic Setegis, which is not clear why we were prescribed, when I asked the doctor a question, she answered: "let's clean it up." Every day I called the clinic and found out how my pomeranian was feeling, to which the doctor replied that she was stable, walking or not, they said she was walking. As a result, I came to pick up the dog three days later to continue flying to Moscow, the creatinine index became 783!!!! Seeing this, my hands shook and tears poured down, they brought a dog that could not walk, she could not stand. I asked to call the doctor treating Leila, to which they replied she could not, I went to the head doctor Eugene, to which he replied that nephrologists treat according to the Protocol. According to what fucking Protocol, if your treatment only worsened my dog's condition. When asked why and how, the head answered me.The doctor: "well, they agreed on the treatment with you, what? I'm a civil engineer, I'm paying you money, which means we've agreed." The next day, this Leila started writing me all sorts of nonsense about these protocols. We all learned something once, well, the doctor stood her ground, and did not even think that she needed to review her protocols and her treatment methods for future pets. I am not a doctor, and I assumed that the treatment was not suitable, I asked to cancel all medications and put only one IV, and voila, the indicator decreased to 602.
We returned to Moscow and went urgently to our nephrologist, to which we were given an answer, the dog has hypervolemia (we were admitted to the hospital with a weight of 2.7 and discharged 3.1 = 400 ml of liquid that she took out during the day in Moscow, that is, she was pumped, (according to the appointment there were 150 ml of intravenous injections at a rate of 75 ml per hour, at the maximum rate for small dogs with such a diagnosis of 15 ml per hour), as a result of which the kidneys with intoxication from cyftriaxone could not cope with the volume of liquid. As a result, I restored my dog for 2 months, I fed her forcibly for a month. Conclusion: never go to this clinic to nephrologists who are treated according to some protocols, maybe the surgeons or therapists there are normal, but not this person named Leila, who cannot cure herself of obesity.

What, is it a fat man? So the most interesting thing is ahead, due to the coronavirus, it was not possible to immediately go to Vitavet, I had to do the operation on the spot at a local veterinarian. Yes, there was my mistake, but as it turned out, the fat man could not be there in principle. Plus, today, after all, before the death of the cat, trying to save it, we got to vitavet, where we were once again confirmed that there could not be any fat there. So how can you trust such a specialist? If he hadn't been too lazy to do something when we arrived with a small bump, the cat would have been alive.
