Riga-Jurmala is the best route for a weekend tour. Everything is organized clearly: exciting excursions, free time. It was October 26-27, the weather was warm for October, but the guide built the route so that we alternated a walk through the streets and closed locations to visit San.rooms and warming. There are trams running from the hotel, you can choose the program for the evening yourself: shops, walks, cafes. The maintainer explains everything in an accessible and understandable way, there were no additional questions. The drivers and the accompanying Dmitry worked professionally.
We were satisfied with the trip, we recommend it!!!

this company are false.Julia is a declared boor, well, or an overly emotional person)she will be rude to you as soon as you start asking uncomfortable questions, God forbid ask about negative reviews -get the full program and be sure that you will be denied travel services due to personal dislike of Mrs. Julia. "I choose the tourists and I decide who goes with me"))- her words.There will be more respect for you at the market in Minsk than when communicating with this lady.The queen of tours), who sees competitors and enemies everywhere.The culture of communication, service and attitude towards tourists are felt even before departure and if you dare to ask uncomfortable questions you will be crossed off the list)In a conversation with me, Julia claimed that the partner company Cactus Tour provided her with screenshots of correspondence and my last name...I found out that this is not the case, because if it were, it would be a violation of the law on personal data.It's just that if this happens at the stage of a preliminary conversation, I can imagine if you have a real claim about the tour, what you will hear in response.Well, she also allowed herself to call other travel agencies to announce my last name and declare that I would not be on her tour.Very strange behavior.

If it were possible to put 0 stars , then it would be so . Disgusting travel agency! The girls who sit there are rare boors. We applied there for a tour , but by coincidence refused for a month , the contract stated that the prepayment would be refunded, but they started feeding us breakfast, that the rooms were not sold , but according to our information they sold out almost immediately. As a result, two weeks later, we were refunded this prepayment and not all of it, but they returned 50% of the amount, ruffling our nerves. Think about whether it's worth going there if you want to be bullied and even blamed.

We went on a tour to Moscow with this company in December 2023. A separate respect should be expressed to the drivers. And that's all the good that can be said in the end. During the night crossing, the accompanying person did not consider it necessary to announce sanitary stops earlier. When buying the tour, it was announced that it would be possible to have breakfast in one of the establishments according to the program, as a result, breakfast took place at one o'clock in the afternoon, while the cafe group was not expected when we came for breakfast-lunch, it was already set for other tourists. They didn't want to take it, they snatched the plates from under their noses. Question: why was it not organized? Before that, the whole family left the tour on red square without waiting for it. The excursion to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior took up to 30 minutes practically running. Upon arrival at the hotel, we handed over our passports and waited at the reception for more than an hour, in response to our questions, the escort did not answer anything sensible. In addition, a surprise awaited us at the hotel in the form of the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity from the Belarusian room - it was possible to notify tourists about this in advance. Then several times I had to go back and forth to the reception, where, by the way, they did not want to listen to us, since the card did not open the room. In the evening, a bus tour was organized, it was good that those who went were extremely unhappy, as they stood in traffic for almost the entire tour. On the second day, we couldn't really figure out what time and where the gathering was, since the program and what the maintainer voiced did not match. In response to the question, she tried to make a mockery of us, allegedly they did not listen well. We only knew that we were going on an excursion first of all to the Izmailovsky Kremlin, as a result, the director decided not to go, citing the fact that he was close to the hotel and whoever wanted to had to go himself. Of the entire bus, one pair of tourists got there. In response to the objections of the entire bus, they heard only rudeness and insults from the director, and he refused to talk to tourists in person. After the eviction, the passports were dropped from two buses into one box and the tourists handed them out to each other themselves. As a result, on the second day we were simply brought to VDNKh and left for half a day. I want to say thank you for at least returning back to Minsk, but again, this is the merit of the drivers.

Лето в разгаре. Продолжается пора отпусков. Многие при планировании отдыха обращаются в туристические фирмы. Не хочется, чтобы отдых был испорчен из-за плохой его организации, неправильно оформленных документов или ломающегося по дороге транспорта.
Хочу поделиться своей историей с отдыхом в прошлом году, чтобы другие не очутились в подобной ситуации. Знакомые посоветовали обратиться в ЧП «Ла Гальера». Эффектное а-ля французское название фирмы не обеспечило, к сожалению, такого же эффектного сервиса. Даже не знаю, сколько раз переделывался договор оказания туристических услуг: несмотря на то, что поездка была на автобусе, в документах прописывался авиатур со всеми условиями; указывались некорректные паспортные данные, прописан не тот маршрут и т.д.
Но самый «треш» был с транспортным средством и представителем фирмы, сопровождавшей туристов. Эти услуги были представлены конторой «Владислава Тур». Поломка автобуса ещё до того, как мы выехали из Краснодарского края, неработающий в нём кондиционер и запаянный второй люк; случайные водители (один – дальнобойщик, не отказавшийся подработать, второй – пенсионер, чуть не уснувший во время ночного переезда…). А сопровождающая дамочка не посчитала нужным предупредить туристов о поломке автобуса, из-за чего люди находились с багажом на палящем солнце несколько часов при этом не отвечала на их звонки; не соизволила нас разбудить на остановке в Гомеле, могли уехать до Минска.
В общем, при выборе турфирмы советую быть внимательными.

Хочу написать отзыв об испорченном отдыхе благодаря нашему сопровождающему Дмитрию! Человек совершенно не умеет слушать и слышать своего туриста, сам меняет программу тура, а если возникают возражения со стороны туристов, то просто затыкает рот, при этом абсолютно плевать на планы, договоренности и тд.
Еще одна максимально неприятная ситуация случилась. В день выезда у мамы было ДР,(мы специально взяли тур , чтобы выезжать в праздничный день) Никто не поздравил (ну и ладно, мы не придирчивые), но когда на следующий день у др человека из группы было тоже др, наш сопровождающий всех собрал , поздравил, и на мой вопрос "у нас вчера было др еще у одного человека из группы" получила отвратительный ответ "ну не сегодня же". Туристы были в шоке, поздравили маму с прошедшим сами. Но ситуация настолько некрасивая, повести себя так по-хамски.
Абсолютно непрофессиональный подход, клиентоориентированность 0!
Впечатление о поездке испорчено максимально!!!

Если хотите потрепать себе нервы, испортить себе отпуск, узнать сколько стоят ваши штаны и кроссовки, в этом случае вас ждет Владислава тур!!!! Общение с клиентами просто ужасное, как только вы напишете отзыв об этой фирме вам тут же позвонят(руководитель),взяла в скобки т.к руководителем его сложно назвать.Обложить вначале матом ,а потом начнет угрожать санкциями ))))) ,явно насмотревшись телевизора, благо в век высоких технологий все это можно записать на диктофон ,что я в свою очередь и сделала.Вылетая из Киева, но купив путевки в Минске, вам выдадут страховку на украинском языке и как странно (уважаемые) (руководители) не могут ответить.И только после того как вы заплатите за путевку, вам расскажут какой плохой отель вы выбрали,расскажут какую взятку вам нужно предоставить египтянам для того, чтобы вас не заселили в номер с видом на мусорку. ВОТ ТАК ТО. ЗА УГРОЗАМИ ВАШЕЙ СЕМЬЕ, ЗА ИСПОРЧЕННЫМИ НЕРВАМИ, ВАМ КАК РАЗ В ЭТУ ФИРМУ.Ах да, еще вам расскажут, что вам нужно привозить туркам в презент))) 6 лет живу в Турции, сама того не знала
