I had a rest in May and September 2024.
Overall not bad for a 3* hotel.
The hotel is clean and cozy.
Very convenient location.
The sea is nearby, the city center is also nearby.
The hotel is in great demand, it is noticeable very much.
The food is not bad.
I really liked the salads. There was always a lot of sliced vegetables.
A wide variety and combination of products.
I didn't like the confectionery.
Very sickly sweet, and all the same.
I noticed the service in the restaurant. The team works quickly and accurately.
The chefs replenish the food in a timely manner.
Everything was fine.
I would like to contact the hotel administration.
Noting the work of the restaurant, namely the chefs who prepare salads, I give them a rating of 5+.
Thank you very much to the entire WASA Hotel team.
Thank you Turkey.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of both the market and the beach and attractions. Next to the beach there is a cat park, Cleopatra Beach is excellent, closer to the rocks there is a good entrance to the water, a little further, where the hotel sun beds are rocky. The room is cleaned every day, everything is clean (one of the reasons for choosing this hotel). The furniture and interior are a little tired, but these are small things. The air conditioner works well. There were no incidents of theft. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was polite, attentive, there was no rudeness on their part. Wi-fi is paid. We liked the food in the restaurant, it was delicious and relatively varied, the hungry did not sit, and chicken and meat, fish, cereals, vegetables, soups and sweets. It's just great for a three-star hotel. We went as a family, even the children ate everything, although feeding children is usually a whole test of the nervous system. Everything is fine with digestion, no food infections. We were satisfied with the rest, we did not have hopes, knowing that we were going to a three-star hotel, but we are very glad that the hotel is so good and, perhaps, we will return here again
We had a rest from 30.08 to 7.09.
We really liked the hotel, cozy, good infrastructure near the hotel shops, restaurants, parks, museum, water park. We lived in block B on the 4th floor, 2 minutes to the main building, the room is always clean, the staff is helpful, everything is clean and tidy. Cleopatra beach is 5-7 minutes away , cool clean , we took a towel and laid it on the sand , since we did not plan to be on the beach all day , there are paid sun beds and umbrellas , it is advisable to buy aquashouses , my husband did not hurt his leg many times , there are plates in the sea because of this it is not comfortable , I swam with I was swept around, the waves were strong for a couple of days, I couldn't cope with them without a circle. There are funiculars on the way to the beach, I recommend visiting the cost for two is 690 lira , it's worth it, beautiful views, for people with sore legs, knees, it will be difficult to climb the steps there are a lot of them.
I would like to highlight the work of the restaurant and bar staff, good men and boys, hardworking, positive, kind. Throughout the day, they maintain cleanliness both on the tables and around the territory. Also, the manager of the restaurant and bar is an excellent man, speaks Russian, can solve any issue in his competence, help. In general, we were satisfied with our vacation at this hotel, I recommend it. We even found the family dinner of the hotel owner among the guests, they set the table, it was nice to watch)) Bogdan and Elena ☺️
We rested from 19.09-29.09.24 three-star hotel ⭐⭐⭐ good urban location , 8 minutes to the sea , sun beds are free but there we went to the first beach perfectly upon arrival , everyone is told that there are no places they move to another hotel for the night , the next day again or wait for 14-00 they say , after the scandal , that we are already the second day there can be no question that the check-in from 14 o'clock was given a standard room, a family was given a large double bed and a children's bunk bed. In general , a good one . The most important thing and not pleasant for everyone and on the Internet, too, we read reviews on the reception there is a fat Turk so it's time to kick him out for a long time, he extorts money from everyone for injury, check-in for an hour 10-15 Euros to 60, for moving to the floor, too, 30 Euros, for everything in short, he has a whole price list extortion And it does not paint, but spoils the rating of the hotel is the biggest stain that remains in the memory. Separately, about the Intourist tour operator, Shit went for the first time with him, I don't do anything, they just look at how to make money, they brought me, and in our case, I didn't even get to the hotel, I left, on the return transfer I asked which check-in desks the answer was Watch TV at the airport for the whole bus, well, none of the earlier tour operators gave such an answer I did not answer everything without reminders, they told me where to go, and they escorted me to the registration riser. I will not go with an Intourist anymore.
The convenient location of the hotel in the city. Most of the beautiful places are within walking distance (including when traveling with children): beach, cave, fortress on the mountain, port (there is also a tower), cable car, parks. It is possible to get to the fortress on the mountain both by cable car (fast and expensive) and on foot through the port (nice and short) using Yandex Maps. It takes about 50 minutes to walk (hotel - port - mountain - hotel). The walking route is beautiful: you need to walk to the port tower, then go along the street. Iskele, then turn left on Topkhane Street and climb through Helvaji Street to the bend of Kale Yolu Street (screenshot attached). The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool on site is small, open until 20:00 (the pool is cleaned every evening). Wi-Fi is paid, works throughout the hotel (in the rooms, lobby, near the pool). The air conditioners in the rooms are working, they cool well. Rooms are cleaned every day, furniture and repairs require updates. The food for such hotels is standard, the plates are not always completely clean (dishwashers can not cope). The hotel includes Cleopatra beach with N 2 (entrance to the beach through the park of the 100th anniversary of Ataturk), where there are free sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is inconvenient (damaged slabs lie everywhere when entering the sea, which can cause damage), normal access to the sea is only near the mountain (already refers to beach No. 1, where sun beds and umbrellas are paid). Sun beds and umbrellas need to be updated. The sand on the beach is large, uncomfortable for walking. I recommend the hotel for one visit to see the city and the sea!
Great hotel! We are resting in it for the second time. We were in April 2024 and arrived now - September 2024. The service is excellent, the food is wonderful, the location is excellent. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, through a beautiful park. Sunshades and umbrellas, for tourists of the hotel, are free of charge. A bar on the beach, but for a fee. The entrance to the sea is not safe, because there is a stove. We go swimming closer to the Damlatash cave. I like it better there)
In general, we are very satisfied with the reception and rest. I recommend visiting and choosing this hotel! Have a great day to everyone!)
A good city hotel, the location is super, 5 minutes to the beach, there are many shops and cafes nearby, as well as currency exchange and pharmacies every 100 m. Good rooms, always cleaned, food as usual for 3, no frills, fruits were bought at the market on Tuesdays, Migros nearby, you can also buy anything. The staff is normal, the only thing is that at the reception they allegedly ask for money for check-in ... people were swearing. But it didn't affect us, thank God!!! The Internet is paid for 14 days -15 units, for 1 phone. There were two of us, we paid $30 at once. The connection is so-so... often crashed. But we didn't come to sit on the phone. There is no animation. Price / quality!!! If you want something chic, choose another hotel , but the cost will be 2-3 times higher ☝️😁There are umbrellas and sun beds on the beach for hotel guests for free (the beach near the "cat house", the beach is super, we went to 1,2,3,4,,,, and so on. The most convenient entrance is beach number 1. There is a cafe Smak nearby, be sure to go, very tasty desserts and ice cream. We had a good rest
We had a rest in September 2024. Everything is included.
The treshechka hotel and the point. Location on pyaterochka. The very center of Alanya. The beach is 5-7 minutes of casual walking. Everything is within walking distance - fish market, fruit market, shops, port, funicular, etc. The building itself is in yellow tiles, inside it is beautiful and concise. Rooms with "tired" furniture, but the main thing is where to sleep, there is where to eat :-). The food is delicious, though a little monotonous, but they will not leave you hungry.
We had a rest in July 2024.I can say that the hotel is average, if the location in the city center is important to you and not a hotel vacation, then you are here, but be prepared that there will be no entertainment program, a variety of dishes here.Breakfasts/lunches and dinners are almost the same, potatoes were rare and there were no baked goods. And in general, there was only one kind of bread. The territory is small, the dining room is even smaller and therefore we had to wait for a place at the table, or sit with unknown people, since there really were no more places. After 23:00, the bar is closed and all the tables and chairs are gathered in a pile and it is no longer possible to go out to sit near the bar (only the reception or the balcony of the room). There are two buildings on the territory, when we chose this hotel, we actually went nowhere, since there are no photos anywhere, or anything else about building B, but we knew from reviews that it has much better repairs than in the main building and it's true, the only thing they have there is very strong water outages and you only have time to get burned or freeze, it's almost impossible to catch warm water, and that's why we took a shower for 3 minutes, just to do everything faster and get out. There are no questions about cleaning. It takes 1-2 minutes to walk from building to building, building B is much quieter and even more comfortable, so choose it.The hotel also has paid Wi-Fi. In our case, we bought for 10 days for $ 12 each.We were given checks (pictured) with a password and login, the Internet worked throughout the hotel and very well. There is no question about cleaning, the only thing it was done exactly at the moment when we came from the beach, which was not particularly convenient. The most interesting thing is that although there is a reception in building B, there was never anyone behind it and if there were any questions, then I had to go to building A and find them out, well, it's also somehow not particularly safe that there is no one in the hotel except for guests and cleaners and in fact can pass Anyone. There was also a not very pleasant situation when we came from the beach and men were walking in our room, as we understood, they decided that it was time to repair the hotel sign and without warning it was unclear how long they walked around our room and when we arrived they walked back and forth for another 2 hours, which left a bad impression of the hotel.Despite all the bad moments, the rest was not spoiled.Would you go back to this hotel?I think so, but for a smaller amount, although this is impossible with current realities.
the position, their sun beds and umbrellas on Cleopatra, even though they were killed. In general, everything worthy of a three-piece is in the center: walk, swim, eat delicious food outside. There are many reviews about bribes at check-in. We read it, we were ready - we gave a gift of $ 20 and settled in as a family well. I witnessed disputes and the result in the form of spoiled nerves, like if that's the case - there are no places, you'll go to Canakles and so on. It's not worth it.
For food, I quickly missed our seasonings, mostly the food is monotonous. If you are not naughty, you can eat, they cook delicious, but for a lover of Turkish cuisine.
The location is excellent, the sea is nearby, the port is nearby, the market is nearby)
The service is good, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen was not changed, towels were not changed. I think if you give me money, you wouldn't refuse)
The staff is smiling. The beach is cool.
We visited this hotel in June 2024. We got a room in block B, a clean, nice room with a good repair. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator are all in good working condition. Safe and Wi-Fi are paid - $ 2 per day. They cleaned it every day. But I still didn't figure out the water in the shower - it was boiling water, then cold, for some reason I couldn't catch the right temperature.
The food is normal for three. The child liked cereal with milk, I liked Turkish soup. Apples, apricots, oranges are made from fruits.
Everything is within walking distance. The bazaar is open on Fridays, we went there to buy homemade olive oil and watermelon)))) It is located behind the Waikiki store. The water park is a five-minute walk away.Cleopatra Beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. Clean water, clean beach))
Of the advantages
Good location near the main street
The food is quite tasty
There is a small swimming pool on site
Of the cons
Very poor organization of check-in and check-out, at the entrance to the hotel at the reception they say that there are no standard rooms, they say you need to pay 60-90 American dollars for a 4-bed room, everyone is told a different amount, so let's say for a sucker, maybe it will take a ride..
A very decent city hotel in the center of Alanya. I recommend block B. It is new and renovated. The dining room is located in the main building. The food is quite good for a 3 star hotel. I rested there in September 2024. I made a video about this hotel. You can watch it on my YouTube channel Go back to the past. Playlist Review of hotels and boarding houses.
We rested at the hotel from 29.07. to 07.08. We were settled in building B. The room is nice, spacious, everything worked, cleaning every day, change of towels on demand, bed linen was changed once. In general, we were satisfied with the room, although it faced Ataturk Avenue and the noise from the avenue was not strong, but it was audible. A large comfortable balcony with a table and two armchairs and a clothes dryer. One of the disadvantages of the room is the shower cabin of a very strange design. About a quarter of the cabin was occupied by a protruding corner (I'll post a photo), which is very inconvenient. I dare say that people of a large collection simply cannot fit in it. The food for the 3-star hotel is quite decent, there was both meat and fish. There were not enough fruits, there were apples, oranges and watermelon. I was surprised that there was no butter at all, only margarine. The location of the hotel is its biggest plus. The very center and the sea with the beach nearby and the shops on Ataturk Avenue are also a 5-10 minute walk away. The beach at the hotel is very conveniently located and everything is on it, and free sun beds (yes, old ones) and a cafe, and a locker room, and a toilet. The entrance to the sea from the beach is difficult, slippery slab. We went swimming to the mountain. In general, the atmosphere at the hotel and in Alanya is very friendly, the sea was very warm and affectionate and we had a great rest.
The hotel corresponds to the star rating, they try to solve the issues, the attitude of the staff is friendly. The beach is close enough, but the approach is uncomfortable and even dangerous (there is no fault of the hotel here), there were often waves, we went swimming to 1 beach. But the sun beds on the second beach have their own (old ones, of course)and free ones are a big plus. I knew about all this and was ready. In general, there are paid sun beds on 1 beach, the cost is 200 lira for 1 sunbed + umbrella. Nutrition: yes, the choice is small, you can forget about gastronomic delights, but my daughter and I have never been poisoned by food at the hotel. In general, I do not understand the negative reviews on nutrition- why are you going to a three-way store?I know that there are 3-star hotels that pull in a lot of stardom, but there is a completely different price tag for the tour. The beer is normal, the wine is for an amateur. Soda is poured, their juices are powdered. In general, considering the cost of our 10-day trip of 130 thousand, it was all uncritical for me. You can find delicious food in cafes, of which there are a lot nearby. There are no entertainment activities in the hotel, the pool is very small. There is nothing to do here with children under 10 years old, we already have a lot, so it was not important for us. Cleaning services: cleaned daily, but change of towels/bed linen only on request. They lived in building B. We were comfortable, despite the need to eat and go to the bar in Building A, it did not bother us in any way. The audibility in the rooms is excellent, absolutely everything can be heard from the neighboring rooms. The water in the shower was annoying: it was boiling water, then cold, it was very difficult to adjust the desired water temperature. Wi-Fi is paid, it catches well in two buildings, but sometimes it crashes, so it's better not to lose the receipt when buying wi-fi; it's not on the beach, but if you buy a drink at a bar nearby, they give you the Internet (but they change the password periodically, unfortunately). I didn't see any cockroaches, although I looked closely at every corner)))Our vacation went well)
Attention-the hotel is 3 stars! It is important!
I have been to this hotel 2 times: August 2023 (building a), July 2024 (building b). The reason for choosing this hotel is the infrastructure: the city center, near the beach, any bus routes. The food is mediocre, I was not hungry, but in 2024 it was a little worse than in 2023.
It is suitable for the first trip to Turkey or for students.
Cons: dishes are poorly washed in both 2023 and 2024, there are few seats in the dining room (you have to take a place in advance) or eat in the heat outside.
Do not overpay for case A, case B is much nicer and newer (1 min walk).
The only advantage of the hotel is the location, that's all. The rooms in building A are very tired, of course you will not stay hungry, but it is very monotonous every day, plus or minus the same thing, plus the whole family lay with poisoning for several days. We talked with other vacationers about the same story. The dishes are dirty and chipped. The hotel has its own beach with sun beds, but the entrance is traumatic, it's better to take your litter and walk closer to the mountain, there are no slabs at the entrance. WiFi is available at the hotel for a fee, even in the lobby. I can't say anything bad about the staff, both to you and to you. We tried to greet everyone and smile, and they smiled back at us.
In general, if you are not picky and do not expect 3 * conditions like in 5 *, then you can go. In my opinion, it is better to pay extra and choose a better hotel.
The hotel is 3 stars. I was in it for the second time in October 24.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily.
The food is simple but delicious. It was constantly replenished if disassembled.
Cleopara's Plc. On the beach, sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel are free of charge. This is a big plus, but the old ones are a minus.
The location of the hotel is gorgeous, the city center, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The embankment is nearby
We went to the port, to the Red Tower.
In general, I recommend it and I will come there again.
A very decent city hotel, the second coast, its own beach, which means umbrellas and sun beds are free. The center of Alanya, everything is nearby. I don't want to go for a walk. The food was very tasty, the rooms were not killed, soap accessories in the room, a balcony. The water is hot around the clock.
We had a rest from September 19th to 30th. Check-in is at 14.00. We arrived earlier. We immediately put on bracelets and went to lunch. The food is ordinary, without frills, but you will not be hungry. Breakfast: there are always boiled eggs, a bun (I don't eat it at home, but it's delicious at the hotel), sausages in tomato sauce, butter, olives, 2-3 types of cheese, sausage (inedible for me), tomatoes, cucumbers, salad greens, honey, various jams, milk, muesli. Well, and tea and coffee. On some days there was something like our curdled milk and an omelette. I liked both of them. Lunch: one type of soup, two or three types of hot in the form of chicken parts or offal, nuggets, fried minced meat. Several times - fish (river trout). To garnish: rice (very tasty), pasta, stewed-boiled-baked vegetables, French fries or idaho. Various salads, both from fresh vegetables and from something incomprehensible, seasoned with something incomprehensible (maybe it's delicious, but I don't just eat it), olives, olives, etc. For dessert, small pieces of souffle, biscuits, brownies. White and red wine and beer are quite decent (I'm not a specialist, I was fine). Also Cola and sprite, lemonades from the vending machine (chymosa is creepy). Dinner is similar to lunch.
The hotel's trouble with overbooking continues. When we were there, people were sent: 1. to the muz hotel (it is at the very end of Cleopatra beach at the entrance to the city) The hotel is located on the seashore, the food there is the same as in Wasa, the rooms are about the same. It's fine for one night. 2. To the Wasa Holiday Hotel in Konakli. I haven't been there, I won't write.
This time we were lucky and settled in block A of the hotel, despite the fact that we booked block B. Block B is 2 minutes from A, My opinion is Block B is better: the rooms in B are lighter, the furniture is newer, there are fewer people. In the room of block A, the toilet flush worked poorly, in B the plumbing worked properly, but there was a smell of sewage. There's a coffee machine downstairs.
Cleaning: beds were made every day, garbage was taken out, toilet paper and cleaning supplies were provided. The towels were not changed! They folded it neatly and that was it. They only changed it every five days. The bed linen has not been changed for 11 nights.
Sun beds on beach No. 2 are free for hotel guests, but in some places they are broken.
Important: children will be bored at the hotel. There is no animation (this was an advantage for us).
In general, the hotel corresponds to its top three.
The hotel has 5 points, building b, the room is clean, the air conditioning is quiet, there is a coffee machine and a water cooler downstairs around the clock, a room on the 1st floor overlooking a busy street, the noise is certainly audible, but it did not bother us, but the sun did not shine at all, the shady side, a dryer on the balcony, 2 chairs, a table. We had enough food for everything, Beach number 2 is free of charge, a sunbed, an umbrella, a stove at the entrance, so fewer children, wi-fi in the hotel for 7 days is 10 dollars. Beach towels for an additional fee. The hotel met our expectations. when checking in, they did not give money in principle, the fat man, well-known by reviews, offered a good room for an additional fee, we refused, some who paid for building A settled in building B, or demanded an additional payment.
Not bad, but if there is an opportunity to take something, take it better. The food for breakfast and dinner is meager. Lunch was fine. The choice of food was better. Reviews about the guy at the reception who is being harmful and gives a promo room to guests requiring immediate check-in are true.
We were lucky, we were settled by another man. He tries to help better than his partner. The location is good. In the photo, the view from the pool table) resembles Adler)
I do not know what motivates people to give high marks to this shithole. I got here on the recommendation of a friend. And I regretted it.
Food: semi-finished products, by-products are not called (for example, fish heads, or chicken legs, where instead of meat there is only skin), dairy products and vegetables with a whiff. We decided to buy food for breakfast at a nearby supermarket, and for lunch and dinner we went to city restaurants (on average 400-550 liras per person). Fortunately, they took the kettle with them, bought water and drank tea at home.
The restaurant itself is dirty, there are a lot of tables outside, cats walk everywhere.
Number: not every room has an air conditioner (that is, it blows something, but it's either a rotten smell that is clearly harmful to health or just air), smells of cigarette smoke, garbage and sewage fly in from the balcony. The cleaning, the quality of linen, mattresses and furniture are mediocre.
Beach: at first glance, there are a maximum of 30 sun loungers from the hotel. Fortunately, there are paid deck chairs nearby. For two people a day, 300 lire with an umbrella. After entering the water, you stand on slippery slabs. I didn't understand the meaning of the design, but once I scratched my toe until it bled.
1. I understand that stardom affects the price. But it should not affect the quality of services. It's probably better to cook 4 high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients than to give out some illiquid and rotten stuff to people.
2. I understand that everyone has different incomes. But I think it's better to save up money and go to a quality hotel where you won't starve, pay for Wi-Fi, Internet.
There was no hot water in the hotel 24/7, it was barely warm, and for two days it was generally cold. Allegedly because there was no electricity, but then it appeared. But the tour operator of the host country refused to make a refund, but only offered to move to other hotels. That is, to pay for two hotels at the same time. This is the Kilit Global operator. Please pay attention and do not contact them.
Great location. Nice big room. Soap accessories were constantly replenished in the bathroom. Every day cleaning is clean. Good staff in the dining room, friendly and well-coordinated team. Everyone was friendly, positive, loved to flirt with my baby. The food is good, delicious, but the choice is small. The water in the pool was cold. The bar closed at 22.00. They paid the guy at the reception for a nice room, he's begging for money from everyone) There are only two buildings in the hotel. Ours was in the kitchen and the room was very noisy from the street. But in the other building it is much noisier. The hotel left a good impression, I advise you to visit and I would have returned.
A wonderful hotel! The location, as everyone has already noted, is perfect! Damlatash Beach (Cleopatra) is a 5-minute walk away. On the way to the beach, pass by a wonderful archaeological museum, on the territory of which turtles and peacocks walk. Admission for adults is 75 liras (data for September 2023), children under 7 years old (it seems) are free. Also near the funicular, the red tower, the port.. yes, everything in general! The farthest point is 20 minutes on foot.
About the hotel: delicious food, everything is clean. Fine white/red wine (not diluted), beer. The rest is for an additional fee .payment. Cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, tired in places, but we kind of came to the sea, and not to sit in the room. Mattresses are hard, good, pillows too. Definitely recommend it!
The hotel consists of 2 buildings, which are located within a 3-minute walk from each other. We lived in building B, the windows faced Ataturk Street. If you live in this building, you need to go to the main one to eat.
+Beautiful view from the window
+In general, a good room, a comfortable bed, working air conditioning, a large wardrobe, washing the floor every day, changing towels 1p in three days, changing bed linen every 4-5 days.
+ Convenient location of the hotel (5 minutes to the beach, grocery stores and cafes 2-3 minutes from the hotel), currency exchange in the next house, there are many cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget nearby.
+ Although Wi-Fi is paid ($ 2 per day), it works well in both buildings and rooms.
+Private beach on Cleopatra beach with free sun beds and umbrellas (everything is very old, sometimes broken, and the number of sun beds and umbrellas is not enough for all hotel guests, you need to come to the beach earlier to take a seat, otherwise you will have to lie on a towel on the sand and without an umbrella). Also, entering the sea is not for children, dangerous stones. In general, you can go to the paid beach to the right or left of it. The cost for August 2024 is 270 liras for 2 sun beds and an umbrella.
There are also disadvantages, and for some they may be significant:
-Terrible food, we ate there 3 times during the whole time, although we went to all inclusive. We had to go and eat somewhere else. The choice is small, everything is tasteless. It looked like this- they gave sausages for lunch, and everything that was not eaten was cut, mixed with some kind of sauce and served for dinner, and so on from day to day. There is always 1 side dish and 1 strange kind of meat. We used to go to 4*, we can only compare with 4*, perhaps this is a standard situation for 3*.
- There are problems with water in the room. It's like taking a contrasting shower - sometimes boiling water, then ice water. It was rarely possible to set up so that at least 3 minutes of water went to the same temperature.
- The refrigerator in the room did not cool, but heated the food.
- We didn't figure out the TV, the channels didn't turn on, but we didn't need it, so we didn't ask the reception to set it up.
- The audibility in the rooms is too good, we could hear the neighbors talking and taking a shower. It's good if the neighbors are quiet, but ours would fall in in the middle of the night and talk very loudly.
-Staff who constantly cheat: we reported on the water situation, they promised to fix it, of course no one was going to fix anything.
At the reception, in the files with information about the return transfer, the staff ARBITRARILY corrected the departure time (we were supposed to leave at 2 a.m., but they indicated 1 a.m., we just sat in the lobby for an hour, waiting for the transfer). At first we thought they were mistaken, but it turned out that they had specifically evicted us earlier, although it was paid up to 12 days to accommodate new tourists in our room. It turns out that they received double payment for one room for one day. I think this is a standard scheme for them, because if you ask them why there is still no transfer, they blame all the blame on the tour operator and traffic jams (what kind of traffic jams in 1 night???). When we went down to the lobby, tourists had been sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for the transfer, where it was "accidentally delayed".
One day there was a smell of burning in our room and the electricity went out, the phone was working. I tried to call the reception, but no one answered the phone, I had to walk. At the reception, they looked at us like fools and said that the key should be inserted into the door so that there was electricity in the room (at that time we had already been living with them for three days, did they really think that we live without electricity for 3 days???). We said that actually the key was inserted, the chief administrator sent a boy with us to make sure that we were doing everything right. As a result, the boy reported that the room really smells of burning and the fuse went off. They called an electrician, promised to fix it at 5-7 pm. As a result, it took a while and the electrician came only at 8. It's good that at least everything was fixed.
The general conclusion is that if the budget is limited, you can go to this hotel because of the proximity to the beach, but without food to eat in a cafe. You also need to be careful with the staff, double-check everything.
The hotel was entered by accident. Moved out of the Muz hotel for a while. It's quite a decent hotel for a threesome. The food at the beginning was not bad by the end of the holiday it deteriorated significantly, possibly due to the end of the season. Convenient location- a 6-minute walk from the private beach, all attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are quite decent, cleaning as in any hotel in Turkey, despite the stardom, is mainly on demand.
It is suitable for a relaxing holiday for unassuming tourists.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was on the top floor, you can see a small part of the sea, on the other side of the mountain. The location of the hotel is excellent, all the sights can be reached on foot. The food for the three is normal, the breakfasts were not very pleasant, there was not enough cottage cheese, scrambled eggs or pancakes. Although the omelet is good, it was 2 times. I liked that tea, coffee, water all day. I won't say about alcohol, I don't drink, my husband drank beer, said good. The sea, the color of the water is amazing, very beautiful, but you can't walk along the beach like in Side. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, the staff was responsive to requests. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a hood in the toilet, and so everything worked, both the hair dryer and the air conditioner and the TV.
Of course, I was prepared for the fact that there was a problem with checking into this hotel after reading the reviews. But it was extremely unpleasant when at night at 23 o'clock of arrival at the hotel with a small child, we were told that there were no places, although the reservation was paid for. We were put up for the night in a country hotel, and in the afternoon we were already given a room in the city. Count the day with these moves was lost. I still didn't like the monotonous food, it's hard to eat like this for 10 days. We lived in a remote building, there was an incident that local cats pooped right at the entrance and it was not cleaned all day, the smell was disgusting. These are the most striking negative moments for the rest, without them the rest would be better.
Incompetent hotel administrators!
Thanks to those who leave feedback, so I was ready for different situations. We arrived at the hotel after 22.00, we were met by a thick-set administrator, immediately offered an improved room, to which I refused and refused the Internet, as I connected roaming, the administrator's expression changed and he wanted to send us to building B, I think, as punishment) But...I booked a room in the main building back in May)I told him that I wasn't going anywhere and I didn't care that they didn't have any rooms available, as a result, my mother and I spent one night in a family room, then we were given a normal room, which we actually booked. It didn't end there. We met a woman, she paid for the relocation of $70 from building B to the main building (now it's clear why they didn't have a room for us, they change them and sell them as they please) She bought internet for every mobile device, one number two people. There was a second administrator who turned out to be the same as the first, which I was not surprised at and just stopped greeting him and generally noticing him.One day I couldn't open the door because he just locked the key, they had a lot of fun and giggled, saying that there was a "glitch" in the system)In fact, this adult is old enough to be my father, he has the behavior of a six-year-old child. All this did not affect my mood in any way and I had a great vacation, Alanya is beautiful)I want people to know and be prepared for what they can expect from the staff of this hotel.I hope that the head of this hotel will see this review and take action if his reputation and his business are important to him (unless, of course, he takes a direct part in this outrage, which, in fact, I'm not sure ...)I have been to Turkey more than 10 times, but this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude and such people in Turkey. They discredit their people and their country, they should be ashamed.Of the advantages)Of course Alanya, the sea, warmth, nature are the most important things!!!The hotel has a great location, just wonderful, everything is nearby. The rooms are good, everything works, there is cleaning, towels were changed, breakfast is so-so, lunch and dinner are good, tea is only at lunch. It's not bad for a threesome.I liked the hotel, I will definitely come again if the administrators change and the attitude changes. I will follow up and be sure to read the reviews. Thank you

The hotel matches the photo. Everything is working properly. Daily cleaning at a convenient time. There is enough food, the choice is good. Fruits are on the menu every day. Everything is fresh, neat and appetizing. The pool is clean, there are enough sun beds. At lunchtime, they put up umbrellas from the sun. The staff is friendly. There was not enough iron (they kept saying it was broken). It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The location is very convenient, in the city center, even if you get lost, everyone knows this hotel and where it is located. There are more than enough cabinets.
Very good location. All the main places of the city can be reached on foot. Funicular and castle , Antalya Museum, Damlatash cave, red tower.Migros is a couple of minutes on foot (the state store, you can pay in dollars, but the change is given only in lira). We drove 3 hours from the airport to the hotel.
The food is delicious, meat, fish, soups, porridges, watermelon, melon, various drinks.
At the reception, many have already written, there is a plump guy who is an extortionist. When checking in, he asks for tips for a good room, do not be fooled and look at the room first.
We lived in building b without any tips to this guy on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains, the renovation is new.
There is a slight interruption in the water supply in the b building.
Wi-Fi is paid. Do not lose the Wi-Fi leaflet, it constantly crashes and access will be difficult to restore without a leaflet.
The pool is small, there are few sun beds, it is necessary to occupy in the morning.
There are sun beds on the beach, but there is a slippery slab in the sea. We walked 100 meters to the left to the cave, there are no slabs there and the waves are smaller.

Hello everyone. I had a rest in WASA, in the period from 9.09 to 18.09. The weather was gorgeous, the sea let down a little, there were small storms. They put me in building "B", for which special thanks. The room is large, clean, everything is working properly. Cleaning is daily!!! Tips were given daily in the form of Alenka chocolates and sometimes TL. The food was wonderful and varied. The sea is nearby and the sun beds are free. The beach is a bit dirty, but it's more on the conscience of the vacationers themselves. There are places to go and see a hundred in the city. Excursions are offered, but I also went on them (the Green Canyon and the Yacht Harem Maldives) and just walked until late at night every day. In general, the verdict is this: I RECOMMEND this hotel 100 500 %%%
Apart from the location, there are no advantages. The food is meager and not tasty. The service is disgusting. At the reception, the staff extorts money for getting a room, a regular one, for which money is paid if you do not give it, they threaten to take you to another hotel, on the mountain! And this awaits everyone who has arrived at the hotel! I will not advise anyone, go around a mile. Cleopatra Beach is gorgeous, everyone knows. There are free dirty and torn sunbeds from the hotel on the second beach. We went swimming on the first beach, where there are no slabs! This is the first time we have encountered such rudeness.
We vacationed in 2022 in September, we chose a hotel especially close to Cleopatra beach and most of the attractions of Alanya! There are only positive reviews about the hotel, there is no point in listing everything! And yes: in September 2024, we will be staying at this hotel for 10 days! See you later, Wasa!
A good hotel, the food is good, there is always a choice. There is beer and wine in the bar...They do not regret pouring. There is everything in the area, the sea, shops.I think we'll come back again.
We lived in the hotel from 28.04 to 11.04., building B, room 304.
I read some reviews and as if about another hotel)))
I'll start with wi-fi, because in our time this is the most important thing:
It is paid here, but it costs only $ 2 / day - a glass of coffee in any coffee shop is even more expensive. Therefore, I do not understand the outrage that the Internet is expensive here. We took it for two weeks because we did not come on vacation and worked remotely on working days.
Excellent Wi-Fi reception, just like at home, right in the room of building B. There was never a break and pulled two computers, two iPhones, quietly watched YouTube in the evenings!
Why you chose building B:
If you do not have children and you are lovers of peace and quiet, then I highly recommend building B. We were very satisfied.
Because in building A, from 7.30 when breakfast starts, music was turned on at the bar ... and there was constant fuss under the windows until late in the evening.
We had a huge balcony, a view of the road and the mountains. The noise from the cars only lasts until 23 o'clock, then the city quiets down. But if you live in a city and not in a village, then the noise from the road is simply not perceived. It is very quiet with the balcony closed. The air conditioner works almost noiselessly, so no sounds interfere with sleep.
Cleaning:
We settled in at night on 28.04 and already on 30.04 we had our room cleaned! We cleaned and changed towels every other day and brought toilet paper every day, thanks a lot for that)
We didn't leave any tips, because there was always no exchange.
Food:
Regular meals, I don't understand people who go to 3* and wait for all inclusive, like at 5*.
There were no excesses, but it was definitely impossible to stay hungry. There were always soups, fresh vegetables and herbs, every day there was fish, several times red, chicken, cutlets and various side dishes. There were different desserts, but we don't eat sweets, so I can't rate the desserts.
The usual light lager and white / red wine are poured at the bar, but here it is perhaps for an amateur, we bought wine and beer in the store, opposite building A. Prices are 1:1 as in Migros and there is a good selection of wines.
Staff:
We did not notice rudeness, on the contrary, everyone is very friendly.
Regarding the admin that everyone is complaining about, we were lucky and he was kind to us)
We asked to be given the quietest, most improved and largest room so that no one would walk through us all day. The reward was $ 20, a trifle, and we were given a great room, not killed, a large balcony, a nice large bathroom and most importantly a corner room with a view on two sides and only 2 rooms of neighbors, with whom we were very lucky. We sincerely enjoyed our stay.
In building A, the rooms and balconies are small, the balconies are literally two chairs and a table side by side. Well, if it's important for you to enjoy a glass of wine on a nice balcony overlooking the mountains))
Location: the location of the hotel is super!
In 3 min Migros, a bunch of beautiful coffee shops and restaurants,
At 7 min the beach, we always went to the beach opposite the Damlatash cave - by the way, I recommend visiting it at 7.30 pm. We were alone at the time and were able to take a bunch of cool photos.
The entry into the water is impeccable only from the mountain side, a sunbed for the whole day is only $ 2 or you can sit on towels.
Further along the beach, the approach is not very good and the views are too.
Of the cons: perhaps only hot water....
You had to get used to the faucet so that you either didn't get doused with boiling water or ice water.
Well, audibility. The walls are probably literally made of cardboard and you can hear the neighbors talking, especially in the morning)
But this is not critical.
PS: we have already traveled almost all of Turkey, more than 10 different cities and lived in hotels from 5* to 3*, because we often rent a car and visit cities for 1-3 days. My husband and I thought that the hotel could qualify for 4*.
But this is purely our opinion, as a rule, we do not expect or demand anything from a budget 3* hotel.
Danger:
One more moment! At building A, there is a barker in the bath complex, a Russian-speaking abhaz. He behaves extremely aggressively and inadequately. Grabs women by the hands and sells services. Moreover, he pursues hotel guests, namely women, all the way to the beach, sits down without asking and begins to communicate with them frivolously and tactlessly ... when women go into the water away from him, he gives them slippery and vile compliments. This is the first time we have seen such game. Immediately send it to x.... And don't even try to politely refuse him. He's like a homeless dog asking for food, running down the street even for just passing women. Fortunately, it was in the last days before our eviction. But without my husband, I was even afraid to go pour juice.
I hope the hotel will solve this problem if there are more than one complaints)))
We were here in July 2023. A wonderful hotel. Excellent for a threesome. The food for the three (I emphasize "for the three") is very good, varied. We lived in building B. Everything was clean and brand new. It leaks badly in the shower , but it's not critical. The mattress is comfortable. The closet is large. If we go again, then only to our Vasya 😉
Cleopatra Beach is a 7-minute walk away. Everything is close, if you love the movement))
The Internet is paid: $ 10 for 7 days
It's a good joke.
The rooms are spacious, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The choice of dishes is small, but they cook delicious, everyone will find a dish to their liking. White fish was cooked almost every day, and there was beef. With fruits in June, the choice is small: apples, sometimes oranges.
If you need entertainment, then you need to go to the city. There are no entertainment programs on site.
The bar offers free beer, white and red wines. The beer is good, the wine is disgusting.
The staff is attentive and friendly.
The hotel has its own sun beds by the sea, but they have been occupied since the morning. By 9 a.m., as a rule, everyone is already busy.
I recommend this hotel.
I just got back from Wasa. I booked a category - only hotel, literally 2 weeks before departure. For 6 days, "all inclusive" paid 13,500. And this is me alone, it cost 17,000 for two. And now, having seen the real cost of just a hotel, people! You are welcome! Don't feel negative for this money. You will not even have a rest in Samara for 6 days with an all-inclusive package for 13.5 K. (You can book a transfer through the 7.24 service, via vots ap), the cost is 500 lira from Antalya. Alanya is a bustling tourist city, but it's so cool here! You live an ordinary city life also by the sea! I lived in building B, the promo room, it's big enough, it's just a room on the second floor, right under the shops. Because I spent the whole day outside the hotel, just eating there, I fell asleep at 23:30 without hating cars by the road) I slept soundly) Vacationers are mostly women of 50+, having fun drinking wine and turning on their songs, which makes it even more noisy in the A building.
Everything worked in the room, sometimes there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom.node. Yes, and the shower could switch at the moment.Cleaning every day, a very pleasant employee. This hotel is my 5th top three in Alanya, and I will say the most worthy in terms of the set of products. To understand what dishes there are, I will attach some photos of breakfast/ lunch/dinner. There are also all kinds of jams/cereals/porridges/soup.
The staff are all friendly. Wi-Fi is paid, it works perfectly. There has never been a failure.
Go to the sea only with a good mood❤
City three-piece with its piece on Cleopatra Beach (plot 2). A huge plus is the location. The very center of Alanya. In the morning, it makes sense to take sea baths in clean and calm water under the walls of the red tower (20 minutes walk), Cleopatra Beach (10 minutes walk). Nearby is the Museum of Archeology and a funicular to the mountain on which you can spend several hours of fascinating research of ancient architecture. The best food for Turkish three-piece. Of the minuses - there are barely enough tables for lunch and dinner, there are a lot of cats on Cleopatra beach, who walk on the big right between the sun beds, which, by the way, are not enough in the morning, the entrance to the water on Cleopatra beach is a stove (take corals)
I had my first vacation in Turkey in 3 stars. To be honest, I was afraid of disappointment, but the hotel turned out to be very pleasant. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are quite decent, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed - in my opinion, by inspiration, but it didn't bother us. One of the features is the almost complete absence of territory. A tiny 140 cm deep swimming pool with a small compartment for children. And around it there are 5 sun beds and a dining area, there is also a bar. In general, everything is more than satisfactory. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. In a couple of minutes, Migros. Very convenient location - close to a mountain with a fortress, a street of bars, an embankment with ships and yachts and other entertainment. In general, maybe it's not worth it with children, there is no animation, but adults are normal. Probably, it is important now - the attitude towards Russians in the hotel and on the beach is good. The guests are mostly Russians, Russian-speaking Germans, Serbs, Bosnians, in short, Slavic brothers, and Turks themselves.
Today is May 10th. I am editing my review from April 30th. I edit at the beginning, for those who do not read to the end. When we first arrived, there were very few people, building B was not inhabited, mostly the 5th and 6th floors were empty. The changes began with a massive influx in May. Apparently, it will continue to be so. The food has completely deteriorated. Only nagents. Both with and without vegetables. Who ate sliced goulash from store-bought bread cutlets? And here you can try it. And the Rolton puree? And an omelet made of powdered eggs and paper sausage? And the soggy cookies in sugar syrup? That's all there is to it. And of course, the mass processing of what is not finished. It is wrapped in pita bread and baked. Or it is filled with the same egg melange and fried ..... coffee machines are turned off in the evening after dinner and before breakfast. 2 maids are also unable to cope with cleaning. In general, in the season with an even greater influx of people, it will be even worse. all the further the old review
A good hotel. Positive
1. Hot water around the clock. With pressure and without interruption.
2. The hotel is not dead, furniture, beds, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, tables, chairs, etc.
3. Location - everything is close. And the beach and the shops
4. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge.
5. Good nutrition. We were surprised. Rybnomorskoe every dinner. Meat every meal.
6. The presence of an elevator
7. Drinking water is in direct access all the time.
8. The coffee machine is freely available both in the canteen and near the bar.
9. From morning to evening, boiling water is also constantly, we bought ground coffee, in migros, around the corner and drank normal coffee, not for 2-5 euros.
Minuses
1. You can hear the road, how are they in Building B, they probably don't sleep at all. Although the hotel itself is quiet, the music does not scream.
2. Paid Wi-Fi and a safe. And then the wifi is at the reception, not in the room. It's cheaper to buy a BIM SIM card for $ 20.
3. Short periods for meals. You're late, that's it, go to migros.
4. Children will be bored, although there is plenty of space for children on the coast
5. The receptionist is a fat man, the casel is still the same.
We were blown away when this jerk gave the key to his aunt, and then, after her remark to the hotel, he took away the key to a good room and gave it to another one. Auntie was crying because she had been here before and knew that this was for those who bought the promo, and the number probably sucks. 106. Then we realized. 106 the corner is right above the bar and under its balcony, the staff smokes.
An excellent city hotel, food for 3 stars is also good, the only hotel where sun beds are free on Cleopatra

For a small budget, the place is perfect. Of the frankly negative ones, only the old numbers, which I really want to modernize.
There are much more positive things: the staff is responsive and tries in every possible way to solve any problems, the food is varied, the beer is good, the pool area is pleasant. The beach is 15 minutes away, there is a private area with sun beds, drinks and food are offered for an additional fee, you can leave a towel on the sunbed and return to it later.
I was vacationing in Turkey for the fifth time. I was at both 3* and 5*. Wasa" - cozy budget
The hotel is located in the very center of Alanya. It consists of two blocks. The restaurant, bar, and pool are located in Block A, but Block B on the 1st floor also has a small recreation area, a coffee machine and a cooler. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. WiFi costs $10 for 7 days. This is inexpensive compared to roaming. Free sun beds and umbrellas on Cleopatra Beach. Attractions within walking distance: Damlatash cave, archaeological museum, the port and fortress can be reached on foot, or by bus or funicular. There are shops, pharmacies, restaurants nearby, and night clubs nearby. Great vacation!
The food is terrible. The location is a class. The service is good, except for the reception. The rooms are normal in the new block, only noisy. The reception staff is disgusting. The beach is the best near the cave.
