Bodywork on my car took almost 2 months, or rather not like that, the car stood stupidly while the cars of friends, friends of other friends, etc. were being driven.
After the arrival and the trial, the process went to a hundred. I was able to get behind the wheel of the car after almost 3 months, thanks for not walking all this time.
This year I had to apply to paint the door ( we drove into the parking lot ), the door is broken in a different color 🤦🏻♀️
I add that on 19.08 they drove the car to ALTER THEIR POOR-QUALITY WORK. They promised 2-3 days of repair, on 23.08 at about 18.00 an employee Grishin O.E. dialed and in a dissatisfied tone told him to come and inspect the car. We were able to arrive only on Saturday, the color became much better, but there was a dent in the central part of the door. We made a note in the act that we are taking the car, but we do not agree with the quality of the repair. They did not leave the car because of the lack of specialists to eliminate the defect, as well as because of the incomprehensible appearance of dents that did not exist before the repair and which appear miraculously at this service station.
They drove another car, the planned entry was for April 20, as a result, they drove it only on May 16 !!!
The scheme is the same, friends of friends …
Now it's July 5th, of course they still have the car....

Repairs are hell, there's no other way to say it.
A car with a damaged front was driven, in fact, they just ruined virtually the entire car!!!
The roof was supposed to be made by unpainting dents ( there were 2 dents in the front).
Without my knowledge, the ROOF was COMPLETELY PAINTED, the ceiling in part of the cabin was broken so that when performing dry cleaning, the ceiling leaked (photo attached). We agreed to repair the damage, but without installing the ceiling. Upon my arrival, the ceiling was already installed, the color on the roof became 400 microns, which does not correspond to the factory color and indicates the presence of a large layer of putty.
The same story with the hood: a new hood was provided for coloring, when removing the hood, the staff broke the fasteners. The agreement was to fix the damage, but not to carry out the fasteners until my arrival. In fact, the hood was installed without my presence, and a request to remove it and show how it is fixed was refused.
During the repair, no one covered the salon, a layer of peeled putty, primer and paint was a "bonus" in the cabin.
Why are we doing it there?
At least they give a guarantee for their work .
And there is not much desire to drive somewhere to Minsk.
We personally have questions for the director, who allows himself to so brazenly use his official position, scoring on scheduled records (according to the employees of this service station), as well as for employees who stupidly fail either because of workload, or from unprofessionalism.

But after contacting the director, the salon was dry-cleaned, but before contacting him, there was a refusal to bring the car into an adequate condition.
A pleasant car center and its staff. I have repeatedly applied for repairs, including insurance. The quality of their work is remarkable, they do everything within a clearly agreed time frame and hear the client's requests. I definitely recommend you to visit, if necessary, I will contact them again.
The car dealership is super. People are treated with respect, they will tell you everything, they will show you, they will consult- well done.
But the service sucks. The car was taken away, there was no information about the breakdown during the repair. They will keep the prescribed time according to the regulations for repairs and only then they will come out to you and tell you that it is broken and you need to wait for spare parts. Just sit in a car dealership for 5-6 hours in vain, and walk home.
I repair the car only here.

I was. I bought it. Stanislav helped - he advised, prompted, conducted the transaction, informed, kept up to date.
The service contacted the alarm regarding the issue of the SIM card - they recorded it, warned about the time of work, clarified all the details personally during the conduct, and did it before the stated deadline.
4 years ago, I applied to the paint shop to paint the door, partially the thresholds and the wing. I paid then in the region of 500 USD. The quality was satisfied.
Later it turned out that when disassembling the door, the waterproofing film was roughly torn and then not sealed, which is why water began to enter the cabin during the rain. Naturally, I had to fix it myself (they did not undertake it). But that's not the worst part.
Not so long ago I noticed that the mirror wobbles when folded. I decided to figure out what's wrong. When removing the mirror, it turned out that a piece of the bracket was broken off, where the bolt enters, and then sealed. Apparently, after a while the glue moved away, so the angle of the bracket began to wobble. In addition, the bolts that attach the mirror to the door were completely cut off. I had to cut them off to remove the mirror. As a result, today I order a mirror for 92 rubles - and this is Patron, the cheapest option that may not be suitable. Of course, after 4 years, you can no longer make a claim. And if you present it, they will say that it has already been like that.
The result is a scam for a hundred rubles at best. I will not apply anymore.
