We were with friends on 11/29/12. The first thing we noticed was a very clean and cozy hall. For the decoration of the restroom separately 5 ⭐))) It's cool, but we didn't even feel so many different and interesting games. Service and staff 10/10. The admin is very sociable, kind, responsive and responsible, showed and told everything. The place, of course, is full of fun)
We signed up to play at 18.00, we come and they tell us that we need to wait a little (as it turned out, their equipment was not ready), we ran around, fussed and the wait turned into 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer to wait, I was answered "now we will finish pumping and in 10 minutes it will be ready"

They responded immediately to the request for a complaint book and gave them some kind of fake book without seals, signatures, etc. (attached photos)
In general, if you want to waste time and spoil your mood, then you can safely go to them.

An abandoned building, which, in a good way, requires demolition (in my opinion), inside is an ordinary room made of concrete slabs and a concrete floor. It smells like a basement (damp, dust, concrete). We arrived with a child and did not play. There are no waiting areas (chairs, bags, sofas, etc.)

Today (07/17/12) we came here to play, one administrator was polite and made a mistake with a request to determine the host in the game, but this is not critical. The second administrator, did not pay attention to the name badge, was a little rude and showed dissatisfaction when I had to speak loudly several times (almost shout) with a request that we switch the level, to which he replied "actually, the word 'admin' works." Which surprised me and made me a little dissatisfied, because nothing was said about it and none of the employees mentioned it. He also treated us with disdain when we announced that the cream was on. Well, accordingly, I have a question, if I came for cream, then I'm not like everyone else?
By the way, the boorish admin is blond.
Previously, a girl with dreadlocks worked here and now the employee was just on top.

We were on 01.08 at the general birthday party. Nowhere have we seen a more boorish attitude than here. They didn't want to help with the choice, they had to force themselves to ask for help. The administrator indulged in obscene language in front of us. He came up to me with the words: "Girl, hello." He was always running outside, apparently to smoke. The administration is indifferent to all this. We started playing later, he got us ahead of time. We paid 140 rubles for two hours, and actually played much less. Emotions are the most negative. We behaved adequately, we just wanted to play and this was our first experience. The guy apparently dreamed of just playing with his phone at work, but here some customers demand some games. In short, it's better to save your money and nerves than to come here. And this review is a small part of all the hassle for the money.

The boorish attitude of the administrator (blond) spoils the whole impression of the institution, they stayed there only because they are the only ones working until 23.00.
I recommend not going there if you do not want to spoil your mood and listen to jokes about yourself until the boorish administrator is fired, there is nothing to do there.
