Maybe it's a good visa center, but the guys went to record and file documents, and there the boss said you will come the next day you don't have a patent. there is no record on the site that you should give documents with the rights of the boss, go away and give places to the person who understands people
The staff is low-skilled. Employees (not all, but often) boorish and arrogant, they do not show proper respect to the client. Every time they announce new requirements for a package of documents that does not match each other's requirements, they find fault with the questionnaire, non-mandatory fields become mandatory, and vice versa, they specified additional information - very bad. It is very noticeable that they are trained to persuade people to fill out a form at the visa application center for payment. They themselves do not know what is written on their website, as well as in the official electronic documents of the organization.
Everything is fine, it was the first time, quickly, without too much fuss, one problem is waiting for your turn in the fresh air, in winter it is not very comfortable.
Although the organization is generally not bad, but... I thought we were living in the 21st century. And you can't pay with a card there. In decent embassies and visa centers, this is generally done online during registration, as well as submitting questionnaires online (USA, UK). With subsequent personal appearance for an interview and, if necessary, the delivery of biometric data. And here...
Inconvenient location due to the lack of normal parking, they are allowed inside only 10 minutes and if it rains or frosts outside (served in winter) no one cares (even if they made a canopy). They do not accept bank cards. There are no dates for recording in April, May, June from the word ,,"in general". In a word, it only complicates life, not simplifies it....

The employee was clearly in a bad mood. The employee began to behave indistinctly to my questions, raised her voice and mockingly answered my questions. His abusive behavior was outrageous to me. I do not think that such an attitude towards clients will have a positive effect on the image of the visa application center.
courier delivery of a passport with a visa to the applicant is a big word!!the service wishes to leave the best. The courier called at 8.00 in the morning and said that since I was not at home, he would leave his passport at the nearest post office. at the moment of writing the review, it is 11:10 ... but there is still no passport...
