Great hotel. The territory is large and well maintained. The food is great. The sandy beach is large, there is a pier, many paid gazebos. The service is good. I don't know how they keep up. The staff is polite. DJs are not cooperative. Spa, indoor pool and two outdoor pools. There are two gyms, and there is a shuttle service to the beach. Alcohol is high-quality and not cheap. We stayed at the hotel in June 2024. The huge green and flower-filled territory of the hotel. Warm pools, excellent water park, delicious food. I liked everything. There is a car service to the sea, every 5 minutes. There is also a great bar on the beach. There is a pier from which it is convenient to dive into the sea. Interesting programs for children and adults in the evenings. And if you just want to take a walk, then you can walk around the hotel and meet little hedgehogs that run on the grass and in the bushes. There are shops, pharmacies, and a bus stop nearby.

The sea is 500 meters away, but it's not a problem for me to walk, and there is a shuttle service from the hotel. Among the entertainment options, as elsewhere in similar hotels, are water aerobics and exercise in the morning, darts in the morning and afternoon, and a bar in the evening, but the disadvantage of this bar is that it is open until one or two in the morning. The contingent is mostly Germans, Swedes, Poles, very few Russians, the staff speaks mainly German and English. The coolest and most fervent of the Baris employees is an animator. Very nice water slides. 3 for small children, 7 for adults. Adults have 2 slides with single and double tubing. There is no rush and queues, the pleasure for children is at the highest level. There are plenty of free sun beds around the pool, and there is a bar. We come every day with our son. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beach is sandy and clean, there is a Pier with a bar - it is convenient for swimming, the water is clear - there are a lot of beautiful fish that can be fed directly from the pier.
The territory is green , very well maintained .
The staff is always polite and friendly - at the reception, in the restaurant, in the bars - they always greet you with a smile.
We rested from November 2 to November 10, 2024- the weather was different-+28-30, the sea was warm +25-26, the nights were cool - we asked for a warm blanket, everything is fine.
There was animation, but we had enough of the sea and walking along the coast. In the evening, there are various programs until about 23.15, so you should choose rooms away from the stage and venues where all evening show programs take place.
The food was delicious and varied - every evening there was fish, beef, lamb, turkey and chicken in different types, a lot of snacks and side dishes, desserts both Turkish and European. Breakfasts and lunches are traditionally like in all hotels - yogurt, eggs, porridge, soup, pastries, vegetables, fruits - everything is delicious and fresh.
There is a bus stop near the hotel - you can quickly get to Manavgat - there are many large shops there. Near the hotel there is a Migros store and small shops with textiles, clothes, shoes and souvenirs - literally 5-10 minutes on foot.

Nice, big, green, friendly hotel!
The staff will always help. They won't let you go until they help solve the problem. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi for a long time, so everyone at the reception helped. They are very smiling and kind. The only thing is that 90% do not speak Russian, but this is not a problem, they are always ready to help with a translator or direct their Russian-speaking colleagues.
The food is a small buffet, of course there is something to choose from, but not just wow. There were not enough berries, normal soups, not just Turkish ones, there is also a very small selection for children (it is not small), everything is either fatty or spicy, so every day children eat almost the same thing for lunch/ dinner. While the buffet is closed, you can eat pizza, burgers, French fries, and ice cream on site for free (but you need to watch the opening time)
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Towels, gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, everything is there. but!!!! There is no iron in the room. Laundry is charged separately, as well as ironing service. For example, a T-shirt. To wash and iron 1 T-shirt-4 euros. Socks, sweatshirts, jeans are all calculated separately.
Animation- all kinds of activities take place during the day: volleyball, yoga, stretching, etc., and in the evening karaoke, dancing, quizzes. But no one said anything about it when we checked in, so we found out on the 4th day by chance, noticing the ad.
The sea is a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, but you can always take a golf cart (free of charge) from the reception, as well as a golf cart every 3-5 minutes from the sea.
There is also a Spa hammam on site for free, the rest is for a fee.

Delight in the whole concept of this hotel. We lived in the nearby Golden coast, but we spent most of our time here. Starting from playgrounds and ending with a water park. I can't say anything about the number of rooms, we just saw two-storey houses in different colors. Yes, it's further from the sea, but it's a pleasure to walk around the entire hotel. Golden beach has the largest number of pools, snack bars, and even its own amphitheater.

Nice hotel! The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned daily, everything works properly, the territory is well-groomed, lots of greenery. It's great that the trees are "signed". We are resting right now, only children swim in numerous pools (in the water park), on the way down the hill, so to speak)), but at sea, on a sandy beach, it is still quite comfortable. It's just amazing, November. There is a shuttle to the beach. Although it's not far to go. They entertain both children and adults.

I liked it! The hotel is huge, there are many pools, a cool water park. Surprisingly, the food is good, even red fish was given, turkey, very tasty beef in a pot, and sea bass is very tasty. Nearby the sea is clean with a sandy beach! There is also a pier with fish! Animation classes every day for adults and children. We had a rest from 01.11.24 to 08.11.24. Every day we swam in the sea, several times in the water park and in the pools. It was cool there, but the sea is warmer. The weather was +28, but it was cool in the evening!

A great hotel with a huge territory. There are so many different activities that we discovered many of them only in the last days of our vacation. For example, a mini zoo and a restaurant on the beach. While you walk from the restaurant to the house, then to the beach and to the house, you already burn what you ate in the restaurant in the morning.
The beach is great. I walked along the coastline - only this one was really nice. Soft sand, no rocks.
The hotel has a pier with a bar. There you can jump with the kids and look at the fish. Again, according to observations, this hotel has the best pier.
Next is the minus that my parents highlighted. The hotel is mostly German, respectively, the host of the show spoke two languages - English and German, and only occasionally in Russian. There is no problem for me, since I know English, but my parents, who only know Russian, were a little uncomfortable that they adjusted to one language, but not to another.
The food is delicious, there are several eateries on site, in addition to the main restaurant. Personally, I was a daily guest at the pizza place. It's very tasty.
The staff was polite, as they probably were everywhere, but then again, few people understood Russian. English only.
There are plenty of pools, as well as sun beds on the beach. There is always a place to stay.
Only if you go to the neighbors to fly by parachute - you know! They charge a price of 80 € for photos and videos, and before that they say 7€. It's better to take a picture yourself, if possible.
The hotel is 9/10. I recommend.

Cons: the room is on the border with a neighboring hotel, the music of the neighboring hotel was perfectly audible until 00.30, before leaving the hotel at 3.20 it was especially annoying. The service is so-so, the cleaner falls in at 8 a.m. and hammers. The whole hotel stinks of fucking cisarks who are yelling at 5 in the morning at the same time as a man. But the good thing is that there is a football field, but the bad thing is that the lights turn on late when it's already dark, and turn off early, in short, you can play. There is an aqua park right on the territory of the hotel, it is also not so good: There are almost no single circles at all, arrogant morons climb without waiting in line, they are also indignant, the slides are boring, I took a ride once and that's it, it's not interesting anymore. There are also stupid incompetents sitting in pools right next to the slides. That's all about the aqua park. The territory is large, so it's a mile and a half from the room to the beach. The staff takes the money for nothing: they asked us to move our newly arrived friends closer to us, and what's the result?! We're actually on opposite sides of the hotel... tour operators also add fuel to the fire: they sell every call. They say it's kind of fun there blah, blah, blah... and in the end, 30,000 just went nowhere, and a whole day of vacation... the Internet is just terrible, constant interruptions, there is no Internet at all on the beach and it is just terrible, you don't even download anything. The pools are all clean and warm, food for every taste, but without seafood for such money, but we didn't really miss them, we didn't really ... everything is high quality, cleaning every day and refilling the refrigerator..animation is only in the main pool, where there is a water park. Very heavy and warm blankets, but maybe it's only in May...there are thin ones on top of the cabinets, who will not like economy rooms without bathrobes and slippers, but there is a terrace even on the 1st floor...I really liked that the cabins have two-room rooms, it was a big plus. Kondey worked, the shower too, toilet paper was put as far as the tower was, right in abundance)), once a swan with rose petals was laid out on the bed)) Nothing hurt from alcohol, neither my head nor my stomach..This is++++ I especially want to note the scale of the territory and pools!!
