You could have written on the same day, saying I'm sorry, saying we can't answer you at the moment. - Even bots can do this, which only those who are lazy have not learned to use anymore, I'm sorry. For example, you have a bot installed in your Telegram, which, to my and Universal regret, did not even bother to say "Hello".
I try to evaluate the place objectively, but the fact that I did not have feedback (which is implied in such institutions with potential authority, if not immediately, then at least quickly) with at least one of the staff, and even for such a long period of time, makes me put only the most minimal assessment, since I had no response.
If you offer a number of communication options, please respond to at least one.
I wish the visa center development in this direction, and then we will evaluate what can be evaluated.
I do not advise you to go there to submit documents. Four hours of waiting, reception and payment in 5 minutes. The service is cultural, but the expectation just does not fit into any framework!!!
