The hotel positions itself as a "smart", that is, after payment you receive a code from the front door and the room, a small wish to the owners to focus on this in a little more detail, we were a little stumped by this, there we need to guess how to call the dialer (it is touch-sensitive and does not immediately light up), we had to call. The host is friendly, explained everything, and at the first request, an iron and ironing board were brought. If we are going to Grodno again, we will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, close to the main attractions. It was somewhat annoying that the rooms of the first and second floors are located in different entrances, I had to run to each other across the street. You can park next to the hotel, but if you're lucky, the parking is public.

Super location, in the heart of the city, close to everything important that I wanted to visit. I really liked the room (21), small, cozy, clean, freshly renovated, odorless. I just didn't have enough iron. Contactless check-in and check-out, fast feedback and staff assistance were especially pleasing. I want to come back here!

Nice hotel, all the furniture is in excellent condition, clean, cozy. There are dishes (glasses, glasses, plates, frying pan, pots, etc.), a kettle, tea bags and coffee 3in1. There is no parking of its own, but you can find a place (nearby city Parking, free)

There is a great lack of a closet, or at least shelves — there is no place to put things. The instructions for the air conditioner are very lacking. I still didn't understand whether he was working or not, because he didn't make any sounds at all. There are not enough shelves in the shower either. One of the advantages is the comfortable temperature in the room. It's very cool that the hotel works as if on its own, without staff (if anything, you can write to them). There is no one at the entrance to the hotel, you come as if to your home. And also very nice materials are used in the room.

A wonderful hotel in the historical part of the city. We lived together for four days, the best impressions from both the hotel and the city, it was a pity to leave! Stylish, tasteful interior without pretentiousness. Cleanliness and order (you can walk barefoot in the room and bathroom). All necessary appliances are available in the room (iron + ironing board is available on request). In general, it's just nice to be in the room in every way. A comfortable mattress on the bed - we haven't slept so soundly for a long time. The kitchen area is equipped not only with appliances, but also with dishes (also stylish) and appliances. The hob is induction (this should be taken into account if you are taking a Turk with you). The shower room is comfortable, with a good extractor hood and heated towel rail; in general, the bathroom is spacious. The hotel owner is always in touch via messenger, promptly answers questions and is ready to help.

A great hotel in the central part of the city! Only excellent epithets. Modern, in a historical building. A lovely room (we had 22), not very large in size, but thanks to the thoughtful layout, the room is incredibly comfortable. There is everything that tired travelers needed: a small kitchen with excellent kitchenware and stylish dishes; an ergonomic bathroom with a shower (I don't like a bathtub in a hotel) and good plumbing; a comfortable bed and excellent bed linen. Everything is brand new and of high quality. Plus, pleasant and useful little things: a huge mirror, a safe, blackout curtains, excellent sound insulation, the Internet is flying, no problems with free parking nearby. Combination locks, online administrator. Special thanks to the administrator: instant communication with the client, responsiveness and attentiveness, Pavel solved all our problems with late booking very professionally!
I like Hotels from which it's a pity to leave in the morning, this Hotel is one of them - I wanted to stay here for a few days.

Hello. Of the advantages, only the freshness of the hotel in the center and the constant communication with the owner.
Parking is indicated on the website, which is not there, not at all (but it is included in the rental price, because it is on the hotel's website), it is of great importance for car travel (when booking, I was guided by this). We parked where we could, how we could, and if we had time in the city parking lot.
We lived for almost a week and all this time we could not get enough sleep (no, the mattress is excellent) - the barking of a pack of dogs from 23:00 to 8:00 weekly, loud conversations of cheerful passers-by and taxi races, the window was closed-stuffy, it was dangerous to sleep at night and worries about the car. There is no closet in the room, it's such a pleasure to move a suitcase for a week. There is no female hand in this design, or something. There is a stove, but no frying pan (you can't make scrambled eggs in the morning) And wash the windows, please.
Conclusion: the room is suitable for one night for a young couple who arrived by taxi or the price should be reduced.

Everything that people who have visited this hotel write is true. Very comfortable. The bed, the mattress, the linen are top class. Plumbing is similar. The room has a full functional set, a mini-stove, a sink, a set of dishes and spoons with forks. Everything is clean, everything works. However, the smell in the room confused him, the owner did not seem to notice anything, but it was clear from his face that he knew what the real reason for the smell was. Also, the hood over the stove did not fully work, in fact it is an ordinary fan. The TV program is also not available, there is only YouTube and netflix, which, by the way, was also not available. An ambush can happen to the parking lot if suddenly there are no empty spaces. I was lucky, I found one place. The hotel is generally in the very center, this is an awesome plus.
Well, because of the smell, I took one away. Actually, this is one of the coolest hotels I've been to.
